Taxes are a snooze fest. I hate having to give my hard earned money to the government. Sarah, the tax preparer I worked with kept me awake with her dry wit and humor...and saved me money in the process!

The place smells awful.Depends on the service they offer,I can see why they can not afford an air wick.The two employees are rude and arrogant. Save yourself sometime and find another place.I have been to another Jackson Hewitt ,that place smells awful too but offers better service.

The specialists were very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and while I was there they made me feel at home and even educated me on things I was not aware of in the past. Will definitely make this my office to visit!
