Went here because theyre usually good. Im not sure who did my nails but she was very slow and sloppy. I wont be coming back.

Great. Friendly. Professional. They were very accommodating—all I wanted was some nail art for my pedicure that was done at another nearby salon that told me they don’t do nail art.The nail art was beautiful! Nikki (?) is talented. I will definitely come here whenever we are in town.

I had a really great experience here! I went in on a Tues at 1pm and they saw me immediately without an appointment. They gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldnt be happier. My nail tech was Dan, and we worked quickly, but delicately, and you could tell he had been doing this for years and was great at his job!

I havent been to this Nail Salon since I was in high school and I just started going here again, Im so happy I did. The service is excellent and all the people are absolutely awesome. Super friendly, nice conversation and just all around pleasant workers. This is now my go to nail salon.

I was given a gift certificate for a sports pedicure. The young lady did a fabulous job! Feet were extremely rough but she managed to get them smooth. The calf massage to finish up was wonderful. I will be going there again!

The ambiance in this place is easily 4 stars. Beautiful flower display, calming music and decor, nice pedicure chairs, and a bathroom with a heated toilet seat.The service is mediocre at best. Ive been here 3 times this summer, and all of my nail techs have been nice, they even offer you a drink when you come back for your service. But they consistently talk to one another in their shared language which is extremely rude. They usually always rushing, and the outcome of the service is average at best. You can see from the pic that clear nail polish is on my cuticles.I was really hoping for better.

I have been patronizing this establishment faithfully for over 5 years. I enjoyed the services provided and often recommended this business to my friends/family.The reason for my negative review is the experience that I had today. I made an appointment on 8/22 for services at 9AM. I never received confirmation of the appointment (as done previously, I have made several appointments in the past and always received text confirmation). I contacted the business on Friday 8/21 to cancel as I had an unexpected emergency. When I called the business late Friday evening, no one answered. Coupled with the no text and no answer, I did not pursue reaching out any further about the cancellation.Today, I attempted to call again and reschedule AGAIN and made an appointment for this upcoming Wednesday. When speaking with the receptionist, I was informed that I would need to pay a deposit in order to make an appointment. This was completely baffling to me, this policy is not something that I have been made aware of PRIOR to today nor have I seen it writing. The issue is that I have consistently used this business and to try to extort monies out of a person to make an appointment is ridiculous. I will not be returning, which is sad because I liked this place.

Well I decided to try the new place closer to home than my usual place. Pro Nails & Spa it two times the amount that I paid for at the other place I needs it or awful awful yeah I would never go there I would never recommend that place and Im leaving very disappointed

We had been going for some time long enough to decide to NOT return. My husband suffered serious burns to the point of needing medical attention from a pedicure I won’t say the technician. He continued to go for manicures but is still healing from his burns from the hot wax pedicure. They recently text me that they I’ll be declining further services due to being held accountable for being double standard. It’s ok to wait for the technician but they will not permit you to be late. Given I WAS a regular I called to notify them only to be told my mail tech took someone else. I arrived to the shop really taken back, appalled. I’ve waited for my nail tech 30/45 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

COFFIN GONE WRONG: I went to this nail Salon for several months and spent a lot of money. While my regular nail tech was on vacation, I had to try another tech. Unfortunately, the tech was not able to shape my nails correctly after several attempts to corrects her work. In the spirit of being polite, I kindly allowed her to finish my nails and tipped her. Afterwards, Anda, spoke to the owner, she was rude and told me to find another nail salon. The salon has a beautiful setup but the customer service was HORRIBLE. They are way too overpriced to have horrible customer service. Honestly its not worth the trouble, Find another salon. Very calm and relaxing place with amazing instrumental music, which is easy on the ears and soul. It just beautiful to hear while getting pampered. Kinda pricey as well, and prices has definitely went up since the pandemic.

I love this place!!!! I get my nails done by Liam and he always delivers. He gives a deluxe pedicure thats out of this world, massage and reflexology. My nails are always the bomb, I get plenty of compliments. Very clean, you can get a glass if wine with your service, they even have a heated toilet seat (my young daughter informed me when we went to the bathroom lol). Everyone does a great job so you really cant go wrong. Oh and I had surgery and couldnt get there for 7 weeks and my nails never lifted or broke I was still getting compliments and peoples couldnt even tell they were long overdue for a fill in.

Tried this place out because my regular nail salon is just such a far drive. I read a lot of good reviews for Pro Nails, and its close to my house. Nancy was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job with my SNS. She gave me a full manicure (my regular place doesnt) and took her time to make sure every nail looks perfect! She offered me two glasses if wine, and it was such a lovely experience. There are a lot of nail techs, and as a walk-in, I had no wait time, though I heard that might be because it was raining. Next time I plan to make an appointment just in case. Love my nails and will definitely be back!

Last time I was there I requested a manicure and a pedicure as well as a full acrylic set. They were taking so long and I had to leave before my manicure and they had the audacity to charge me for it anyways. I would go to this place because my mother-in-law recommended it; I will not recommend it. My nail shape was inconsistent from nail to nail. The “gell sparkles“ are flaking off after a little over a week

Horrible experience, was rushed as soon as I walked in unable to pick color explained o wanted color change she grabbed a handful of colors which none but one strip which I had was color change she finally relized what I wanted took incorrect samples back snd brought out a jar that I was to look through as she’s trying to do my nails! I picked 2 colors a back for two fingers and a purple for the other she came back with only black no purple said I could only do one color didn’t let me find any other color! Still charged 55 for one color no designs or special cut just square!!!! She applied the acrylic and made my fingers feel like they were literally on FIRE! She cut me so many times that my fingers are so soar and inflamed! I will never be back! Her name was Windy.

I went today with a couple friends and it was a great experience! I do suggest they learn how to do an ombre without the airbrush - mine ended up with a harsh transition. However, I ended up loving the end result bc the strokes look kinda grungy! The measures they take for the virus also are great, saw a lot of hand washing and sanitizing.

Even though their prices have recently increased due COVID-19 safety related appointment scheduling, they are still my favorite nail salon in the Catonsville area. Everyone from the receptionist to lady who sweeps up are always so nice and the nail tech do a great job.

I was pleasantly surprised at the interior of Pro Nails. I put 4 stars because its pretty unappealing from the outside (and because the drying area was dirty), but its quite nice inside! Ive been looking for a new nail place, and this set up is outstanding. There are 3 or 4 nooks with 6 pedicure chairs each, which gives a very cozy feel. The spa music was fantastic. The service was great, and the price reasonable. I will continue to come here.

I have been going here because I get so disappointed when I go anywhere else. The private room is great for up to four. Its an extra charge but definitely worth it. They have specialty nail services, but do an excellent job with basic pedicures and manicures.

Worst service with awful management. Nail lady filled so Thin on my half nail and when I asked what is this she and the manager goes like “we can do top coat on that”. Are you kidding me, this is how you wanna run your nail salon then Good luck with that. I Do Not recommend wasting your money there.

This place is fantastic! I went after work on Thursday and they took me right away! The salon was extremely clean and had beautiful, modern decorations. Mimi was very kind and took a lot of time perfecting my nails! I am very happy and will definitely go back. This salon is by far the best in the area.

They try to overcharge and cheat their clients, even if youve been coming there for a while and you tip well. I got a brand new overlay. I came back 3 weeks later for the first fill in on that same new overlay. They told me I needed a fresh overlay because the one I had was old. Ive never had an overlay last for only 3 weeks and then need to be removed. They wouldnt admit that the person who did the overlay was at fault and wanted to charge me twice for the same service. Ill never come back to this place. They also change the prices at will until you pull them up about it. Then the price goes back down to what you paid the first time. No thanks.

I enjoyed Pro Nails because they were very good with communication and their salong is decorated beautifully. They talk to you while they work and make you feel welcomed. They are even aware of pain because they check in with you by asking you if anything is hurting you. Everybody is different, but I would definitely recommend this nail salon if someone is looking for a relaxing, spa-like experience.

All of the technicians are very nice. They also serve drinks like hot tea and juice. If you aren’t completely satisfied they will gladly make any adjustments to make sure you leave happy. I got a full gel set and didn’t like the shape so I called and went back the next day and I left with gorgeous nails.

I went to multiple nail salons before finding the gem! Everyone at this location is super nice and really do an amazing job no matter what they do. I get acrylic gel fill nails, pedicures and my brows waxed here. Dan does such an amazing job, hes my primary go to person here. But even if hes unavailable Michelle, Windy and Lillian also do an amazing job . Greatly recommend going to Pro Nails!

This was the worst experience I have EVER had in a nail place. First of all, they need to understand that some customers speak their language, so complaining about customers in front of them is not a good thing. After rushing me back to her area; Teri, started out my pedicure with scorching hot water. Then got offended when I said something. Then she kept pushing Gel for my nails. I told her 3 times NO. She was extremely quick with both my manicure and pedicure. So was not friendly AT ALL. She put me under the nail dryer and just left. Did not give my a time frame. When I said something to the front girl, the girl was sweet (the reason the the 1 star). She explained my frustration to Teri. Teri told me next time, I come in ask for someone else. I will not be back! She was so rude at the end, I almost asked for my tip back.

I’ve gotten my nails done at this salon on and off over the past 5 years. Today I went in for a gel pedicure and gel fill-in. When the young woman was done my pedicure, she told me to go sit in the nail drying area to wait for someone else to finish servicing me. Because she had an appointment. Another lady came to me and told me that the only person available was Wendy and I Woolf have to wait 25 minutes for her to do my fill-in. I asked why wasn’t I told this when I came in for service. The response was they thought they had someone to do my nails and they were sorry. I have never been so disappointed. Forcing me to leave and get my nails done elsewhere. I advised them that I would not be returning. My mother is one of Terry’s regular customers and I’ve even told her to find another salon. This is a fancy looking salon with horrible customer service.

This place is the best for nails -gel,tips,manicure- pedicures, wax, facial. The employees are always respectful and polite. Always do a great job. Worth the money. Worth going by yourself or with a small group. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Staff was rude from the first encounter. I made an appointment, the receptionist was very snarky in pointing out I was early and how I would have to wait. No problem wait nearly 10 minutes past my appointment, and still had to ask to be helped like they forgot. Nail technician was rude, did not tend to my cuticles or want to do anything I asked she argued with me about my request to have her fix nails that were crumbling. Instead of telling me they were out of a color she just tried to pass off a different one to me, after all of this at the very end I was told there would be an additional $8 fee because my nails were too long ( my nails are short enough that I can make a fist, so that’s a lie) . I asked multiple times to see a menu of services listing the fee, They refused to provide it, and told me to calm down when I was not rude or raising my voice. I was told before I began it was $37 my nails did not Change in length but they attempted to charge me $50 at checkout. The receptionist said I hope you don’t come back, it’s was hands down the WORST experience I’ve had at a nail shop in the last 12 years. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

The last time I visited this place I went back to my own place of business sharing the experience. It seemed so professional, clean and organized. Well I decided to return on wednesday. I called first to find out what was the latest time someone could arrive and be serviced. I was told 7:30. So I arrived at 7:30. When I say they RUSHED through my nails I mean they rushed. Every part of the experience was rushed! My polish looks three different shades of green because they used two different quick dry chemicals to dry them since I said I would like to wait for them to dry a little before leaving. The part that really disappointed me was that when I mentioned how bad she was rushing the young lady said “Yes, I want to go home”. So my advice: Whatever you do, don’t go late.

I just want to say I love this salon! Right when you walk in, you feel that relaxation with the soothing music playing the background. The workers are very friendly and helpful, they have great service here! Im always happy with my nails here.

I was preparing for a surgical procedure and my girls were treating me to a mani-pedi and wax. A spa day so to speak. I did notice that the bowls were not sanitized between clients for pedis. I requested to have mine cleaned b4 they proceeded. After a few choice words, spoken in a language they assumed I didnt speak(wasnt she shocked when I spoke back!) She did my pedi, even tossed in a few extras and didnt charge me. What I didnt want was the severe toe nail fungus I contracted UGH what a mess! Took over a year plus 4 months of oral antibiotics to get rid of it. I wasnt really impressed with the place as a whole, my mani was good as were my brows. I havent been back. My girls still go there, but Ill stick to my regular place.

I went in today (Feb.3) bc tomorrow is my birthday so I wanted a full set gel coffin nails and when I advise her that my nails were coming sideways she said that I was wrong and that she knew what she was doing... and for my opinion I see that I just got them done and it looks like I need a fill in already and they are also very thick... and they charged me $50 for everything and it was first time and I usually have paid $40 for the first time and the same thing... I just think it’s overpriced as well... never going there again

All the techs are great! I frequent the place about every three weeks and have been for years. I didnt make an online appointment for my appointment today so the new owner would not give me the $5 off on a Mothers Day special on an $85 bill. I told Nina that I love her work but would not be back. She relayed the message to the owner and the new owner continued to work on her customer. Really? I hope the five bucks was worth it. I have been there several times and have seen the owner and a customer exchange words simply because she is not customer oriented. nice salon....great techs...the new owner needs to go! You are okay if you dont have to interact with her.

I would highly recommend Anda or Michelle. The techs that Ive had other than those two are always friendly, but their quality of work is not as great as Anda or Michelle. The salon is a bit pricey, however it is VERY clean.

Tore my nails up something terrible :-( Been going here since I was 20 years old and the place has definitely gone downhill. My nails are so brittle and sensitive from the horrible gel manicure I received to the point that I can’t grip anything. Never again. Sorry.

Do not go to this place!! They over charge for everything without telling you. They charged me $92 for a gel manicure and pedicure and gave me a sugar scrub without disclosing it was extra. This place is highway robbery.

My daughter and I just left the Salon. My daughters manicure was 10 minutes tops, she wasnt put under the nail dryer just told not to touch anything while she waited for me. Her polish looks terrible, too think with polish left on the sides of her fingers. I wish I had gotten the name of the person who worked with my daughter. Its so disrespectful to rush through a teenagers service only to move onto someone who is getting a more expensive package. We will NOT be going back to Pro Nails! All customers matter!

This salon is by far the best I’ve visited in MD. I take the drive from HoCo because the nail professionals here demonstrate what most nail salons are lacking these days, great customer service. Anda and Danny are my favorites! Their passion for nails shows through their execution. I always leave a happy client and the prices are reasonable. It’s definitely worth every penny!! Still trying to clear up this nasty toe fungus I’ve had for the past 3 months from this place and it’s sad because I’ve been going there for years. No more. I know I got it from them anytime I sat and watched them do a pedicure on a man a few weeks prior with the worst athletes feet you could imagine. Instead of having him reschedule after the infection is treated, they did his pedicure the same as everyone else’s and the woman after him did not have sterilized or new items used on her feet.They don’t use sterilized tools.... anymore.They don’t thoroughly clean the pedicure tub and the sponge used by the cleaning girl is disgusting... what’s the point.They use the same pedicure grater, pumice, etc on everyone and have the nerve to clean the tools off in your pedicure water while your feet is still in it.... keep in mind your skin bacteria and everyone else’s skin bacteria is on it.They thin the polished so much and it does not look good.... What’s the point of doing 3-4 coats when you could have just done 1 if you’d left the polish in it’s original state.Not the same pro nails it was like back in the day. ✌🏾Oh and at this point I’m reporting them to the health department.

I went on a busy Saturday and expected to wait. I was quoted a wait time of an hour. I signed my name and returned about 45 min later. When I returned, I only waited about 5 min before seeing a tech. My technician was friendly and engaging. I was getting a gel manicure, so while I waited to soak off my original manicure, I was offered a beverage. I declined, but thought it was nice to offer.Manicure done, except for polish- another technician added the gel polish. Now, this is where my experience goes to the left... 😑The 2nd nail tech was friendly as the 1st. As we engaged in light conversation, I didnt realize he was painting my nails NOWHERE NEAR MY CUTICLE LINE. Unfortunately for me, I didnt notice this until leaving the salon, halfway home. Of course I was disappointed, having paid more than my usual gel manicure and leaving with it looking a week old.Side note: While sitting and soaking, I noticed they used the same towels patrons feet rested on or received hot towels for leg massages to clean the pedicure bowls. Nor were the bowls distenfected. No bueno. 😷Overall, not a horrible experience. Ladies, just make sure they get to that cuticle line...and be wary of those pets, cuz foot fungus aint cute!💅

This is the worst establishment I have ever encountered. If anyone asks for a nail salon to go to I will DEFINITELY not encourage them to go to pro nails. The staff is pushy and rude. Their tools aren’t sanitary; it gave me a toe fungus. They ruined my nails for $60. Frankly I’m glad I didn’t tip. So If you’d like a rushed sloppy job and fungus’s go to this business.

Came here for SNS they took me quicklyI sat down with one tech. Then she just up and left and had to wait for someone else to take care of me.... I had to go up and ask if someone is going to do my nailsThe manicure came out terrible...too thick, top coat was scratched, and the shape of my nails is terrible and not how I asked.
