I arrived at 11, Ken (Can) who is the owner looked up and gave me an annoyed look while he was servicing a customer. Finally after our stare down he asked me what I needed. I always ask for my manicure to be done 1st, I previously had a nail dip so my nails needed to be wrapped in foil and polish removed 1st. I was aware of the process but I was being guided to get my pedicure before this procedure was done. He said his associates in the back were not trained to do it. I agreed to come back, not sure why I did. I confronted Ken about his approach to the situation and was prepared to give him constructive criticism about his lack of customer service and he became very defensive and attempted to walk away. I held out my hand as a peace offering, he refused my offer by saying his hands were dirty but we fist bumped reluctantly. I am a highly trained Customer Service Specialist who is a stickler for customer service and Ken needs training. His employees are great but 1st impressions are lasting impressions. I will not return to his shop due to his rudeness and negative attitude towards certain customers.

Absolutely love this salon! Ken has been doing my nails since they opened and Holly did my nails prior to this shop. Both amazing people and a clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Helen was awesome. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and they use a new pack of buffers, files, etc. for each customer. They offer free drinks and have a rewards program 🙂. I received the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. I will definitely go back.

Helen was very nice and did a good nail. However, they are extremely hard to reach. Tried for hours today to reach someone, phone was busy. My girlfriend tried another time and no one picked up the phone. Extremely frustrating.

I went there as a walk in yesterday but I called before to see if they took walkins. When I got there I asked who knows how to do really good design. The man I guess is ken started getting angry saying that I needed to tell them about the designs when I called. I was trying to explain to him I didn’t know because it’s my first time here and usually any other nail salon that I go to doesn’t have that policy. He argued me down and den ignored me and talked to another customer. I was going to tell him it’s not good customer service to treat your clients that way but I just decided to take my money somewhere else. I really wanted to try them because they look like they do a good job. But as a black young female I feel like he treated me badly and was unprofessional.

They took me as a late walk-in, and Holly did a great job on my nails. She was very gentle and always had a smile on which made my visit very enjoyable.

Everyone was friendly & professional. So fresh & so clean & the atmosphere is so relaxing. I liked how Ken has a book with all of the services he offers. The books are for the clients & it explains what each service doesNever seen this at other shops. The music was so relaxing,not to mention the massage included in the chair. They had special chairs for toddlers, that are too cute. I liked that Ken asked was every thing ok, during me receiving my service. Being it was my first time. Great atmosphere & such a pretty place. Complementary refreshments what a Awesome shop. Not a lot of speaking in their languages, as if your not important. My pedicure was perfect. Prices are very good also. This is my new Nail Shop. Called the day before for next day 9:30AM appointment. When I arrived, the place was super clean, and really lovely. We were the 2nd customers there. I had Ken/Can and my sister had Holly. I loved him, hes definitely gonna be my go-to moving forward. His is definitely not a friendly/jovial/bubbly personality, and he wasnt very talkative, but he did crack a couple jokes, and most importantly did an awesome, neat and clean job with my nails. I had a spa pedi/express mani, and he did an awesome job with cuticles. I have a bit of anxiety with this, because my last experience a few years back was literally a torture, with the techinician literally ripping off my cuticles (shudder), but I didnt feel anything (talkless of pain) when Ken was working. And my nails look awesome. What sold me the most was when he was putting my flip flops back on after the pedi and he was so careful and gentle, and that really made an impression.Anyways I definitely recommend. If you are expecting a jovial technician though, manage your expectations. If youre after a great technician, you wont be disappointed. Ill definitely be back!

This was my first here but I will be back. It is so clean, fresh and up-to-date. They know how to treat the customers. I give 5 stars because I had a great experience.

Just left this place after entering at 7 45pm.. Ken and his staff is amazing as they did not show any trouble me walking in at the last minute... they happily took me in and also did an amazing job with manicure...no rush what to ever to close ...I would highly recommend 👌 as to me customer service is always a priority. 😊🤩🤩🤩

Very welcoming staff.Place was sparkly clean.They are constantly wiping down too.I would admonish them to always remember to wipe cleanest to dirty then dispose of towel.Example: if you are going to wipe a garbage can down do it after wiping the sink handles and counter tops and use a cleansing antimicrobial/antiviral agent frequently

Worse customer service ever, booked my appointment online earlier that day, arrived 10mins before my appointment only to be told By Ken that he couldn’t take me they’re fully booked, but someone walked in right before me and was waiting to be serviced & he wasn’t even polite about didn’t try to apologized rebook me or nothing he just went back to doing his client nails, so mortifying while customers just watched as he dismissed me as if I wasn’t there never coming back cause you don’t treat your customer like they’re disposable and this was my 4th time here and referred several people to his salon smh

Rude will never patronize this establishment Technician Michael never spoke a word to me. Just pointed where and what he wanted me to do. The worst attitudes I have ever encounted
