We met JP and Jack at the 4th home show we went to within a year. After talking to them for a few minutes about our bathroom remodeling project, I knew they were the right contractor to use. I was right! JP was very patient with us on what the issues were in our 1980s bathroom, including a hole in the ceiling from a lazy builder who cut corners in the bathroom tile (but thats another story). JP explained how the job would progress and was just great to work with. Kevin was the lead installer and his tile work is flawless and exceptional! Hes the best! All of the guys that worked on the bathroom - Mario, Richard, Scott, Mike & Zach were exceptional too. I felt like they all treated my home like their own. The bathroom is beautiful. Sunset Kitchen & Bath, Inc. remodeled our kitchen and we are so happy with how it all turned out. From the design process, to demo, to installation, plumbing, and electrical, to putting on all the final touches, everyone at Sunset did an excellent job. No huge project like this is without its problems, but Jack and his crew were very responsive and always had solutions for any issues that arose. For anyone getting ready to undertake a big remodel project, I highly recommend Sunset. I also recommend ordering appliances way in advance, because the manufacturers wait times are extremely long due to supply shortages. This is in no way Sunsets fault, but strictly the manufacturers. Im making note of this also to explain why theres no oven in my photographs...its on perpetual backorder (again, not Sunsets fault because we ordered this on our own)

I had my dream kitchen completed and it exceeded my expectations. The owner gave me the idea of flipping my kitchen into what was the dining room next to the former galley kitchen. That wall came down and a beautiful, functional open space was created. Everyone was clean, professional and pleasant during the entire job. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next job or project and will truly enjoy my new kitchen for years to come. FANTASTIC JOB SUNSET KITCHENS AND BATHS!!

Sunset Kitchens and Baths removed and installed porcelain tile in our kitchen and foyer. They did a great job. Jack, the owner was very friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. His employees came out on time, was very professional and completed the job within the time allotted.

Sunset Kitchen and Baths recently renovated my 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath. They did a great job. Before the work started they made sure I understood the scope of work, and time frame. Their showroom made it easy to pick out the materials. All workers were professional, and they arrived one time and worked all day. They double checked everything with me, and I am beyond pleased with the work. Whenever I need any work done, Sunset will be my first call.

This comment is long overdue because I thought I had submitted it a while back! it has been a year since we had a kitchen remodel done by Jack and his crew in August 2020 and we are really enjoying it! Definitely would recommend them- we met Jack at the Home & Garden show in Timonium March 2020 before Covid. He reached out when it was safe to start work and gave us suggestions on steps we needed to take (ordering appliances, etc. and approximate times to choose what was needed). Trey gave us an illustration of what it would look like and suggestions. Jacks son, JP was also helpful and stayed in touch throughout the entire process answering any questions I had. We were very pleased with the other workers- plumber, electrician, painters, etc who came everyday -they did the work and cleaned up each day. The job was done in less than a month- August 2020. My husband and I were extremely happy that we chose to work with JP and his team to remodel our bathroom. We live in an old house in Catonsville and had a somewhat tricky remodel to do.Several factors led us to work with Sunset, #1 JP thought out of box on our remodel and we liked his ideas, #2 his quote was in-line with the other proposals we received and was broken out so we knew exactly what to expect, #3 they are local business and we like to support our community and #4, trust and professionalism.Once we signed the contract and picked out materials (JP was very patient with me during this process) construction got under way. It took several months to transform our old outdated bathroom into a room that is functional and stylish.We are very satisfied with the workmanship and communication we had with JP throughout this project.

I reached out to this Company for a estimate on a Kitchen design. I talk with the receptionist, however i did forget her name, she was very nice to me. This is a family own business. The owner was supposed to meet with me on 11/27/2019. I spoke with him on the phone and he assured me all was well and my appointment was good. It was for 11:00 am. I was home waiting no one showed no one called, nothing. I called in Monday to explain what happened and the receptionist told me she did not know what happened, so i made the appointment for 12/06/2019 @ 1:00 pm. I called again to cancel because I was no longer interested, however no one answered the phone. I call it like i see it. I am not removing my review, because from the first appointment, no one called to apologize or to say would you like to reschedule, i got nothing, and if i did not call to set up another appointment. I probably would have not gotten a call back. It is sad.

Got a quote from these guys for a small bathroom. Ended up going with a slightly less expensive contractor. Really regret that decision. Will be going with these guys for my next bathroom + to fix the one I should have had them do to begin with.

Great experience! The entire process, from design to finishing touches truly exceeded our expectations. Each crew was professional, friendly, and conscientious. Jack and his design consultant, Trey were a delight to work with and helped me make choices that resulted in a stunning new kitchen. Everyone we worked with had a can do attitude.... Can we relocate the plumbing to allow the cabinets to go to the ceiling?; Can I change the shape of the island?; Can you add a second vent in the kitchen? Every answer was, YES! And it made all the difference.

I had a great experience with Jack and his crew. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Jack always picked up my phone calls or called me back. I appreciated Jack completing my down-to-the-studs kitchen and powder room renovation in just about 6 weeks. I would recommend Sunset to anyone looking for a general contractor.
