Except when I sent my package to my very close friend, somebody from UPS took the new phone out of the box, and money I was sending out of a coin collection as a surprise to my close friend, gone for ever, nobody knows what happen. It was stolen right out of the box. Then the box was sealed up, my friend received an empty box...

Unpleasant doesn’t begin to describe my experience this morning at around 8 am Monday, April 19, 2021 with the woman whom I can’t describe as a lady either. Sure she was the only one there but it was early in the morning and there were not that many customers. She was snappish with me and spoke with one eyebrow raised at me. Yet very gracious, even giggly, with the guy who was ahead of me. It was alright for me to wait but she could have treated me with more courtesy as a customer.The pits was, even though i was ahead of everybody else, i went to the end of the line after using the computer to await my turn to pay. But when it was my turn, she left her place and went inside and took a long time to come back. It turned out she was the manager. This manager person even left some of the stuff i had printed in the bin so i had thought they hadn’t gotten printed and i did it all over again. Such a sloppy way of going about the functions in a prestigious corporation!I was hugely disappointed with UPS for having such a manager. I have always liked going there, driving all the way to Date Palm from our old apartment in Landau Blvd, instead of Staples nearby where the staff in the computer services leave me to my resources and actually refuse to help me. This time I experienced the same shabby treatment from UPS. I miss the younger staff of not too long ago who were much nicer, more pleasant and thorough whose good breeding and maybe their education shone through.

This is bar none the best UPS store Ive ever been too. Especially in this area. Employees, while not always super pleasant, do a great job packing and shipping, move the lines, have suggestions, etc. Its unfortunate that this place is where it is (in the Cardenas Shopping Center) because its incredibly dirty and trashy outside of it. Nevertheless........this is a great UPS store!

I just want to thank UPS employee, Jesse. If it wasn’t for him , this store would have been at a stand still. Jesse maintained a friendly attitude, and excellent customer service while getting little to no coworker support. Jesse was able to answer the phone, print copies, and ring up the service all at the same time. And thanked us for coming in, and wished us a Happy Holiday!! I would hire home to work for me any day! I hope he is recognized for his outstanding service to UPS.

Where do I start.I carried a 60 lb box from my car to the front door. I set my pkg down to put on a mask. 1 of their employees (short and fat girl) opens the door on me (no excuse me). She parked in front of the store (isnt that customer parking) so she could bring in her take out lunch. Honesty, she had 5 folds of fat around her gut and needs to diet and exercise (park far away from you job and let customers park in front of the store).

I went in to do a return with Amazon and I was charged for the packaging and the weight of the item shipped when these types of returns are supposed to be free with Amazon. Didn’t bother saying anything because I was in a hurry and staff was nice.

The worst experience I have ever had the misfortune of working with this UPS store. Supervisor happened to attend me and as soon as he read the letter from Realestate department for needed to resubmit of finger prints he completely brushed me off on live Scan service. Said I had to return to the store that had done the original application. I drove to the other UPS store located off of HWY 111 also located in Cathedral City. They assisted me with no problems or issues (they werent the original store that had helped me.) Will definitely be doing my business here from now on. On an added note they have better rates at THE UPS store off of HWY 111. Your welcome.

I rarely write a review but i just want to say thank u to their employee name Jesse, he is very patient with me regarding my fingerprinting, the machine is not accepting my fingerprints and took 30mins to do it but Jesse tried his best to finish it even though its almost 6pm and never gave me an attitude such a nice person thank you so much for your great customer service! :)

The staff here is exceptional.

Called in to request package re-delivery and the guy mocked me, swore and then hung up. reported to corporate.[edit:]the owner of this ups store sent me an email asking for further details. i provided them, but he (apparently) chose to take no action against the offending employee since it was probably the owner himself who was mocking my disability over the phone in the first place.very unprofessional, folks. avoid this pop stand like the plague...[edit #2:]i did finally manage to get the package which was redirected to this ups store. however, this was after another phone call in to this shop - in which i was informed that it was now too late and that my package MUST be returned to the original sender / shipper (even though the ups delivery attempt / redirect email notification that i received said that i had two more days before a return would be initiated).after much fuss with ups support, the package was redelivered - but by this point the package was severely damaged (the cardboard box was accordion style), and its label had been tampered with by the employees at this location in a blatant attempt to make it undeliverable to me. (i assume that this was done as some sort of child-minded retribution because i had reported my mistreatment on the phone...)the box was so severely damaged that i refused to sign for it.ups should seriously be reconsidering allowing this business to use its name in vain as it is currently doing.

I have been dealing with this particular UPS store for several years now and can attest that they are both professional and friendly. Please take the one-star reviews with a grain of salt. Competitors and disgruntled former employees are not above writing bogus reviews.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going there! I dropped off a package yesterday and it has not left the store yet! What kind of UPS store is this??!! Of course there is no phone number to get ahold of them there!
