I’ve never used a storage facility before so I called around looking for a good deal. After my first inquiry they periodically checked in on me and my needs. When it came time to move it was an easy decision. I was well taken care of by Sherise!! Great staff, safe environment and reasonable prices.

I was in Devon Self Storage to rent a 10x15 in my spontaneous move and needed a unit fast and with a reasonable price. Luckily for me Sherise was there and with her great customer service she got me the unit with a great price

I rented a buy a month get a month free unit. They got paid right up front a good sum. Then it was my free month, at that point I told them Id be moving back to LA and wouldnt need it any more. That was November. Threes were still charging me and took a huge amount out of my bank in March. I had a fit. The manager called truce evened it out and 4 months later theyve sent me to collections. She ran my card 4 times per day 6 days a week. Caked me 3.4. Or 5 times per day during covid. Harassing me and stressing me out causing me to be ill and have irritated bowels

I worked with Alex about 15 years ago in the food & beverage industry so it was quite a shock that our paths crossed again when I was in need of a 10 x 20 storage unit. He was very proficient and had an answer to every question I had. We then took a ride thru the property so I could see the different units so my decision was much easier. Within 30-45 minutes (some of which we were talking & catching up) he had all the paperwork completed and I was able to begin filling my unit.
