Letty and Betty are the rental queens! Loved their customer service. I would highly recommend Storquest. I priced out many rental places in the valley and by far they were the best priced and best customer service.

I went here with my sister in law. She has had a unit here for years, and told me it was a great storage facility. She was not lying. One of the cleanest facility I have ever been in. She has a inside unit. It was a 100°+ outside and very cool and clean inside. The a/c is no joke. Very impressed! I would highly recommend this facility.

Heres a great place to shop

There was a sign said be back shortly. So, I was waiting a few minutes and noticed that someone was sitting inside. I had to talk to her through the door. She didnt even approach me or greet me. If I didnt see her, she would just let me stand in front of the door ,in the sun. While I was talking to her through the microphone, she was so unhelpful and unfriendly. She didnt care about having a business from me. She said no promotion, we were almost full I dont know she was scared of interact with people because of the virus or just being lazy. Overall experience, Zero customer service.So it means customer service has been suspended until further notice , DO NOT stop by this facility because there will be no one to service you ? How can we rent your space if there is no one to do the contract and show the space? Stupid excuse

Everyone is so nice and helpful here. This was my first time renting a storage unit myself so I had lots of questions. Kara was so informative and had a great sense of humor which helped ease my moving stress. I would highly recommend this place.

I have used this storage facility for a total of 6 years in two separate occasions. Today, I was charged a non-refundable late fee of $20.00 and a pre-lien fee of $3.94. I talked to the manager Betty and she said there was nothing she could do to remove these fees. I was charged because the credit card on file expired. I think the fees are ridiculous considering the fact it is 16 days late and it is a clerical issue not a nonpayment issue. A pre-líen after 16 days, really? I am very unhappy with the customer service!
