Best tire shop ever.Previous repair shop lost my lock key and they went above and beyond to make sure they got a new set for me from Nissan. They even contacted the other party and invoiced them for the amount. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Fantastic job to their entire team!I will only be going to this shop for tires. Period.

Another great experience at the Castle Rock Les Schwab! I had been here a few times for tire issues and they did a great job, so when I wanted new custom wheels for my truck I purchased them here.My new wheels look great! They did an awesome job ensuring everything was correct and taking care not to scratch them during installation.A special thank you to Chris. He made sure of the wheels and tires would not only fit, but the stance would be what I wanted as well. The wheels were back ordered, but he constantly kept me updated and notified me the day they arrived.I really appreciate the great service and fair price!

You know accidents happen, well one of the guys accidentally backed into the front of my truck. Normally that means your gonna have a bad day right? Well Aaron and his expert team of guys instantly made what should have been a bad day a good one. Very disappointed, I took my car in for an alignment, they charged me more then I was quoted over the phone. My main issue is I took it back because it still pulled to the right. After the second visit, it still pulls to the right. This is not right, they sent me on my way and never bothered to see why it is pulling to the right. Is the something loose, bent, what...??? So now i have to take it elsewhere.... I and my family will not waist our time here and I will spread their unprofessionalism to my neighbors and friends.

Went in on a Wednesday and was taken care of right away. I did call ahead to tell them what I needed but that staff here is very professional and worked very quickly. Quoted the time for an hour and a half and I believe they were done within an hour! Setting up financing with their credit system was also a breeze. I will be back here for all future tire needs.

Ran over a large nail when driving on Santa Fe and my tire pressure was dropping rapidly. Pulled into Les Schwab because it was the closest tire shop to my location. They got me in right away and fixed the hole. When it came time to pay, they didnt charge me at all! Thats amazing, and what earning new business is all about. I stopped in because my tire was not holding air and they were able to find a nail embedded in the tire. They repaired the tire and to my surprise, they did not charge me for the repair. Scheduled my car for an alignment after telling them I need one, since I got tires yesterday. They checked it and called when they knew I was waiting here to confirm the alignment? 1h45 min later they still hadnt done it and wanted to schedule to do it??Not a happy camper for wasting my time. Such a shame I have to leave 1 star but what happened is unacceptable. I took my car in to have a full service oil change because it was due and I was about to take a road trip so naturally I wanted to make sure my car was safe. Once I reached my destination which was 9 hours away, I had to take my car in and the mechanic said who ever did your oil change didnt do a good job or just completely overlooked it but it turns out my radiator was cracked and leaking. When I went to pick my car up from Les Schwab I said are you sure my car is okay and they said yes we saw no problems you are good to go. Not sure if they have new people in the back or they are just being careless. The people inside the office were pleasant and nice but be careful if you go here.

This place is unbelievably awesome. I will come here any time I need anything related to brakes or tires. Ive come here in the past complaining about a noise coming from my brakes. They didnt everything to fix it and replaces several things free of charge until they got it absolutely perfect. Then today I went in there and said I found a nail in my tire. They guy patched it up in like 20 minutes free of charge. They are always so kind and great with get you in and out quick.

We just got back from a trip with our fifth wheel yesterday. When we finally got the trailer cleaned we took it back to the storage lot and when we parked it we heard an air leak our rear tandem tire was leaking. We just left it and thought wed figure it out today. Its not easy getting a tire fixed or replaced on a 35 trailer. I stopped by Les Schwab to see how long it would take them to order one to match my existing tire. I was shocked when Bryan said they had them in stock and always tried to have four in stock. I was able to get the tire off, run it back to Les Schwab and Bryan came literally running out to my pickup to unload it. I thought Id have to wait an hour or two but in less than fifteen minutes the new tire was mounted and balanced. Everyone I spoke with at this dealer was awesome I couldnt be more pleased. Until today Id never been in a Les Schwab tire store but they now have a customer for life!

I dropped in to have tires rotated and they went beyond and above. They cleaned the tires and rims, wire brushed the back side of rims, hubs and bolts. Even chemically cleaned rim caps that I could not clean. Rebalansed tires and notified my of excess wear on tires and set up an appointment to have it aligned

Oclock my car Les Schwab 3 times so far to have 3 things done to it and each time theyve done a superb job the best customer service Ive seen him yet in a tire place I have told these people of that I will be a lifetime customer and I fully recommend this place for any and all call were car worked in a to be done

I usually brought my Silverado here when I had it since Firestone couldnt align it with the steering wheel straight and Les Schwab did a fantastic job so when I bought a Corvette I took it here for a suspension check and a alignment. First go around was good, was told suspension was perfect, alignment was perfect and the vehicle drives like a dream. So I took it down the highway and it was feeling a bit floaty, kind of like driving an old Cadillac, which doesnt make sense with a Corvette, so I changed the tires and swapped the front tie rods as the boots were torn, super upset that wasnt caught with the suspension check, and that they felt very loose. I took it back another time and same thing happened, vehicle felt like an old Cadillac on the highway. So I found the passenger rear toe link was just about gone, if I moved the rear wheel by hand, the entire wheel moved in and out by 1/4 inch which is quite horrifying. Not sure why that wasnt caught, and why the torn loose front tie rod ends werent caught in a suspension check, unless it was just a visual check. So I changed that out and took my Corvette to Ed Bozarth and the vehicle now drives straight as an arrow.Guys did a good job on my truck, but really let me down on my Corvette.

I took my flat tire to my usual tire shop in Castle Pines. They said that they couldnt fix it (because it has a foam liner to make it quieter), and said I needed to replace it - and the other three tires - at a cost of $1,200.I decided to call Les Schwab.Ive never been to Les Schwab previously. The facility is large and clean and professional.They said they could absolutely fix the tire. When the work was done, they said there was no charge. I said no, I want to pay you for your work. They repeated no charge. I insisted. They declined, and said just remember us when you need a new set of tires.I will. Absolutely.

I have ALWAYS had good experiences with Les Schwab (whether here or in Washington state). They hire quality staff who are kind and have incredible work ethic. I came to Les Schwab in Castle Rock to get my flat tire patched and all of my swollen lug-nuts on my Ford (yes that is a thing) replaced. They did is all for FREE (a ~$100 value). They want to EARN your trust and business and do a darn good job at it! Highly recommended.

My husband took my car here to get a slow leak fixed in 2 of my tires. Turns out I had 9 nails in the 2 tires. Les Schwab took care of repairing the tires and rotating them for me. They didnt require an appointment and took care of everything in just a couple hours. I used them when I lived in Washington too and Ive never had a bad experience with the company. Highly recommend.

We went in 10 minutes before closing to get our tire patched. We were almost certain they would turn us away like the other shops in Castle Rock had. Instead, Chris happily helped us and our tire was fixed in 10 minutes. Weve never done business with Les Schwab but because of how well we were taken care of you now have customers for life.

Used to love this place...only wanted brakes and they said no brakes unless you buy rotors too!! Didnt want rotors, just pads...$1,300.00 ..pass...did them myself for $ 80.00

I’m not sure who I talked to but I called this location 8mins after closing tonight. Asked if there was a way they could help my daughter in law who was stranded in castle rock at loaf in jug with a flat tire. She’s young and didn’t know how to change a tire. They went right away to help her brought her back to the shop and put a new tire on. My whole family has accounts with this company and this is one and million reasons why we love this company. Thank you guys so much for helping her and making sure she got home safe to Colorado Springs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Staff is willing and easy to work with if you have a warranty return or tire becomes unbalanced. They are so quick installing or rotating / balancing tires. I had an issue with one of my tires being out of balance from throwing a weight and they did not even bat an eye and got me right in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Will only go to Les Schwab now.

Ive taken both of my cars to this Les Schwab and been happy with their products. However, I recently took our car down to get new brakes put on, and we scheduled an appointment days in advance to get it done in the most expeditious manner possible. First estimate was an hour, then it became 2-3. When it was all said and done, it was 4 hours which was stressful because of other commitments we had planned. The car didnt get it right away, then it seemingly wasnt worked on very quickly.Now, I have no issues with the quality of work, but the speed of the work was difficult to manage. While my brake fluid was dirty, and the crew did do their best to flush and bleed it out which caused a little extra time, I still think the crew wasnt particularly motivated to move quickly.I would recommend them for their quality, but I would also recommend staying on top of the work speed if you do go in.

I caught a flat all a sudden on the highway and pulled into the nearest gas station so that I could call roadside assistance. I saw Les Schwab across the street, and realizing the time, hoped they were still open and could help me. Sure enough, as soon as I pulled in the young man was very nice and took care of me right away. Not only was the customer service amazingly AWESOME but I had no idea that they didnt charge to patch a tire. I really, really appreciate them staying open for me. Most places would have been closed and refused to help. Everyone was so nice, I cant say it enough. When its time for brakes and new tires they will get my business everytime. Im relatively high maintenance when it comes to my car, I brought my own jack pads. The guy helping me was delightful, listened to me, and didnt give me a hard time about it at all. My tire blew literally across the street. I walked over and they helped me get a really good tire at a great price and even drove my car from the side of the road into the bay for me since I was too nervous. They were very kind and professional and made a bummer of a situation bearable. They even offered to help me get my kids from school if it took longer than expected (though they had me in and out in no time!). I cannot recommend them enough and will bring all of my vehicles here in the future!

Went to get new tires put on in Castle Rock and take advantage of a credit special. Filled out the application and they actually wanted two of my neighbors names, phone numbers, and personal info. Excuse me? I am not getting Secret Service clearance, just instant credit to get a rebate. I have a high credit score and always get approved for instant credit with 6 months free financing. What a bunch of jerks! They lost a $1000 sale. Will never shop there again

After multiple attempts to get our tires rotated by discount tires (where we are constantly spending money on tires all year around & have literally spent several thousands of dollars in a years time) they treated us as if we were not gonna buy anything else we were not a priority!! We went to les schwab and they swiftly took our vehicle in and rotated, rebalanced all 6 tires and WOULD NOT take a dime for their work on tires that were bought from a competitor! So the other morning we had a flat on a play toy that’s only driven in the summer, so we took the back 2 tires to get New tires for it, after finding out the tires were such an unusual size they were going to be almost $1k, and they said they would find a good used tire that would not cost so much! So we go to pick them up and they have them mounted and balanced and ready to go! We were waiting for the bill and they said that there was no charge!! So, the tires were used with decent tread and we’re gonna be destroyed anyway, we again tried to give them a tip and they declined it!! I’m gonna tell y’all that we will never go back to Discount because the manager and him team have been so very good to us and we’ve never made a single purchase from that store, but we’re going to be taking 2 of our children’s vehicles to get new tires all the way around and they will have our business from today forward!! Thanks guys we truly appreciate you!!!

We have recently moved to Castle Pines, so I am kinda shopping for a good tire place that is close. My wife had a flat tire on her car last night. I took the tire in this morning to Walmart. They told me that there was a puncture in the tread, and a puncture on the side that was un-reparable. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Les Schwab in Castle Rock. I parked and was met outside by Andrew. I told him the situation and he said he would take a look. I was already prepared to buy 4 new tires. Andrew came back and told me that there was a puncture in the tread (that could be repaired) and the side damage, was just some rubber chpping off (not a puncture). He fixed it very fast, and I was back on the road within the hour, AT NO CHARGE.. Yes they repaired, and replaced my tire for free. They didnt try to sell me up, were honest with me, and I was totally satisfied. I have three vehicles, and a couple of them are in need of new tires. Because now that I trust these guys and know they care about quality I will be bringing in my vehicles and getting new sets of tires with Les Schwab. THank you!!!!
