Tim, Cody, and the entire crew at Coloradoland are incredibly helpful and polite. They helped me get a wheel and tire combo that looks great on my ranger. Previously they serviced my entire fleet of drill rig support trucks. They do an amazing job and know their stuff

I absolutely love this place! I have had to take my car in two times in the past couple of months, and the service has been outstanding.I recently hit a raccoon on E-470 which damaged the cap/wiring assembly of my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I brought my vehicle in, and they had it fixed, and I was in and out within an hour! No charge!I have been going to this place for tires/oil changes for several years now, and I always have been very pleased with their service. Thanks so much for today!

These guys are amazing!!! I had my tires replaced and an oil change done at their shop. Later that evening noticed a leak under my truck. I called the shop but they were closed until Monday. Earlier that same day Tim the store manager had given me his personal number for a different issue. When I called him he apologized for the issues and offered to come in on Sunday to fix the issue. On Sunday morning I met the service manager Richard who determined that drain plug had failed. He ran to the store purchased a new for me and fixed the problem. The customer service that these guys provide is above and beyond to say the least. Very rarely do I write reviews but these guys deserve every bit of praise!!!

Amazing!!! These service men in here not only know what they are talking about but they are very helpful, respectful and fairly priced. I believe my boyfriend and i were helped by Tim. We had a major car issue over at the Grease Monkey. The people at that establishment completely severed my engine wires while doing an oil change. We took it here and not only did they let us no what the problem was, they took it to that shop and showed them what they did wrong and that it was there fault. These guys are amazing, definitely take your business here. You can trust them!!!

I was traveling through Castle Rock and discovered my low tire light came on. The staff was very helpful, discovered a nail in the sidewall. They changed my tire with the spare so I could get to my hometown. No charge!! I highly recommend this business!!

My family has been using this Coloradoland location since it was called Aspen Tire, so over 20 years. Have tried going other places, this is the place to be, always come back. They take good care of you for fair prices, make sure to look at their website for coupons as they often have some available which can save you money.

These guys are attentive and helpful, and the service is reasonably priced. Weve had new tires mounted, alignment/rotation, and even brought my wifes SUV in for a creaky suspension...they couldnt replicate the problem so didnt charge us, even though they spent an hour with her trying to figure it out

This is my second time getting tires on my Expedition from this location. The first time everything was great (which is the only reason I am giving any stars).Geez! Where do I start...I walk in, and not one person greets me. I mean at least acknowledge that a customer walked through your door. Mind you, I was the only customer there.When it was time to pick up my car it was suggested that I bring it back for an alignment. When I asked why they didnt call me to have it done after they installed new tires, I was told that they did not have time to do it. Gee thanks! Apparently their time is more important than their customers.Just so happens that my wife got a flat the day before and we were running on the spare. So when they put new tires on they simply put the spare in the back instead of putting it back where it belongs.I am just so disappointed with these guys. They used to be my go to. But now that CR is growing I have plenty of other shops who will gladly, not only accept my money, but do what it takes to earn future business.

Second time dealing with these guys in a month. I dont usually post reviews but I felt I had to share...the service was amazing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. With winter coming and everyone trying to get work done, they were able to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend! Wish every place I visited had a Shawn and a Dakota!

I love this shop! Quick and friendly service. Every employee I spoke to here was very kind and helpful. My truck had quite a few issues and required a lot of attention! I took it to three other shops before here and was quoted thousands of dollars. I finally called Coloradoland Tire and spoke with Shawn who was not only kind, informative and helpful, but told me to bring it right away and didnt take advantage of me giving me a MUCH more reasonable & honest price!!!! They were super busy and still managed to get me in and out addressing all of my trucks issues in a time frame quicker then I was quoted or expected. My truck drove better than it has in years! I will never take any of my vehicles to another dealer or shop now that I have found these guys. I highly recommend them and thank all of the employees for their time and honesty!

I have gone here for years buying tires and having my oil changed. Last week my alternator went out and since my son is laid up with back and neck ingury i took my Mountaineer to them. Well upon picking up my vehicle they found the pullyon the the new alternator was slightly smaller than the original and it chewed up the belt. .so,i agreed to let them keep my vehicle since it was New years eve. They replaced the belt which i would gladly pay for but i had to pay for labor to remove and switch the pulleys. Shouldnt the difference of the pulley been noticed when it was first installed? Dont think i should have had to pay for the labor on what is felt was their mistake. Correct me if i am wrong.

Friendly, knowledgeable and loyal to customers, theyve always treated me like a friend more than just a customer, kept good records on my vehicles for me, and Ive never walked away feeling unsatisfied. Theyve always done good work and kept a few cars running in spite of some of my worse habits. Fair prices and theyve always been up front and honest with no surprises.

On a long drive from Houston to Denver, I lost a wheel bearing and an ignition coil. Tony and Edward fit me in to a modestly busy schedule to get me back on the road again. They also diagnosed and fixed an unrelates issue i had with front end squeaking that other mechanics couldn’t figure out. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism of this crew.

Weve been pleased customers with Tony and technicians of Coloradoland for 4 years, servicing 2 of our cars. Initially, we came in to have some service done on Friday. We wanted to speak to one of the technicians that weve known through the years and who was familiar with my car because we had some queries on a particular part that had to be replaced. Unfortunately, this was when we experienced the most horrible service from the new manager his name Carlton, who was unprofessional, disrespectful & rude. However, this was not the first experience of his bad service. The first time I saw this managers attitude was when we took my car in for an oil change. At this time, he exhibited his poor customer service to another customer, which I witnessed sadly.I brought my car to another Coloradoland location, the service to the car was done great. The manager and his technicians were also very professional and kind.Because of this, we are writing this review.Hopefully they will do something about this poor management in Castle Rock.

I have to say the shop is very clean!! and the people are very professional at the frount desk. The manager made me feel very comfortable . a place where I feel comfortable taking my viehcal to and know I will be safe..... Not all places do That.. I highly recommend this place. Manager is Shawn.

On my way down to New Mexico and almost immediately my TPMS light came on. I tried two different air stations at gas stations and they were out of service. I drove up and let them know what was happening and they aired up my tires right away! Very helpful!

Finally caught up to Shawn in his new location. After several bad experiences other places I found some good guys in Castle Rock. Thanks for the fair deal and competent mechanical work.

They put the H in horrible and P in poor customer service. Walked in to empty customer service room. Was told they were busy and it would be 1-1/2 hours before they could look at my tire! One bay had a state patrol pickup in it. Didnt see anyone around. Tony did not look at my paperwork, just said the tires were not under hazmat. Guess there is a reason their waiting room was empty.

I love this shop! I followed Shawn from another location because I wouldnt take my car to anyone else! They are honest with what needs to be done, and if something can wait until my next oil change or tire rotation they tell me that instead of just preasuring me to try and buy something I dont absolutely need. The hands-on approach Shawn takes by actually bringing me to the back of the shop and having me look at what is going on with my vehicle makes me trust what he says and makes me more knowledgable about car maintance. The shop is very clean and I wouldnt go dare go anywhere else!

I had to get my tires filled with nitrogen and they had it done in a couple mins! Everyone was extremely nice and answered all my questions!

I cwent to Christian Brothers in CR and asked if they could lift my vehicle up and put ONE loose bolt into my oil pan since I did not have the resources to do it at home. It was on a Thursday that I came in. The guy at the desk told me they could do it the following Wednesday and that it would cost me a minimum of a half hour labor (which I think he said was over $100/hr).Thinking it was silly, I left and tried my luck at ColoradoLand. I explained to them my request the EXACT same way. The man there did not hesitate; he had one of his guys pull in my vehicle, lift it and insert the bolt. It took less than 10 minutes.Something so simple showed me which auto repair shop cared most about customer satisfaction. I thought it was important to point out the differences in shops that are in Castle Rock. I heard advertisements on the radio about how Christian Brothers viewed customer satisfaction as a priority. On this day, that did not hold true for me, and I do not have many, if any, other experiences with Christian Brothers, but I do know I will go to ColoradoLand for any future services.

Cut me a great deal on tires. Very Knowledgable and changed my tires in 30 minutes. Cant argue that. Got the Goodyear Duratrac on my truck

Ive been a customer of Shawns (manager) for more then 10 years and I just drove 60+ miles to have them do a new car inspection on my new purchase. I trust his work and he has always been fair.

Always trying to get me to buy new tires...takes like 6 hours to rotate tires...if I could give 1 stars I would will RECOMONED anyone go here.

Great service

Alignment was not completed properly, after 3 visits I went to another shop and it was done right the first time. Techs are inexperienced. Shop refuses to give a refund and company headquarters never called me back. Take your car somewhere else.

No communication skills, truck sat in parking lot for days. I will never use this shop for anything except for a place to park. Mechanics have attitudes. I will never spend a dime at this shop

I purchased my tires through Coloradoland a few months ago. The staff was pleasant, professional, and set me up with a great deal. Today I headed back in because I’d gotten a nail stuck in my tire and needed it repaired. Again, staff were friendly and helpful, getting me in and out quickly.
