This is the second time in 3 months that I got an oil change at this location. The first time I was told that my car was fine, I had one small leak but it was not anything to worry about. I returned last week and was told that (and I quote) “everything leaks” and among many other things that I had an extreme oil leak (but I was also not missing any oil when I brought my car in and I hadn’t topped it off since I’d last been there). Something doesn’t add up here. I only use my car to get to work every day. And 10 different leaks don’t just spring up overnight. Someone isn’t telling the truth, doesn’t matter who, I’m just super disappointed in the service I have received. I appreciate honesty and being told exactly what’s going on with my car. I feel like I’m being scammed and I will not be returning.

I needed an oil change and when I pulled up, there were already 2 cars waiting. Brody came out to let me know how long the wait will be which was ok with me. The fact they are open on Sunday and serviced my truck pretty quickly was awesome. I would definitely use them again.

This place is great. I have been going to the same place for years because they are open on Sundays. Well, they are no longer open Sundays so I did a google search and discovered that Jiffy Lube was open! It was the fastest, best service I have ever received. They were kind and curteous and honest. I am very impressed and will be back.

The manager at this location is highly knowledgeable and professional. He worked with me extensively to figure out some big issues with my brakes. I would recommend this shop, as the work and the team is to be trusted.

I hate going to get my car serviced. Until now! I work nearby and called ahead of time to ask about the wait time. Brody answered and said it would be maybe 5-10 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted by Brody and there wasn’t a wait! I expected ok service, but they all went above and beyond. I’m also very happy I didn’t spend nearly as much money like the guys at Service Street told me it would cost. Today’s oil change was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! It was extremely fast, and they were very friendly. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. I love that it’s next door to my favorite car wash too.

Overpriced! Stay away! They charged me $260 for a simple oil change, with a new filter and steering fluid.Editing to address Jiffy Lube response: this is the same service (with synthetic oil) that I get from my mechanic at Colorauto and I only pay $100. I feel like Jiffy Lubes response only proves my point. I was shocked by the bill. There was absolutely no warning that it would be so high.

This was my first visit to this location and it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Colin, who kept me informed and engaged every step of the way. I got an oil change and break pads replaced, and all the fluids topped off. After all the work was done I was thoroughly explained by Adrian about everything they did on my car. I appreciate the service and professionalism and more importantly how affordable everything was!!I will definitely be coming back and referring Jiffy Lube to friends and family.

I went to jiffy lube for an oil change and to service transfer case, and front and rear differential. Vehicle is a 2014 tundra 4x4. The drain plug in the front differential was seized. The plug was partially stripped but got worse when they tried to remove it. After trying for over an hour, Gabriel took the truck to a partner shop and they were able to remove and replace the plug. They spent three hours on the plug and never claimed “not their fault” or made an issue. Gabriel and his team stayed on it and didn’t even charge me for the extra time or new plug. Very fair and will definitely go here in the future. This wa castle rock Colorado jiffy lube. Nice service! Thanks😀

Went on Saturday April 17th, 8:36am. Two cars in line front of us. They came out and said that it would be approximately 25 minutes. Said, would it be possible just to leave the car while my wife and me went shopping. Said no problem, well call you after we check the vehicle, if any additional services will be needed. Totally understood, as this is practice with all stores.. Never received a call, 10:47am. Told wife that they probably just forgot to call and vehicle was probably done. Since they have had it for over 2 hours now went to pick it up and was informed the vehicle hasnt been done yet, and they made a statement that Saturdays are a busy time and could bring it back on Sunday! So if I would have waited in line for the other two cars in front me to be done when I originally went at 8:36am, my car would have been done somewhere between 9:15-9:30am? So I got the excuse, busy bring it back on Sunday! You know I spent 20 years in the military, NOT BIG On excuses, when if you were honest with me that you forgot about the car, I might would have understood and appreciated your honesty, and would have used your business again, but I will not be using your store and will not recommend to anyone that ask where should I take my car for a oil change to use your business.

Excellent experience. Customer service techs were amazing, super polite! The wait was a bit with young kids but they were super kind and continued to check in to give us updates on the time.

This Jiffy Lube’s crew was amazing! I wasn’t pressured to purchase any other services, but was politely notified on things I should keep in mind. The entire crew was friendly, quick and got me on my way in no time.

Highly professional service. Subaru states that the differential fluid should be changed at 45,000 miles. I agreed to this service, but when the fluid was checked the staff let me know that it was in good shape and a change was not yet needed. This saved me $99.00. I really appreciate their honesty and great service. I will use this Jiffy Lube regularly for our family vehicles.

Staff was extremely friendly, but way understaffed. Took over an hour for an oil change and tired rotation, that cost $95! I chose the cheapest oil option for my vehicle. The team that took care of me is the only reason for 5 stars, they were working their buttons off and deserve a raise! The time it took and cost of the service was ridiculous and I will not be going back.

Had my car 2 days, just to return it to me without fixing it or changing my oil. They dont have the tools or technicians to replace a belt on a 2018 fiesta. Would have given 1 star but at least the employees were nice while they were screwing with me.

When I arrived without an appointment they were able to get me right in. It took all of (maybe) 20 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. They were friendly, knowledgeable as professional. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time at this jiffy lube, and everyone was so nice and attentive. I was in and out in maybe 30mins. The technicians explained their processes and made me feel confident and happy about the service.

I would not go here at all we brought our dodge there and they spilled coolant all over the engine and somehow our dip stick was missing. We mistakenly took our jetta there for an oil change and coolant flush they left it empty! Even charged us for the coolant and found out it wasnt even filled! I cant believe these people are still employed. Its not just skipping corners this could have ruined our vehicles or left us stranded somewhere.Edit for Owner Adrian Rivera:our most recent visit was for vehicle 2010 VW jetta on Feb 11 for $268.84. Might be under my husband Michael.

I choose to use this business because it is readily accessible to my home in Castle Rock. For a standard oil change and tire rotation, mount and balance winter tires they do a good job and are quick, allowing you to remain in vehicle during service.My latest experience would lead me to use another service center if they were as accessible. Manager loudly using profanity and complaining about his employees, while taking multiple cigarette breaks and not supporting his team. While this is going on I had my spark plugs changed which took 3 attempts and required me to return two more times after issues with the plugs that were installed. They eventually got them installed and working properly but the overall experience was poor to say the least.

The guys who helped me out were awesome and very friendly. I was able to stay in my car the whole oil change and they were very quick! I will definitely go back for all of my oil changes.

I pulled into bay one for an oil change at 2pm and drove out at 2:55 pm. That is not fast. The employee quoted me $95 for a good oil change, $75 for synthetic, and $55 for standard oil. I chose the 75 dollar synthetic option. When they finished the work, I was billed $110. It turns out the salesman accidentally used the wrong prices and the synthetic is 95 dollars. Also, they up charged me because my car uses more than 5 quarts of oil... But never mentioned that before starting the work. I felt ripped off. This is the first one star review I have ever left ... Out of over 200. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The staff and employees are wonderful, nice, and professional. Service was quick, but pretty pushy on the well we noticed this...you should fix it...make a decision on the spot...costs this much...etc. However, there was so much oil spilt within the engine compartment that it leaked onto my driveway and now I have a wonderful stain. There was so much spilled oil that the engine was smoking as it was burning excess oil off. There was also oil on my bumper and wheel well, which I had to remove on my own.I had a pretty rough first experience with this location but decided to give it another shot with this oil change. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The staff was friendly from the moment I pulled up, they directed me to a Bay and asked a few questions to get things going. After about 15 minutes they came and got me to go over a few items of note and we made some decisions on changing filters. I was asked a few more questions based off of previous services and manufacturers recommendations and got no push back when I decided to hold off on a few.Really it was quick, I got a good evaluation of the vehicles condition and had a great experience while doing so.

Really knowledgeable staff got me in right away I needed a quick oils change and they topped off my other fluids while I was there which I totally wasnt expecting but it was nice! They let me know what else I might need and recommendations for my truck at such a high mileage. They werent pushy which was really nice and I didnt feel pressured to get the extra work done. I normally visit a different Jiffy Lube, but this one was close by. They were super fast, but also diligent about checking everything. I was able to stay in my car while they serviced. I suspected with all the fires my air filter would be really bad, and they could have told me it was, but they said (and showed me) it looked good. I appreciated the window & mirror washing while others were doing the oil. Will definitely be using this location again.

They handled everything extremely well! Made sure I was comfortable and safe inside my vehicle due to COVID 19 restrictions. They let me know everything that was wrong with my vehicle and priced me out before doing any services or charging me. It took about 30 minutes vs. the 2.5 hours I usually spend at my dealership. Very grateful for all their hard work and help!

I appreciated the efficient, quality & courteous service of the team of guys who took care of my oil change, coolant top off and alerted me to small leaks in my transmission & differentials. They’re in an easy to get to location, & with the car wash on the same corner, I appreciated taking care of that task on the same errand, so close together. I’ll be back for my next oil change!

They are a new shop that is difficult to see from the road but I was very pleased with the service once I discovered them. They were fast, knowledgeable, and showed me my inspection without the hard sell. I will be back for sure.

Paid to get my car diagnosed. Told me it would cost $1000 to get it fixed. Took it to another place because they would do it cheaper. And turns out all that was wrong was I needed a new battery. Plus the charge a flat rate of 120 to just diagnose the non issue. They are friendly and helpful but definitely get a second opinion.

Usually have good service but had 2 cars done this week and had problems. Looked like they were struggling with the cowlings to check my air cleaner. After I got home and looked under the hood saw most of the push clips were broken. Second car the hood popped open (to the manual stop) on the freeway after the service. That could have been dangerous. Now Im going to have to do some checks after service or find somewhere else for oil changes .

These guys are awesome. Very fast and helpful. A few of them really go above and beyond to be helpful, and I will go here every time for my oil change and general needs.

I worked here for about a month, got an oil change. Drain plug was put on way to tight, and got stripped. I went back to see if they could give me a new one and they couldnt. So I spent another close to $60.00 on work they messed up. Wouldnt recommend.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since it opened. I have always loved their service and how fast I get in and out. However, they told me this time that my back brakes had no life left on them, and my front breaks would need to be changed by my next oil change. He also went on to say they werent safe. I declined the service, and told him I would take it to my mechanic that always works on our cars. I took it to my mechanic, and he said my breaks are fine. This is very concerning to me because we did change our Truck breaks at the beginning of the year at this location. Now we wonder if they really needed it.

It was a Sunday morning and everything that could go wrong went wrong. No one we went to was open. But Ari and crew at this jiffy lube were our knights in oil stained overalls! They were nothing but kind and sweet when our F150 wasn’t working and helped identify a huge problem. They refilled our fluids and got us on our way. Even recommended a great taco truck on the corner while we waited. By the time everything was done our dog was in love with everyone because they were nothing but kind and sweet. Come to this jiffy lube for all your needs! These guys are great!

My experience at Jiffy Lube in Castle Rock was incredible. The manager Daniel and the rest of the staff were awesome. Very professional explained exactly what needs to be done and were very friendly. I had my pup with me and wasnt aware how long wed be there since they have found out I needed some additional work done for my car and the manager kindly offered to fill my pups bowl which was very sweet and made me & my pup feel very welcomed. This was the best car service Ive ever had. Because of COVID, they worked around me like a pit crew while I stayed in my car. They shouted fancy commands at each other and it was all very interesting. They even let me rev the engine for them. Everyone was very kind, professional, and funny. They helped me find a coupon for my service and they saved me even more money by realizing one of my lights was loose and not out. They did not pressure me to complete any services I did not want. Great experience!

The man who greeted me and processed my payment was great. He was friendly and wore a mask. None of the men who performed the work on my car wore masks, which would have been fine, but one of them kept coming to me to talk and was very close and did not have a face covering. I couldnt even back up a few steps because they had me stay in the car.

Would not recommend stopping at this place they said my car had CV axles leaking and my car does not have CV axles then on paperwork said my car was a court low and leaking oil but was not leaking oil or low

I drove up to this new Jiffy Lube on Saturday, July 11, 2020, just to see if they were open. Surprisingly, there was nobody in line. The staff led me right in and had me stay in my car while they handled the entire oil change. They were efficient, friendly and professional and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Im so pleased to have a Jiffy Lube so close to home and was very satisfied with the experience.
