Today I had a pedicure that was out of this world. The best I’ve ever had in forty years. Jennifer believes pedicures make for healthy feet and I agree.I also had the Copperfalls Signature Facia with Allison. It was the most luxurious 90 minutes I’ve experienced in a long time. Its hard to get any better than Copperfalls Aveda Salon in Castle Rock. Sshhhhhhh...dont tell anyone or it will be harder to get an appointment. All of the stylists are amazing and I always feel like I am in good hands. Even my teenage sons have seen the difference between the walk in places and the stylists at Copperfalls, and have even had to have a haircut fixed there since I guess you get what you pay for. Now they only want to frequent this salon. 😌

Great experience from start to finish with Katie B providing highlights and style. She had saved my previous color information; she asked questions to be sure of what I wanted; she answered all my questions about the process; we had a nice conversation; and she was the contact person from start to finish.Best of all, the highlights came out exactly how I imagined, and the styling at the end made my hair really smooth and under control.Highly recommend Katie B!

Allison was amazing!!! I went in for the Copperfalls Signature Facial not knowing what to expect and I was in complete awe of the care and thoroughness of this incredible treatment! I have been holding on to a gift certificate from my boys since Christmas. They brought me in for consultation and were great at listening to what I wanted. Set me up with the stylist Candice. She was awesome through out the whole color and cut. She made me feel like me again before this whole pandemic thing. Also, Alex at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

E listened to me and provided the cut I asked for. She understood curly hair, so I left with the length I asked for; usually I’m leaving a hairstylist with my hair 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. She suggested a product to help my very fine, curly hair, but she wasn’t pushy at all. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I havent had a massage in over 8 years. I decided it was time and this was a highly recommended by many other living in Castle Rock. My appointment was made with Kathleen and I couldnt have been happier. She was so wonderful! And im feeling great. The whole building is inviting and nothing but kind and happy vibes. Ill definitely be making my appointments here in the future, and plan on trying the other services offered ♡

I was in desperate need of a haircut and Rachel was able to get me in on short notice. It was the best haircut that I have had in years. The shop is very clean, efficient and professional and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Rachel is amazing- extremely talented! My hair has been various shades of orange since I moved to CO. For the first time in about 7 years, I am happy with the color of my hair. In fact, it has never looked better. I cant say enough good things about my overall experience at Copperfalls. Everyone is friendly and professional.

I had an eyelash tint 6/3/21 at 5pm. I can’t remember my aestheticians’ name because I’m am of that age. She was friendly, pleasant and efficiently communicated every step of the way. I have never had the procedure where I didn’t experience at least some stinging and discomfort. I had absolutely none after this procedure. Remarkable! She’s the best. My thanks and appreciation!

My fiancé bought me an afternoon spa package.Joey, was my massage therapist and he was absolutely amazing. I will be booking with him again in the future.Ashley, gave me a facial and I left glowing.My last stop was getting a pedicure. I have to say that my experience was good, I just didnt receive everything that I had asked for.My massage was good but I asked for pressure points to be worked And they really werent.My facial was good,.Also did not receive my complimentary service.

Prior to coming to Copperfalls, I had tried many salons and/hair stylists. Once I met Katie, I stopped looking. The quality of her detailed work, coupled with her sincere and attentive heart, always makes me feel welcome and not just a customer. Ive been getting my hair done by Katie for at least 4 years.

Amazing experience this morning with Lisa T, medical massage therapist. I have a recent complete tear of a hamstring muscle that my doc wanted me to test the limits on it to fully embrace surgery or not. She was beyond amazing walking me through the injury and careful massage. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. T-Y!

Booked a spa day for my mom and I for her birthday. They were very helpful in scheduling us both for treatments last minute. My only complaint is that I thought we would get to be together for at least our nail appointments but were mostly separated due to availability. We both had skilled technicians for all the services we got. Ashley did both of our facials and she was extremely nice, took her time to explain each step, and did a great job! Highly recommend!

I just had my first appointment at Copper Falls and it did not disappoint! The front desk was super helpful and accommodating when I couldn’t schedule my cut and color at the same time due to a semi short notice booking. My new stylist, Rachel, was amazing! She talked through all of my thoughts and ideas about my hair and gave me the perfect cut and color. Finding a new, great hairstylist that you can connect with can be so nerve wracking, but I felt totally comfortable the minute I sat down in Rachel’s chair! I can tell that they have a very talented group of hairstylists and a great business. Needless to say, my next appointment is already booked! Thank you for a wonderful first appointment!

I was a bit frustrated as we had discussed only cutting 1/2 of an inch off and I ended up with at least a full inch cut. That said, it is a beautiful cut and the staff and stylists are very friendly.

Moving is hard, new dentist, new doctor, new vet, new esthetician...I had seen recommendations for Copperfalls on the Facebook Castle Rock Talk page. Im always reluctant to go to a spa that is attached to a specific product line because I just dont want the hard sell, but I thought, lets try this place and see how hard they sell me.It was time for my once-a-month facial so I called and made an appointment for the Dual Exfoliation Facial. I get facials all the time so I felt I needed some extra extraction time.The receptionist greeted me and asked me to choose from a list of extra treatments. I thought, this is great! and choose the eye treatment.Allison, the esthetician, greeted me and seemed displeased with my choice of facial. She said the Dual Exfoliation Facial was a lot of manipulation and not very pampering. She also said since I wanted a lip and brow wax, I wouldnt be able to get the full benefit because then my lip wouldnt receive the full exfoliation treatment. Not sure if this is true or not since I get a lot of facials and its never been an issue, so Ok, I said, Ill switch to a different facial.During my facial, Allison said I didnt need many extractions and my skin looked good. OK...but when I got home, I discovered many blackheads on my nose and cheeks!! What did I just pay $$$ for? Ugh!And I never received my extra eye treatment!When I was checking out, the receptionist apologized and said there was a mix-up and she didnt realize I was there for a facial, she thought I was just there for a wax. So, I think I missed out on some extra pampering.Right now my feelings are mixed; I dont think my experience was great enough to go back, but its not bad enough for a 3-star review.

My stylist was fantastic. The sad thing was that there is only 2 hour parking and I got a warning ticket. Not sure what I’m going to do next time. I wish they would resolve this.

I was long overdue for a haircut after COVID. The online booking system was super easy, and I love that I was able to upload a pic of what I wanted ahead of time. Karen did a great job, and my hair feels/looks SO much better now!

I just ordered a gift certificate on their website. All I have received is a receipt. I wanted this as a gift to be included in a card of congratulations for a graduate, but there is nothing appropriate to print. Why offer a gift certificate and then not supply a gift certificate?Imhave not used their service for a while, but they were always very good and I enjoyed my visit, but this was disappointing.I have been in touch with Copperfalls and apparently there should have been a prompt in the receipt to print a certificate. For some reason, I did not get that. A very nice woman helped me and we will now stop at their place of business and pick one up.

This was my first time coming to this salon and I really was impressed by the staff and the service provided. I had Lexie as my stylist and she was amazing. She did a great job with my color and I love the cut she gave me. Will definitely return to this salon.

I received a 90 minute massage from Lisa. She addressed all my needs and was very pleasant and caring. All of the staff here are very conscientious and the atmosphere is calming.

Copperfalls has always had quality service - I have been a customer since 2005. In the last few months I have enjoyed a facial, massage and pedicures here and they have all been wonderful. Copperfalls has always been the gold standard for cleanliness but especially right now, they are going above and beyond to ensure their guests are safe but completely relaxed and taken care of. Cannot recommend enough!

My service provider, Ashley is Awesome The interaction is very relaxing and wow did it really need it ! The shop is undergoing some renovation but they are not letting it affect the quality.

I love working with my hairdresser Candace and if I was just reviewing my hair it would be five stars. I have always had a great experience with the hair salon.Unfortunately, I decided to add a manicure to my salon experience.My nails had a dip powder on them from a different salon and without communication, to remove this, it was an additional $20 to a $45 manicure. And then with tip....an almost $80 experience. The stylist was very nice, but the sticker shock and quality made it a real bummer. And I will not be using that service again.

Had the best massage ever with Lisa Trader. Also received facials from Ashley and Diesha. I enjoyed the facial so much and went back and had another one. My experience was relaxing and comfortable. The spa is lovely. I wish however that the signage from the salon to the massage area was more prominent.

Copperfalls always does such a great job. I wouldn’t know what to do without my colorist/stylist E. She keeps me looking good!

I received another amazing 90 minute massage from Lisa! She has excellent instincts and applies just the right pressure and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She focused on my neck this time and I feel 100 percent better after her treatment! She provided a truly relaxing and therapeutic massage, including a foot scrub! Lisa and even gave me a few tips on stretching to help me with my back problems! Make an appointment before shes all booked up!

I had a pedicure with Lexi which one of the best ones I’ve ever had! She was so gentle and thorough with such a sweet personality. The spa is beautiful and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I’ll definitely explore other services in the future!

My first time getting my haircut here.my stylist name is magnolia.i got a good haircut. And because of that I left a tip above the price of the haircut.i rarely do that.i am pleasantly impressed.and sometimes it takes alot to impress me.from the scheduling over the phone to the haircut itself to the minute I walked out the door, it was a nice experience. And magnolia,(and,or,I think I heard someone referring to her as maggie) helped make the experience for me a good one.thank you!

Made an appointment at 8 am and when I showed up 10 minutes before the door where closed. 10 degree weather outside, I could see someone in the front desk on the phone while I waited to be let in.Not only that but when she finally let me in, she could not find my appointment and there was no stylist there at all.Waist of my time

Fantastic service and kind employees. I was so happy with the outcome of my hair. It normally takes so long due to my hair type but they were extremely efficient and the outcome was beautiful. They were also very diligent with cleaning and disinfecting given COVID precautions. I felt extremely safe. Will definitely be going back.

I had the package that included a 90 minute massage, a facial, a pedicure, and lunch. The services and the people who provided them went above and beyond anything I expected! The spa is in a cute part of Castle Rock, and the atmosphere inside is relaxing. I was not rushed through any part of my service. If you need a break from real life for a few hours, this is definitely the place to do it! I will be back.

I booked services for my friend and myself to have done at the same time. We were so very pleased with everything! The overall look and feel of the spa is fantastic, the extra amenities are great and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both of the ladies that provided our services did an amazing job, not only the actual physical services but explaining everything and making us both feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would personally recommend their signature 90 minut facial as it is so much more than just a facial, I left feeling so renewed and with beautiful skin! I have been going to see E at Copperfalls for a few years now and I absolutely love her. I am ridiculously picky about my hair and she continuously exceeds my expectations. Go to spot in castle rock for anything hair, skin, body, related. For hair; E is my go to stylist. She’s been taking care of my mom, sister, and I for years and does an incredible job every time. She brought my dry, brittle, and over processed hair back literally from the dead. Experienced, talented, and down right genuine person. You won’t regret trying her out!

Place was clean but unfortunately no styling of hair and still same high price for color and cut. I did not get the right color OR cut and was not able to tell until I got home and had to re wet and dry. Now I have to make another appointment to correct. Huge waste of time and money!

I had several years of nice, relaxing experiences at Copperfalls, then I had a truly horrible experience. They apologized sincerely and tried very hard to make up for my experience. The way a place handles a bad situation is very important to me as customer service is not valuable to many places today. It is definitely important to them that you have a great experience.Copperfalls just has a lovely, peaceful spa environment with pleasant people, especially Lindsey. She definitely gave me superior care.

This was my first of hopefully many visits to this salon. Candace was great with listening to my concerns of trying to grow out curly hair, and I loved how she cut it to be easy to care for each day. She shampooed me before and after the cut, so I wouldnt have all of the cut hair snowing down afterwards.

Located in the quaint downtown area of Castle Rock, you will find this lovely spa and salon. The salon has great energy, E is my stylist and I highly recommend. I love her trims. The spa is on the second level and is so tranquil and relaxing I am excited to have a spa treatment there soon! You will love it!

All’s I wanted was be curly hair products and my “birthday present “ what a joke! I was being “helped “ for over 20 minutes when I told the young lady I needed to go she sniped at me.. “ then just go!” Seriously so rude.. it was not my fault she couldn’t do her job! I said no just ring up the be curly and forget the “present “ If I didn’t need the product I would have just left!This was my first and last time there..Quite disappointing ☹️
