I go here about every 3-4 weeks to get a fresh set and can honestly say I don’t trust any other nail salon. Ben is absolutely amazing and the nails always last me the full time. They tend to overbook people and the wait can be long but they are clean and efficient.

I got these done about a 8 days ago. My first impression of the place was it was clean, busy and felt a little crowded due to the amount of clients in there.The reason for the 3 star rating was because it feels like they over book people. You might have an appointment but you dont seem to get in at your scheduled time. However, I only waited about 8 minutes beyond my scheduled time which wasnt too bad.My other reason for 3 stars was for the response I got when asked if they could do a certain nail color and pattern. It was a no. Not a polite no, not a Im sorry we cant. It was more like how dare I asked no. I wasnt impressed by this. I am from out of state and my regular nail salon the owner is extremely talented and so far never has yet to turn down a complicated nail design. I understood that going into a place new not to necessarily expect the same level of service I get back home. However, I do expect a friendlier response. I did ask if they were able to do another design which is what I got.I am pleased with the nail design that I received and the time it took to get it done was reasonable. However the price was a lot more than expected. In Texas this would have cost me $45. $78 was a lot for a nail design I considered to be not that complex.It wasnt a relax atmosphere as there was children there playing and babies crying (again not something I have ever seen at any nail salon and I am a mother to 7) but this is not a place I would bring children to in my opinion. If this was a norm it is something I would definitely let customers know about in advance so they had an option. Having a pedicure which can be very relaxing, could be totally undone by having children there. Again two eachs own it is just not my cup of tea.In summary, I didnt get exactly my first choice done for my nails, but was pleased by my second choice and the outcome of the service. I would probably not return due to not knowing if I was going to have a long wait due to over booking or the crowded area and possible noise. I also think that the price was way over charged for such a nail design. I am in town for a while longer and will look elsewhere for my next nail appointment.

Ben did a fantastic job! I brought in a reference photo for what I wanted and he did it perfectly. He was friendly and took his time making sure everything was neat and equal. I will definitely make this my go to nail salon.

I loved how my nails turned out. Lady was super kind and patient. Super clean and short process what was good. Color was super pretty, definitely coming here again!

I paid $50+ dollars for this pedicure and the polish started chipping after 4 days. The nail tech had to take my polish to the back, I am sure to thin the polish because it was no good. I should have said something, but what would have been better is, if she would have had me choose a different color. This was an expensive pedicure for it to only last 4 days. I do not recommend this salon.

Came in on my birthday hoping for a relaxing pedicure. Their welcome was a very hurried “wash your hands” before I could even pick out a color. The place feels very crowded and narrow.I sat down before there was water in the tub which was weird and then hot water was turned on and a stack of nail samples was placed in my lap. When I couldn’t find the color close to the one I usually get I asked if there were others. Then he brought out more. *sigh*The guy then handed me what looked like a piece of wrinkled trash. It was a menu to ask what kind of pedicure i wanted. I chose luxury since i hoped that would ensure a more relaxing and pampering pedicure…. Nope! There was nothing luxury except a higher price.I am hoping to find a good place in Castle Rock for a regular pedicure.

First and foremost I appreciated that Lena could squeeze 3 of us in at 5:30pm it was the day Before my Birthday…2 full sets with pedicures and brows and one child with a nail and toe polish..So the first picture is similar to what I wanted I was looking for a orange color but didn’t see one I liked.The second picture is what I got and I haven’t had them a full 2 weeks yet and 2 already broke . I felt like they talk entirely way to much and 2 loud and if they focused more on the work than talking the nails would be exceptional they were ok until they broke .. I will be going back to Englewood from now on this is the 2nd shop out here that was ok..

Amazing salon. Was hesitant due to the reviews but we gave it a shot and I’m so glad we did. The luxury pedicure was to die for. Our feet are like babies bottoms!!! Such a relaxing and welcoming place. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it! I’ll never go anywhere in CR again. Thank you again La Bella Nails & Spa!

Loved them, they were all so nice. I had to wait a little past my appointment but was worth it. I think his name was Lee or Lin and he was so patient with me when picking out colors. I expected to just go in and get all French tip but he did such a wonderful job.

Got my nails done for prom and Ben did an amazing job on both my full acrylic set and basic pedicure. He was very nice and listened to what I wanted, making sure I liked how everything looked every step of the way. Even did a great job on nail art on a couple of nails. Very reasonably priced for good quality beautiful acrylic nails. He did a great job on the basic pedicure with normal polish too! Will definitely be returning!

I have been to this salon a few times before and had no issues. However, my last visit was a disaster. They were very busy and kept switching off who was doing my nails (I would have been fine coming back later but they insisted!) A very nice man ended up trying to do a dip manicure which he had never done before and it was obvious. When he was filing my nails, there were 3 separate times the high-spin file went under my finger, and it HURT. I pulled my hand back and the plastic barrier fell on top of me. A lady ended up having to finish with normal polish- not the powder that I asked for, and I was there for over 2 hours. I was still charged full price!! I will not be going back.

I was skeptical at first because the tech was on his phone and did no nail prep for my dip manicure. It turned out wonderful! He was very friendly and was the first tech to EVER treat my cuticles during a dip manicure. A bit pricey compared to others in the metro area ($42 dip manicure) but I’m happy with it.

They are amazing. Always try to make sure you love your nails. They are clean, kind and I get compliments on my pretty nails.

Absolutely horrible customer service! We made an appointment and had to wait over an hour before we were helped. They said customers who had appointments with specific people get to go ahead of people who “just call and make an appointment”. We had 4 people in our group and they started one so we couldn’t just leave. We didn’t even get to sit together. They were very rude about it. Do not recommend this place!

One of the men there did my nails for my friends wedding. He was one of the best nail techs Ive ever had, Ive been cut so many times getting a full set. The cost was $48 and I would totally pay that again, he did an amazing job!!!Highly recommend this salon!

Linda was amazing! I was late but they still got me in, and I was asking for a full set of ombré nails that Linda hadn’t done before, using black with the base color. She diligently reworked them over and over, always asking me if they were as I wanted them, until they were perfect.I couldn’t be any happier with the service and perfect result. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time coming here and my experience was nothing but perfect! My friend and I walked in around 1 and we were immediately seated. Unlike most nail salons it wasnt cramped and it didnt smell like acetone or anything! It was so clean and spacious. Lena did my nails today and she was so patient with me, as I wanted a specific color for my acrylics. She was so knowledgeable on the nail colors so I felt confident in her doing my nails and she did not disappoint! Ive never had such a nice experience getting my nails done! Highly recommend! Lena is my new go-to for nail sets!

Loved how they both came out but felt uncomfortable, I couldnt understand what the woman who was doing my pedicure was trying to say to me and when she told someone to come help her you could see that she was annoyed. I tried my best to understand her but I really couldnt and I just wished she couldve asked for help in a better way.

Got a mani pedi and it was great! My only complaint is their reaction to a trans woman asking for nails. They were skeptical and tried changing my color, laughing when I picked glitter. It made me feel very unwelcome and out of place. My nails turned out great which makes me sad that they were rude. Will not be returning.

La Bella is literally the best. I highly recommend Jenny and Lina, they both have extreme skills in both acrylics and dip powder. They get the shape, thickness, color, and design of your nails perfect and exactly how you like it every time. They always take their time!

Favorite nail salon in Castle Rock for acrylic nails!

Since I moved to castle rock I have struggled to find a clean nail salon with excellent service. Let me just say this place is AMAZING. I got the luxury pedicure and they are extremely clean in there, they did a fantastic job, and the attention to detail is just amazing. I will be back!!! It is the only place I will get a pedicure from here on out. Did I mention how clean they were??

They were very busy but had enough staff to take care of a lot of customers. I did not wait and the gentleman who did my nails was very fast and my nails looked so great! But no social interaction and they were a bit rude at times. Would have helped if they had some music going to fill the void of quietness.

I heard great things about this nail salon but I was not impressed. The area that I was sitting at was not very clean. There were dead gnats on the little light that was right in front of my face.The employees were not very pleasant. Didnt talk to me when I spoke to them.I received a shellac and I asked for an extra top coat to make sure the nails were strong enough. I am a mom of 2 and wash my hands constantly with very brittle nails. Instead of doing as I asked the tech told me I shouldnt have gotten shellac but I should have gotten the dip because its stronger. I have gotten shellac many times at other salons and they have held up for up to 2-3 weeks. Thats all I want.After two days two of my nails broke and my shellac came right off. Its now been a week, half of my shellac is off and chipped. I have only experienced this at one other salon.I would not recommend this place for shellac, nor would I return due to how unclean it was. I felt so grossed out watching employees taking their shoes off, sitting in the pedicure chairs with their feet on the tubs and surrounding area with their bare feet.Not worth the money I paid there.

I absolutely love this place and will continue to recommend it to everyone I know! After voicing my concerns about how my nails looked they had no problem fixing them and giving me the most beautiful and clean set I’ve ever received!!

I got long matte black acrylics with a glitter nail. They are the smoothest, best quality nails Ive had in town. Ive lived here 26 years.

Highly recommend LaBella nails to anyone! I have been going to Lena for over 2 1/2 years now - I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is a true perfectionist and artist! I can take any picture in and she can duplicate it, but it looks better!!!

This was my first time here and I decided to go to this location based on other google reviews I read. Making the appointment online was so easy and I received both a text and email confirmation. When I got there, my daughter and I were warmly greeted and everyone was so nice and friendly. Its not an oversized salon but everything was clean and I just knew I had found happy place! Ill definitely be back!!

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now. I have had my nails done, I get pedicures and I also get my eyelashes done. They are reasonably priced, always a clean environment and very friendly. I go more for my eyelashes than anything because she does the best job by far for the price.

Terrible service. Ill never go back. I spent THREE hours in there, and 110$ plus tip. Linda rushed thru my nails (believe it or not) and the acrylic on my toes doesnt even cover the whole nail! They are crooked! Nails filed more on one side than the other so they look lop-sided and the polish doesnt even cover the whole nail. Im so upset and I will never go back. Linda is a hit or miss and most times its a miss. She didnt even have me wash my hands in between painting them and my nails are away from the cuticle. These pictures are one day after

I called at 2:20pm to see if they had availability for us and they told us to come at 3:30pm. We arrived at 3:25pm and checked in. An hour later they still hadn’t started with our services so we left. All they had to say was to come later, and not waste our time. Definitely unprofessional.

I had a shellac manicure done and she was great! She took her time to shape each nail and was very meticulous. Her colour recommendations are awesome too! I will definitely be going back to her. You should always call ahead for availability as they get pretty busy.💞

Only place I trust with my nails. I work full time as a barista and my hands show it. Those ladies go to work!I feel my best the shift following my manicure, especially when my nail color get complimented. I love coming here midday because theres never a wait. Ive regularly scheduled appointments and have had zero issues with that service.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

First time here. Following CDC guidelines for COVID-19. The woman that did my toes was great and friendly. The guy that did my mani on the other hand was rushing through, made my thumb bleed, 3 of my nails were crooked and he overcharged me!

This is probably one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. First of all everyone was so nice and friendly. They greeted me right away. When I got my pedicure done they were so nice and started a conversation with me. My nails looked amazing and I did the deluxe pedicure which was Incredible. I highly recommend this place. They did a good job on my nails and toes and overall the staff were sweet.

I came here yesterday ( a Saturday afternoon ) for a pedicure. I was taken right away without having to wait. The staff was friendly, the location was clean, and the nail tech took her time and gave me a fantastic massage on my feet and legs. I was in and out in 45 minutes, I will definitely be back.🌹

If one likes the smell of strong chemicals, then its definitely the place to get nails done. If you enjoy sitting in an assembly line, then its the place for you. It simply was not to my liking because I want to relax and chat when Im getting nails done. But its very busy so it must appeal!

This is my favorite nail salon ever. All the people are so sweet and will always correct any mistake. Theyre not like other places just rushing people in and out of chairs. They take there time to make your nails so nice. They also go into good detail with the pedicures and take good care of my Ingrown Toenails

Not only did they graciously assure me they had no problem getting me in, I just had the best pedicure of my life and my shellac mani is perfect! I had a Sports pedicure which I will ask for every time now.

I have been getting my nails done by for about 4 months now and am very pleased with her work. She is professional and very detail orientated. I try not to go in on the weekends as I expect them to be very busy, so I chose to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Even then sometimes they get busy and I have to wait a bit (10 minutes max). They usually go out of their way to make sure they are on time, but ya know, things happen. They try and make their customers happy and from my perspective they have accomplished that. Todays Nails was recommended to me, and I would recommend it to others as well.💞

I went in today with no appointment. They got me going right away. Very nice employees and the nails look great! The best part was the foot rub at the end. I usually dread that part but this girl was amazing! Strong hands and she actually put effort into it! I highly recommend this place!

I asked for a full set of acrylic nails, and received crooked, thin, uneven super short dip powder nails. (They lasted 4 days, the first bail broke after one day) (I regularly have my nails done and have NEVER had them break in the past 5 years from my regular nail tech.) In the amount of time I spent there, multiple separate parties complained about completely valid things. The tech that was doing my nails was completely distracted, speaking to the staff while trying to console the two people leaving angry, who had been waiting there for over an hour having made an appointment the previous day, not even looking at how she was cutting my tips, or asking how short I wanted them in the first place. There was another lady who was there for almost 3 hours because of how slowly another tech was doing her full set. There was multiple times where the tech was not even looking at my nails while she was trying to do them. She overlooked what she was doing to fix the situation instead of letting me wait shortly which I told her that I would gladly wait for her to handle the situation. The appointments were over booked and the walk-ins like myself were being rushed. Another lady before I left was talking to my trch saying that she didnt receive what she wanted and asked for during her pedicure. There is a lot of changes that would have to be made to get this place up to standard.

I came in last night to get my nails and toes done. I had the dipping power which turned out so nice. I also did the shellac pedicure and the girl was super sweet to me. I recommend this place!

I am visiting from out of town and I Loved my La Bella visit. I had a gel fill and a pedi with shellac. These ladies are amazing. You can tell when someone takes pride in there work and I cant wait till I travel back from Chicago again to have my nails done again. Shellac #31 💓

We called ahead and made a reservation, we even confirmed before arriving, but still had to wait quite a while for service because everyone was busy and they kept taking walk-ins . We got dipped nail manicures. We were very disappointed. The nails turned out very thick and much shorter than we requested. Our nails are so thick and clumpy that my husband jokingly said it looked like there were marbles glued onto the end of our fingers. It was my daughters birthday and she had been growing out her nails. We specified several times that she didnt want them short and she was so sad that they took them all the way down to the end of her finger tips. I politely told them at checkout that we were disappointed that they didnt do what we asked but they didnt seem to care. No discount or coupon was offered at all. The following day we both have hard stuck on product around our cuticles and under our nails. This place was very busy but this must not be their specialty. We wont be back. Now I need to find a new place to try to fix what they did, because our nails are embarrassing, even though I paid $100.

This place is incredible. They sanitize their equipment so meticulously and they literally put on the gel polish with a paintbrush. Its art. Also, they ask for your name right in the beginning and actually call you by it the whole time - what other nail place does this?! Theyre perfectionists, so dont come in if youre in a rush. But if youre not, I cant recommend this place enough.

Sally and Lena are amazing. they are patient and has amazing attention to detail. I got a acrylic refill and deluxe pedicure. I followed my favorite nail salon.When i get gel done here, they literally NEVER chip. They just grow out and start to look ugly but no chipping!! At one point i just let them grow for 6 weeks, cut my nails, and still the gel didnt chip - amazing!The new place is clean and nicely kept. Call for an appointment :)

Made an appointment for 10:30 and 3 pedicures, showed up early and still did not get started on time. Walk-ins came in after us and got help first. If you want a good quality experience, stay away from here! Their hour pedicure was over in 35 minutes, and it sure didnt feel like they want to make repeat customers!

I went to get a manicure and wax here today. First, she acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. She seemed like she was in the biggest hurry, yet I made an appointment. She rushed so much that she got nail polish on my shirt. I also got a wax while I was there. She was in such a hurry that she dropped a glob of hot wax in my hair. I went back about an hour later to get money back, she was rude to me when I questioned her about it. They gave me my manicure money back. To piss her off, I turned around and gave it to the young girl who had started with me. There are great nail places around town, this is not one of them.Read the message before me, gross!

Lina does my nails and I have never had a bad experience I am usually able to go up to 3+weeks between rebase appointments. I have been her client for over 4 years and I am 100% satisfied. I appreciate that they heat sterilize their instruments.

Loved it! Came in as a walk in to get my eyebrows done. Didnt have to wait long, and they did a great job. Price was great too!

This place is amazing! Lena was so so so nice and amazing. She was so meticulous and a perfectionist that my manicure is one of the best Ive ever had.

Friendly staff, got my mom and I in right away with no appointments. Clean salon. I will come back here. My feet are very soft after receiving my pedicure, the man who did it even removed more of my callouses when I asked him to, without having a problem with it.

Brought an out of town family member and my daughter in for a mani/pedi. Id never been there myself but decided to try it based off location and some of the other positive reviews. The pedicures were fine and went ok but when it came to the manicures, we were less than pleased. The nails look ok but are way too thick and lumpy. Additionally, the shop wasnt clean and they used the same tools from one person to the next without cleaning them. We wont be returning.

I got a new set of acrylic nails last month here and they were beautiful. Today I went back for a fill and they cut my nails down way shorter than what I asked for and left them square when I asked them to keep the coffin shape. They also cut my cuticles multiple times I left with at least 4 of my fingers bleeding. And the polish is lumpy and messy looking.

I hate this place! I got acrylic set today at like 12:00pm and its 10:00 pm and my fingers hurt so bad! The person who did my nails cut me 5 times and I well never go back there. They paint your nails great it just hurts really bad after you get acrylics
