Appreciate the effort this location is doing, this place used to be really hard for me with bad experiences but lately the customer service has been actually really nice!! Keep it up. Def has a better feeling coming in now.

Holly is the best !!! John and Mike, Regan and Nicole are awesome and all the folks that work there are supper friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. I have been a customer for over 5 years.Support your local businesses. They folks are incredible. Nicole runs a great business. COVID or Post-Covid these folks have been there for their customers.

It saddens me to have to write this, but I feel its important so that the owner, who I understand is a very nice woman, can help improve the customer experience.Yesterday, I went in to get a notary on a document to purchase some real estate that is out of state and behind staff notary-John-Forgot to include the stamp certifying the notary. Not realizing this, I spent $85 shipping the documents to the title company only to find out that the document was void.When I went back in today to have the notary re-done, this time with a stamp, I was surprised to hear that John was not going to reship the document at no cost to me - after all, the only reason I was back in there was because of the incomplete notary.He also mentioned that the notary stamp, that essentially validates the notary was not always required in Colorado. I have since looked into this and guess what - it is actually required on all notary.Rather than spend another $85 to ship the document overnight due to his error, I end to another store (USPS office next to Pinos) and gladly paid them $25 to ship overnight.John needs to learn that its ok to admit when you are wrong, and that even a small gesture of empathy for the situation that was clearly your fault is also a great human quality. It might have also been nice to offer some sort of discount form having to reship, but the cold no was just too much. Poor experience all around.

We were visiting family near Denver back in December and needed to ship our packages back home. I was reminded of the great service the manager gave me in helping us figure out the best way to box up the presents and souvenirs in order to get them home safely. I also love it when a small business hires Veterans. The manager, John, didnt say anything about being a Veteran, but you can tell by the look in the eyes and the set of the shoulders. Thank you for hiring a Veteran. He was able to handle difficult customers in front of us with ease. Stepping in when another customer was being abusive to his employee. Im delayed in making this post, but since I recently had to go to my local UPS store, I was reminded that I should have posted about this experience.

We just moved into the area and this was our first time in this store to mail a package. Very clean store, with many services offered. The employee, Reagan, did an incredible job and was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond and even cheered up my little three year old baby, who was a bit cranky on a hot day full of errands!! Reagan was very patient, pleasant, and hardworking--- definitely an incredible employee this store is lucky to have! Keep up the good work!

I work for A Mercedes Dealership in Omaha, NE and was in Denver helping out a couple stores during this Covid-19 madness. During my stay I stopped by this UPS store to ship a couple packages back to my dealership. The atmosphere in this UPS store is very friendly and relaxing. Great music, fast service, and very knowledgeable staff. I worked with Nathan and he took care of everything and made my experience extremely easy. Would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I stopped for my usual at Angel Donut Shop and thought Id try to send out a package Id been meaning to send. The weight and dimensions were awkward and hard to wrap. John took the time to help me keep my delivery secure and packed tight. With Johns help, I really felt like I understood the different service options to best send my item. My buyer was pleased that it arrived when I told him it would, this will be my go to for important deliveries. Cheers.

Needed help shipping a small item quickly and FedEx/UPS was quoting me way over priced. Staff was very friendly and Nathan did a great job helping me with this shipment and for a much cheaper price. Would highly recommend this location!

This place is just horrible.The owner is very rude and impolite. She does not care about the customers at all. She is just horrible person.I usually don’t write reviews because there are stories behind that we just don’t know.BUT, I visited this place over 3 times and realize I need to write a review to alarm people to NOT GO THERE.The part time worker is not professional and doss not have any experience in customer service.This is the worst UPS store in my life.Just pure hell and I will drive extra miles to go to another miles.Do not go to this UPS.I would give -5 stars.

I normally hate dropping off packages due to the fact this store is busy and people annoy me, but as I was standing there and waiting for the storm to clear up a small glimmering light appeared John Fatchett he noticed my hands were full, he stopped what he was doing and came over to me and relieved my exhausted arms of the packages I was holding. It was amazing, I recieved the best customer serivce definitely returning thanks John

The very rude and careless young male with the obviously not real name on his name tag (at least I hope not) was as unprofessional as they come. I had two boxes of highly sensitive files needing shipped. I am a business owner of 3 store locations myself so I was appalled at his attitude. He had the music turned up so loud I couldn’t hear him, was condescending, dancing behind the counter, unprofessionally dressed. He responded several times to the blonde working with him because she needed help constantly and was clearly not well trained. He kept me waiting more than once doing things for other people. I bought two boxes and proceeded to place the files in them. He put one strip of tape on the bottom of two heavy boxes. He couldn’t even close the tops and tape them properly. Very uncaring and sloppy work. He then proceeded to ask ME to get out of line because there were customers behind me BEFORE HE SEALED UP MY BOXES OF EMPLOYEE FILES. He said he would do it later. I refused to leave until they were sealed properly so had to wait until he waited on someone else yet again. What a little jerk. All I have to say is my files had better make it safely to their destination for the $116 it cost me. The owner needs to know about this little punk employee. I will be a miracle if my files arrive safely.

I love this store. This is a good store that provides a great service to the Castle Pines community. The staff has always been friendly and the service quick and professional. There is always decent parking in the front and the next day drop off time is before 6:00 PM so I am able to make most drops without fretting about will i miss the window. Would hate to drive to Castle Rock or Lonetree, Keep up the good service and thank you for being part of our community.

The owner came off rude and went out of her way to be unapologetically unhelpful. She even managed to slip in a comment to my daughter, who is very much well behaved, to not touch something that she was harmlessly looking at in the store.The circumstances ended up being something she couldnt help me with but should of handled the interaction better. I was polite but she was firm in a position of not being helpful.A drop off slot would offer a better customer experience. They sell stamps next door. The best of luck, I guess.

This store is incredibly user unfriendly. We routinely drop off boxes weighing almost 50 pounds each, and because of the way the door is hung, its a huge hassle to hold the box and pull the door open. Im sure this isnt something that happens just to us, and I know Ive seen others struggle the door, especially around the holidays. Instead of re-hanging the door so customers entering can push the door in, or placing a doorstop on the door, that could be flipped down with a foot, the solution is placing a stool outside the door? Not much better than nothing at all. If this wasnt the most convenient place for me to drop my business boxes off for pick-up, Id never set foot inside it again.

This morning I went in to get a price to weigh a very heavy item for shipping. I was given a price but do to the high price, wanted to see what the US Postal Service would cost to ship so I left to get a price there. Because of the weight and size, the USPS was unable to give me a price. I returned this afternoon to this UPS store and a different staff person assisted me. The cost went up $18 from this morning and I asked for the dimensions and weight she put in. Somehow the package grew an inch and increase in weight by 9 pounds from what the morning staff member wrote on a piece of paper for me. The afternoon staff person was very rude and arrogant, basically looking at me as if I was crazy to ask how the package gained 9 pounds from this morning and brushed me off as oh well. And this all was after I walked in and one of her friends was standing there talking to her socially, nothing regarding business, making me wait several minutes to be helped. I just find it concerning that two different staff members gave me different pricing that were significantly different. I will never go back in here and I’m just saying that if you do, you should be careful about measurements and weight.

Super Rude, not helpful. Bad attitude from young 20 something who is working there now. Went in last week to ask about notary and was told $5 for each stamp and then she was unsure where to notarize. I left. Came back today to mail something and again same girl who told me it would be $100 to mail out of the country. I asked what other options were available and she seemed offended and bothered to have to explain. I left and took my business back to the old Post office. What happened to the other people you had in there prior to this little snot? I’m willing to pay more for convience but not rude behavior . She needs training on customer care. I will pass along to friends and neighbors.

If I could rate it a negative that would still not due it justice. Jerry the clerk was extremely rude when I complained that I was being charged double the rate for the exact same item I just shipped 2 months ago for double the distance. He also stated he got through 75 years just fine with his attitude when I admonished him of his poor customer service. Ah ha, he did not state he was successful in life with that bad display of behavior. Go any place else, drive far out of your way than go to this store, unless you like crabby old men to provide poor service. Unfortunately the item was dropped off other wise I would have had it taken elsewhere. He conveniently would not wait on me while the person waited. Now I know why!
