Recently came into FM Computer Warehouse to build a new PC and was blown away by the service, Junior who helped me find the parts I needed within my budget was extremely knowledgable and I knew I was getting the best price with him.He was very understanding and has over 32 years of experince with this stuff so I knew he was the man to get the job done and I was happy to find out they actually put the PC together for me and did so in a timely manner. Very highly recommend this place over any Best Buy or other local computer store these guys are great!

Been going to FM Computers for awhile. I go back because they are very helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. It doesnt hurt that their rates are very reasonable too! They explain the problem, give a ready time, and give pricing at that time too. They are only 5 minutes from my house, so thats another plus.

I walked in with my (believed to be dead) 8 year old computer. Coply greeted me, took a quick look, took it to the back room and had a diagnosis in just a few minutes. I figured he was going to say its old and you need a new one, but to my surprise and joy he said its not so bad. He gave me a very fair price to replace my hard drive and had it fixed in a matter of hours...on a Saturday no less!I have used FM for parts and accessories a couple times, but this was my first experience with a major issue. Even though they were working with limited supply caused by the global pandemic, they had access to a good selection and I am very pleased with the work they did. I have been using the PC for a few months with no issues, and I plan on going back for future upgrades!

I gotta be honest. Im using to buying from Microcenter or Frys -- but sadly those stores dont exist nearby in FL. After an unfortunate incident regarding online companies (or user error), I needed a new motherboard, and this store was absolutely fantastic. Not only did they have a compatible board in stock, they went over installation procedures and tips that helped remedy the before-mentioned incident.Honestly these guys will go above and beyond to make sure youre set up properly. Theres a lot of guides and videos out there to go over the simple and complex things, but nothing beats talking to a professional in real-time to help with your questions as they come up. I took my all in one hp computer here and they put in a new hard drive. The broke the glass screen on my 27 inch during process. They said the would get new glass. Waited couple months they said HP no longer makes it. I called and HP does but HP will not send glass to non authorized dealer or me. FM would not pay amount for HP to fix as they said computer not worth it. I was offered not to pay balance, then offered 50.00 store credit, then offered 100.00 check, then offered used computer being a desktop and 24 inch monitor used. I wanted my screen fixed on my 27 inch all in one. They refused. So I now have a cracked screen all in one. Stay away. They are not trustworthy or honest.

My son ordered a computer online...I wish I would of went to these guys first..The components that we bought from Amazon and New Egg wehad Issues with.
