I dropped my iPad while it was plugged in charging. The charging pin broke off inside the charger port!I called Jeremy at iDevice and he said if they couldn’t remove the pin then they would replace the charger port, which entails removing the screen and soldering in a new port. My iPad was fixed within a week. Just like new! Cost was very competitive. Very pleased with technical aspect, but be cautioned that staff was not wearing masks (I did though).

Jeremy was the best. He came all the way to Naples to fix my phone. Now that is excellent customer service. Not only did he come to Naples but he also came to my place of employment. To say he was very professional is an understatement. I would definitely use his services again. I have already referred him to someone else. Thank you Jeremy.

I had a great experience at iDevice. It is such a convenient location from where I work that I was able to stop by for 20 min and get back to work in no time. My iPhone screen was shattered and the repair was excellent. I will definitely come back if I shatter my screen again - hopefully I won’t need to but you never know.

This shop is the real deal! Jeremy is probably the most knowledgeable device repairman Ive dealt with. Customer service is second to none, walked in the other day and he was helping an old man bookmark webpages on his new laptop. Its not often you see someone go above and beyond or take time to explain things in a way anyone can understand. Came in for an iPhone X screen replacement - not just the glass, but the actual OLED component. I called yesterday to confirm they open at 10. I got there today with nobody there and a piece of paper that says open between 1030-11 am. I waited till 1045, still nobody, I took my TV to get repaired elsewhere.

Hands down one of the most honest and great businesses i have ever been too. I brought in my tv in about a month ago after bringing it to a shady tv place and Jeremy helped me diagnose it was a power issue and fixed it promptly with completely fair pricing. Dropped off my iPad for repair and was finished the next day. The iPad is as good as new. Great service and price. Jeremy quoted me $75 more than UBreakiFix to do a simple screen replacement, and his presence made me feel uneasy at times. I would not recommend using his service. The amount of 5 star reviews makes me suspicious.

Jeremy seemed like a shifty salesman and didnt treat me with respect. Likewise provided sloppy and shoddy assistance with my service repairs. I don’t typically go out of my way to attack or dog small businesses but I am appalled by how shockingly poor my service was. A business should pride itself on being top quality and yet my service was delayed and over priced. Jeremy especially gave me cause for concern and made me uncomfortable with his lack of care or attention. Very poor service I will not be coming back.

Easy to find store, just a little walk from nearby Burger King nearby. I don’t look for the Starbucks, unless I want a $5 cup of coffee.You get a great deal on a repair, my iPhone 6 is like new now, and I easily saved enough money to buy a $5 cup of java over there instead of a cheap cup at Burger King.

IPad screen was broken. The guy did a great job and did it in little over an hour, which I really didn’t expect to be done so quickly.I called in beforehand and got all the info I needed. Had a good experience and even paid a little less than elsewhere.Seems like an honest business where the guy clearly cared about the customer.Pretty bad that a business like this has to deal with some fake ‘customer’ reviews.

I found this great little spot by searching the closest to my location. I got to my local UFix it store who gave me a price on the phone which quickly doubled in price when I arrived and they said “oh we thought it was a different IPad. I found IDevice Repair around the corner from my house. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and stood by it when I arrived. They had the parts in store and called me as soon as it was ready.
