We have used Pristine several times now for window tinting and detailing. This last time they did the clay overhaul on the outside of my Husbands truck. I am here to tell you our 2013 Tundra was in rough shape with paint that looked terrible and scratched from use. When we picked it up I swear it looked brand new like we just bought it. Outstanding service!!! My cars look better than they did when they were new!!! I inherited my mothers 2006 BMW 325i when she passed, and, God bless her, she hadnt cleaned the car since it was new. (82 year old people seldom detail their cars) It was a WRECK!!! The drivers side carpet was literally black (originally it was light grey), there were years of garbage and pet mess. All together it was absolutely filthy!!! I took it to Pristine on the advice of a co-worker who had some knowledge of their services. I didnt expect much, considering the cars condition, and asked them to do the best they could. I picked the car up the next morning, and to my utter amazement, the car (disregarding dents and scratches common to older drivers) was IMMACULATE!!!! Even the driver side carpet, which I had written off as a non-issue was clean and restored to its original color!!! Miraculous might be too strong a word to describe Pristines work, but it was just short of that!!! Ive taken both my BMW X5s to Pristine and every time I leave their facility, I feel like Im driving a brand new car!!!! They complete their projects on time, and their pricing is reasonable and fair. This is a family owned business, and I love having people in my hometown that I can trust to do professional grade work on my vehicles!!! (A six figure vehicle requires expert attention to detail, and knowledge of what NOT to do as well as what TO do). I highly recommend Pristine Auto to anyone who is serious about keeping their vehicle in showroom condition. Theyre great folks who do exceptional work, and you wont leave their shop with an empty wallet!!!

Pristine did a good job on my 2010 Outback. It was my first time using them and Ill be back. The operation friendly, organized and their facility is very clean. Ive used another detailer in town and their office was chaotic and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which carried over to my car. I am delighted to have an alternative.

Had a small detail done on the interior of my car. I could see some streaks and smudges on the window the following day when the sun was out. Pristine auto offered to redo the work. I appreciate that. It says alot when a company stands behind the work they do.

Walked right in and was greeted by the owner/ operator. She was very friendly and immediately began to help us . The prices are extremely reasonable for such high quality work . I would recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of detailing done , be it custom or any standard job.

After my dog barfed in the back seat of my truck, I decided to have it cleaned at Pristine Detail because I noticed so many positive raves for them on the Facebook Casper Business Rants and Raves page. I was not disappointed. They did a great job, and got rid of the nasty smell. So I also decided to have my wifes car detail cleaned. Her car is only two years old, but we have kids (and kids dont care about keeping things nice!) It wasnt horrible, but it was definitely getting dingy. Anyway, no problem for Pristine Detail. The car looks like new again! They seem like pretty nice people, too. When I picked it up, they said, Please let us know if theres anything we missed or anything else we can do for you. I believe they would fix any spots they missed, but they didnt miss any spots! Definitely Recommended!By the way, the place is kinda tucked back off Yellowstone. (Turn south off Yellowstone onto Elk Street by the Furninture Warehouse, go about 100 yards, then turn right just past the 240 N Elk sign, and look for the Pristine sign on the south side of that big yellow building.)
