Called another auto detailing in Casper, no one answered the phone and unable to leave a voice message. Googled Auto Detailing, found Nellys. Called Nellys, left voice message, Alex returned called within 5 min. Able to get truck in ASAP. Pulled up, Alex called us by our first names like they knew us, curtious, friendly and ready to get the job done. Did an awesome job on cleaning the interior/exterior of the truck. Saw the fender was damaged and said they could get that fixed. The fender was fiberglass. Alex said they had connections with a fiberglass/paint guy. Got price and got truck in ASAP around our schedule, even came to our home and picked up/delivered truck to us. Awesome job done on body work. Nellys Detailing & more is nice people to work with. I was really impressed with them. My car has not been detailed in 3.5 years and I have two small kids. My car was disgusting. They picked it up from my work for me, worked all day on it and then dropped it back off to my work. It was so convenient and affordable. I will definitely be using them again.

Nellys Detailing in my opinion, is the best detail shop in town. Ive been to three other places but they out perform them hands down. Not only were they flexible around my schedule but because of their certificate of insurance, they were able to pick my truck up and drop it back off when they were done. They also gave me a flat rate which covers both inside and outside and its only slightly higher than the other competitions price of just their inside price. Lastly, their quality was outstanding. I work at a coal power plant which gets my truck pretty dirty. The inside of my truck looked brand new when I got it back. I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra with leather and suede seats. They also put a conditioner on my leather for good measure. I wish I could post pictures of my truck to show how great of a job they did. I recommend them to everyone.

Alex did an amazing job on detailing my Jeep! Looks like a brand new one inside. Spent extra time making sure everything was cleaned and looking great. Got me right in and completed! Will always use them from now on! :)

Had a van with smoke damage searched to find a detail shop nobody could get me in. I found Nelly’s they got me in right away did such a good job I had them do my wife’s car now I am going to have them tackle some scratches on another car that I was told by a body shop could not be buffed out so stay tuned I am very happy with their work.

My truck looks almost brand new! She did amazing job taking 4+ years of wear and tear, and summers of camping and back roads out of all of the nooks and crannies, seats, and carpet. They did a great job with my difficult truck which I used offroad constantly and always had my dog inside with me, and then dropped it off at my house for me when finished. Whenever you go out to eat, do you ever think, I want to find a hole in the wall restaurant, those ones always have the best food..., well friends, this is a hole in the wall auto detailing business!!!I am literally going to share my entire experience with everyone in Casper, WY:I called this location (because of their reviews) on August 24, 2020, I asked when they could get me in for two cars and to my surprise Alex said, Tomorrow, drop them both off. (Really, thats too good to be true, normally these things, you have to make an appointment for weeks out) Sure enough, I dropped my personal car off at 8a on the 25th, it was done by 4:30 (Can I just say, with every experience, you may run into doubt, I did, because I couldnt find the business and when I did, it didnt look like a business & I was thinking Maybe they just had their friends post a bunch of good reviews haha NOT THE CASE), I didnt care, I needed my cars detailed in a BAD way.... I am so glad I took the chance, I am overly impressed with how both of my cars turned out. (Here is the kicker that really sent my experience over my expectations) I was unsure as to how to pick up my second car (I havent figured out how to drive two cars at once), but they didnt even give me time to think about it, I hadnt even paid them for either of my cars yet and they drove my car to me, at my house, at 5:00pm on the 26th.WOW!!! Amazing Service, Amazing Quality, & they do not overprice their work! I am shocked they have been in business for almost 5 years and they only have limited reviews, we need to get the word out there, this is the type of business who needs recognition and community support! Brag to your friends, come see my car if you want, its not too good to be true, they are really this amazing!!!

I’m EXTREMELY picky about car detailing... seriously, most people can’t do better than me on my own car. Just rolled in from Texas, 3 days of driving after a spring of torrential rains and lots of sitting under our oak tree dropping pollen, fire ants, spiders who made webs in my door jams... Alex and crew did a phenomenal job!!! I think my Mini Cooper may be cleaner today than when I bought it last year. Highly recommend. Thorough, friendly, well done.

Alex did such a thorough job. I had my husbands truck detail cleaned as a gift and she did such a good job that I had my own car done. She got all the dog hair out of both vehicles! Made them both look new again.
