He is a one man show and rarely at the location. Tried to have a car picked up after accident to move to body shop. He was closed in the middle of the day and when he was called about his availability he yelled he was in a meeting. Call back after 2pm. I have yet to get the car picked up on his schedule my insurance co. is warning me bout unreasonable cost. The worst!!! #carheldhostage

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have worked in customer service for over 5 years. The man working was combative rude and condescending to me, my husband, and another towing service! I was in an accident and did not get a choice on my car being towed here. Once it was time for my car to be repaired insurance sent a tow company to get the car and he refused to let it go. A few examples of my experience include him telling the other tow driver “ don’t ever park in my parking lot unless I tell you to” mind you this is after this poor guy had been waiting 30 minutes in 95 degree humid nc heat! Me and my husband both had to leave work, drive through two cities to argue with this man who lied time and time again. First he told me they never told the other tow company they could pick up the car or what time to be there even though they spoke with him 4 times before they finally called me for help! Then once I pointed out that the tow company has records of this communication he says oh well it was my stepson here and not me. Then he told me they don’t bill insurance even though there is a sign on the door that says insurance call this number and insisted that I would be paying all the tow fees for an accident that the other drivers insurance company had already taken formal responsibility for. He wanted to keep the car for as long as he possibly could! I skipped through most of his blatant disrespect because I don’t want this to be too long and I am getting mad all over again. The final straw was him recording us when my husband showed up and he couldn’t deny us the car any longer! I would drag my car across town on flat tires with a chain before I ever let my car be taken by these people again. Shoutout to kimballs towing for being so helpful and patient dealing with this! The driver didn’t lose his cool one time while this guy was being terrible to him. I would give this place negative five stars if I could!

The driver dropped (literally dropped, as the vehicle could not roll off the ramp) a non-moving car in my driveway because he was afraid of scratching his lights on some tree branches. I offered to cut the branches and was told he didnt have time. Now the only way I can get out of my driveway is to drive over my neighbors lawn into their driveway.Shouldve known it was a bad sign when he insisted on cash.

Carl is very nice and his truck is always clean, never needed him but met him through another customer.

Timely pickup last night after my van died in the middle of a moderately busy road. I appreciated him cracking a couple of jokes to bring some levity to a stressful situation. Fair price and friendly service

Carl was very rude and not helpful. I needed to pickup my vehicle and was ready to pay just need to know how much the cashier check need to be or how much cash to bring and he hung up on me said I have someone in front of me that needs my attention and hung up on me. This was after I called and he told me to call back in 10 minutes. Not a nice guy to work with.

Business owner was very rude on the phone. All I wanted to know was how much it would cost to get my car out. He was very snappy and unprofessional
