Mike Spencer and his wife were so kind and helpful! I was in my first accident a few weeks ago and he gave me a ride to the next exit to get me off the highway safely and then stayed with me until my Uber arrived. Both of them were so nice and helpful!

I was in a serious wreck and the car was towed to Cricket. I had several interactions with multiple people here and all of them were so friendly. They close at 5, but after getting off work and driving from Durham, it puts me there right at 5. Most companies would be bothered by this or even say tough cookies, but not them. They were all very nice and understanding about the situation. I could not be more pleased with this business. Thank you!

I have now experienced Cricketts twice and WOW is all I can say. They truly care about the business they are in and you as the customer in front of them. I was so lucky a few months ago when we had to have a vehicle towed and again recently helping a customer of my own i was luck enough to encounter them again as a business! They are professional but again I cannot state how much it means to have a business CARE! In the time of life we are living in now, this is a rare quality but Cricketts has it 100 percent. As usual, service was phenomenal! I went in to have lug nuts replaced and then scheduled an oil change. The lug nuts I had with me werent the correct size, so Tom had some delivered. Since we had to wait for that, he asked if I just wanted him to do the oil change then. He saved me time and another trip.

Great great service. I was tough situation.I was ready to pick up my high school boy and My car was blowing with stems and I knew my car was overheated. I just moved down from NJ and didnt know where to call..then one of parents behind me suggest cricket... It took 30 minutes..and I had to leave for my two middle school girls. Not knowing where to turn to...I was worried. I went to the bodyshop the one I asked for day after, the car was there and I was really thankful and person on the phone was nice and helped me all the way.

I was stuck on the road with my car unable to even put it in neutral and push it out of the way. I called Roadside assistance but it was going to take 75 minutes for them to arrive and the police said my car couldnt stay there so they called Cricket Towing. Since my insurance had already called another towing company to tow my car I was afraid I was going to get stuck with a huge bill along with what it was going to cost to get my car repaired but Chuck was very understanding and offered to tow my car free of charge. He was extremely nice and professional and if I EVER find myself in that situation again I will be calling Cricket Towing directly. Very quick, friendly, professional and understanding. Chris came out to tow my car to my mechanic. The guy originally said 30-45 mins but he was there within like 10! Super friendly, fast and efficient.

Very reliable company, Went as far as making sure my car was covered when they dropped it off to the repair shop as it was raining and my sunroof was busted out. When I called about requesting confirmation that my vehicle had made it to the destination of repair I was offered a link to a real time GPS of where exactly my car was. Fantastic customer service!!

I called in to price out towing and the man who answered the phone was just rude and not wanting to help in anyway. Its also as if he had something else going on that he would have rather been doing at the time instead of providing me with good customer service. They will never be receiving a call from me again or anyone that I know. I will always recommend another towing company. Customer service goes a long way but bad reviews go further!

I had a great experience with cricket towing and am a little surprised by all the negative reviews. I was in a wreck recently that rendered my vehicle undrivable and Cricket Towing was called by the police to tow my vehicle to their yard. The driver, Greg, was very courteous and professional in his manner. I had to hurry off the scene as I was supposed to drop off my family at the airport. Greg helped me on my way and told me that all he needed was my key. He also worked with me when I needed to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle on a Saturday, when they’re usually closed.Admittedly, I didn’t have to ask about or negotiate their prices for doing things as everything was handled by insurance. However, I did find their courtesy and customer service refreshing. On most occasions in the past when I’ve been In a similar situation, the tow truck drivers have usually been focused on getting the vehicle towed in a hurry so that they could be ready for the next job in the fast time possible, and we’re not usually forthcoming with information or patient with questions.Also, the prices mentioned by many of the negative reviewers seem To be within the range of what would be charged by most towing companies responding to the scene of a breakdown or accident. One word of advice I would have for anyone who is price sensitive (which includes me) is to spring the extra $8~$10 that’s charged by most insurance companies for adding emergency roadside assistance to their plans. That way, the insurance company takes on the headache of arranging for a tow truck and paying them. Just my two cents...

High quality service. I had a flat tire and needed a tow down the street. They were there within 2 hours at my residence to help me. The driver was courteous and professional. I rode to the tire store without any questions. I would totally use them again and highly recommend them.

I had an urgency to get car towed from Raleigh area to Cary as I thought I filled the diesel in place of gasoline in my car. Their response time is amazing the guy came in within 15 minutes though given wait time was 40 minutes. All the staff were professional and polite giving me accurate rate and required details. Luckily when I came to know I dint fill diesel the guy was calm and handled politely even he came to tow the car. Thumbs up to you guys doing amazing job. I would love to recommend their services. After my first flat tire in 34 years of driving, Thomas Akins at Cricket showed up to my remote location within 25 minutes of my call. He took extreme care with my vehicle and answered all my questions with absolute professionalism, including even asking if he could text me a picture of it dropped off at the dealer after hours. I highly recommend Thomas and Cricket.

Driver was very friendly and efficient. However office staff (guy who answers the phone) is extremely rude and acts like helping a customer is a chore. First time using Cricket and I will most definitely give other towing services a try before giving them any of my business. If you can’t get customer service right then you have no business having any customers.

There is a reason why this place is in business for over 20 years. They are The Best. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They are fair and anyways give the edge to the customer. Their work is top quality. No surprises as they keep you informed at all times. Good Christian people, they are always Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Fair. I trust them completely.

I had a flat tire this morning and I called Cricket. The service was excellent. He was very careful with my vehicle and with my feelings as I was embarrassed that I had been unable to change my own tire. I will definitely use Cricket again if I need to.

They have a good selections of trucks for different jobs big and small. they also have a repair shop. They did a good job towing my Honda pilot and was very professional about the whole job. The next day we went to the tow track yard, to get my personal affects out of the the car.

We had a vey nice experience today with Cricket Towing. They are very professional and accommodating, and the staff is very nice. We plan to use them again as we were very impressed by them.

I have used their service several times. Each time, they were very quick in sending help out, and have always been very friendly and professional. If you need a wrecker service in Wake County, you cannot go wrong with Crickets.

I was stuck on the side of the highway for hours waiting for my insurance to submit over the claim. Needless to say once I got a text saying Cricket Towing would come to assist me they called and sadly I ran out of gas but my insurance would only tow my car to the shop under my plan but I only had $3 as I needed to cash my check first. They offered to bring me to walmart cash my check then to a gas station to resolve my original issue. I never thought a company would care so much and to go out of there way to help. Very friendly and provided excellent customer care. Sadly I didnt even get the name of my driver but if Im ever in need of roadside assistance again Im going directly to them. They earned my business from here on out

My car broke down due to a faulty alternator & i gave every tow truck place that was 24/7 a call and everyone gave me a time frame of 2 hours or more. when i called these guys they said theyll have someone out there as soon as possible and next thing you know.. 20 minutes later theyre here. he gave me a jumpstart and towed my car and also gave me a lift home. not cheapest, but not the most expensive. gr8 service.

My work vehicle broke down and I couldnt wait with it. I paid Greg over the phone, trusted him to tow it for me later that day and he did (without me being there)! I love it when someone does what they say they are going to do!!!!!

I read these bad reviews and it makes me sad. We recently had a family tragedy where they had to tow the vehicle involved and it wound up being stored over the weekend. Greg and team were very gracious to me and my family during our time of need and tried to make things as easy as possible for us. If i ever need a tow in Cary, id call them first!

I have used Cricket Towing twice and have been completely thrilled with both experiences. Every person that helped was very friendly and professional. I rarely write reviews, but I have been overly pleased with their service.

I wish I could give negative stars...The whole experience was scandalous and I wanted to share so that other people do not get taken advantage of..My 61 year father was rear ended by a box truck off of 55 bypass by Wal-Mart in holly springs. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. To all of our misfortune, Cricket towing were the ones on rotation with hspd and called to tow his truck away. There was so much dishonesty with our 48hr experience with these guys. The 1st time I called about picking up the truck (which was driveable), I was told the cost would be $250 flat because they have a contract with hspd who sets the minimum rate at $225/hr. And while they normally charge $25/day for storage, hspd allows them to charge $35. I called hspd and they confirmed while they do have a contract with cricket and a lot of other towing companies, there is no set price. I called cricket back and informed them of their lie when the guy said he didnt have time to argue, would talk to his supervisor and call me back when he then hung up on me. He later called back and began asking why i was in such a hurry to pick up the truck and if the accident wasnt my fathers fault, he would be reimbursed for all of the towing and storage. When i told him it was my fathers daily driver and he couldnt get to work without it, he now said the price would be $125/hr @ 1.5 hrs with no storage fees if I picked the truck up in 48hrs. It was almost as if he was price gouging knowing everyone would get paid by the insurance company. I called to arrange a pickup time and big surprise the guy couldnt meet me for 5 hours. I didnt buy into the fact that no one could release the truck for 5 hours so I drove to the location and caught someone in the office who then also gave the run around and told me he couldnt release the vehicle and that Id have to call the driver. We finally got the driver to the lot and he mysteriously couldnt find the tow ticket with the original information and cost on it so he wrote out another ticket and back dated it. Please be aware of price gouging for towing when youre in an accident. After further investigation, this is very common but citizens do not speak up about it. If you experience this, inform the local police departments so they will eventually get tired of it And drop shady towing companies from rotation. This is not okay and cricket towing should be ashamed of kicking someone when they are down! They should rename their company Prickit Towing!

Unprofessional. Called Cricket to move my sons car out of my driveway as he had mistakingly taken his keys on a trip to California, blocking other cars. The cricker drive said they dont do such tows and when I asked him why he laughed at me and said he didnt feel like it.

Person was very rude - Basically a rip off and in cahoots with the local police - A company that kicks people when they are down. yes there was a wreck - we were told if it doesnt go to Cricket the tow was 200.00 we did not call cricket. now when we try to get to the car its no have to give us 200.00 plus 45.00 for each day here. This is extortion and collusion. If we had the choice could of had it towed ho,me for 75.00.Today one of the owners worked with my son on getting his stuff and reducing the costs. Thanks for that! I still believe the issue should have been better explained at the moment and in a kinder way. Police should ask the driver what they want to do if the cars are moved off the street as this was.
