Byron was so helpful! I was having a great deal of difficulty managing the phones for my small business. Over the course of multiple phone calls Byron continued to be patient, helpful, and supportive. He worked through my stressful situation and turned my whole day around. What a fantastic team. I had an early phone call with a Belgium (yes, the country) customer the other morning about setting up a SIP trunk for their PBX and QuestBlue stayed on the phone the entire time to ensure that everything was working correctly. The issues was on the customer firewall side, but QuestBlue went above and beyond to ensure everything was working well. We have just started to use them, but we will use them exclusively going forward. I had two other SIP providers pass the buck on the issue, but QuestBlue made sure that everyone was satisfied. GREAT JOB!!

I am a novice and wanted to setup my own SIP based phone system for testing. I downloaded and installed FreePBX and Asterisk and purchased a DID and SIP Trunk from QuestBlue but simply could not get my solution to work. I reached out and not only did they help, they took the time to spend hours helping me to debug until a solution was found! These guys know their business and their stuff and I highly recommend them!

The longer I use QuestBlue and get to know the employees and staff, including the owner. The more I like this company and how much they care about the customer and doing it right. I have had the opportunity to work with several of the staff and support people and I will say they are extremely knowledgeable about what they do.As an IT professional for well over 20yrs I have a real issue with tech support personnel that treat me like I just read “IT for Dummies”. The staff has been incredibly helpful and they always speak to me at my level. They are awesomeI highly recommend this company and this group of highly knowledgeable professionals. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Really great service, really great support! I have used them multiple times, from corporate phone system deployment to my own personal PBX. I have never had any problems with quality or connectivity. As for price, I dont think youll find a better one! In one instance I took a $650/month bill down to around $100, just by porting over and standing up my own PBX - not to mention the customer went from 6 lines to unlimited. Ive also used their portal PBX, and its nice! QuestBlue is awesome, hope my review helps, really glad to be your customer!!

Have been working with QuestBlue for many years and their quality and service are excellent. In a ever-changing highly technical field like Voice Over IP they keep it simple and easy to use. You need a DID, you found your provider.

Thomas is the MAN! For any of your PBX support needs you should talk to him. QuestBlue has a host of module videos you can watch to help you learn your system, but when it comes to customer service Thomas is on a whole new level. He took the time to have walk me through some critical questions I had about the system for 90 minutes, and made it so simple to understand. I feel more confident than ever in my knowledge, and in the first rate care that I can depend on from this team. Good people may be hard to find, but QuestBlue definitely has a good one with Thomas. This whole team is top notch.

Ive worked with Kevin and his team for almost four years since I joined the company Im with now. Theyve been responsive within minutes every time, very easy and pleasant to work with, and always work until the issue is resolved. Id recommend them for anyone who needs a VOIP option with a personal touch, rather than working with a company who doesnt care about who you are.

Called Questblue to discuss moving my service. Wasnt looking forward to it based on past experiences with other vendors in this field but needed to do something because of the downward spiral of my current vendor. They put me in touch with one of their techs and he explained the fee structure and was very thorough in answering my questions. Next thing I know he is helping me with the entire process of moving my DIDs and getting me set up so once the porting is done I will be live and ready to go! Start to finish they took the stress out of the process. Questblue is the gem in the jewelry box! Thanks!

I recently discovered that my companies phone number had somehow been put back into rotation and another company was using it. I contacted them and they were gracious enough to surrender my phone number back to me. To accomplish this task they put me in contact with QuestBlue whos service they were using. It wasnt but a minute into my conversation with Kevin before he assured me that I would be getting my companies number back. And that he would have our system working in the same manner that it had been before this mixup had taken place. Which he has done. Beyound that, he has shown me services that I can use to reach our customers in ways that I didnt realize even existed. Space doesnt allow me to express all the gratitude and appreciation for all the help that Kevin and Quest Blue has given me today. They have done a phenomenal job of getting me out of a very tough situation. Great job Kevin, and thanks again for all the time and effort you put into helping me and my company out.
