Im glad the Cary Location opened. Everyone is friendly. Ms. Michelle Graham was very thorough and knowledgeable about the program. She is very kind. She gave me a call today to check up on things. Shes great.

Whomever is responsible for answering calls answered and hung up once, then let it ring until the end once, and now ignores calls after one or two rings. Hilarious!

Came in 3/2 and it was very fast. I get stressed out renewing my medicaid and the guy who helped me with Medicaid is very friendly and try their best to help you and I got out fast and stress free (:

The lady in the front was super rude ! And not helpful at all ! All she said was there isn’t anyone here to help with that while rolling her eyes ! Ummm it’s Human Resources that’s why I came because I need someone to help me .... I was trying to avoid Raleigh due to non driving but now have to find a way over there since the Cary location doesn’t/can’t help me. Horrible experience
