This is really a dynamite group. All the folks there are great; Ive met a few of them and you really cant go wrong. That said, I really enjoyed working with Lynette Mittendorf. She is funny, approachable, and knows the market across the Triangle. I feel like I spent half the time laughing when I was riding around town with her, but when crunch time comes she is a savvy negotiator. Nam Pham helped us find out first home. He was patient in giving us time to figure out what we really wanted in a house, letting us to take our time to get a feel for each place he took us to. Its funny how some organizations quickly become part of your community. Thats not something that happens easily - if it did, politicians would buy loads of that secret sauce and rest easy for on election day. Go Realty is one of those companies that came on the scene recently and has truly become a part of the community. What? A realty company? Arent they just there for commissions? Nope. Call them and ask ... find out about their charitable donation requirements ... learn how they have spaces that they willingly share with the local community for meeting space and get togethers. They support local organizations and groups. They have their own gatherings of happy hour to introduce themselves to people that dont know them and to continue the relationships they have with ones that do know them.I guess its no surprise when many of the finer folks I know personally that work in real estate all seem to have gravitated to Go Realty recently. Perhaps they are changing the paradigm of what we all think of when Realty Company comes to mind?

I worked with Nancy Fredette at Go Realty in spring 2013. I had a few special requirements (walkout basement, school assignments). Nancy jumped right on it. Within two weeks she brought several properties to my attention, we viewed four, put down an offer on two, and had an offer accepted immediately on the home I decided to purchase. Nancy was also very helpful in helping me navigate the mortgage and inspection processes. I couldnt be happier with her work and with the house I purchased.
