Lisa, Jibrell, Kirsten, and the whole team at Bright Ideas Realty were wonderful and tremendously down to earth. As first time home owners, my boyfriend and I were incredibly nervous. Me especially. The market this year was a wild ride and stressful, there were times where we wondered if it was too soon for us to take this big step. Bright Ideas were there every step of the way encouraging us and providing great customer service. The best thing about this awesome group of people is they are informative, but in a friendly manner. They know theyre dealing with people that just want to move forward to the next chapter of their lives. With their warmth and kindness, we were able to find a home. Unfortunately it was raining on our closing day, so no great pictures of us in front of our new home.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. We’re moving from out of state, so the anxiety was already high, and this market was making it worse. Communication was abysmal, Lisa called my wife the wrong name, which shows we were nothing but a number. We followed their advice and were basically left in the dust. It literally felt as if we meant nothing to them. The attitude towards us was completely unprofessional. They spoke a good game upfront and then made us feel completely inadequate. Our new realtor after them did more in 2 hours than they did in an entire month! Even when we explained why we were going with someone else there was never any apology. They’re nothing but sharks after your money to take advantage of the market.

Chad, Lisa and their team helped us sell our old house and purchase our new house! Bright Ideas is an amazing company and will get the job done! Everyone is very professional, respectful and responsive. I knew that we could call/text any time and a quick response would given within minutes. Lisa and Clessie worked tirelessly to help us get through the process of buying a home as quickly and painlessly as possible. When our lender had issues with seller concessions, they brainstormed how to make sure our closing went as scheduled, even through the evenings when necessary. They also had an extensive network of contacts that was very valuable to us, being new to the area.

Had an excellent experience with Chad & Kirsten ! We had listed our house with another realtor, and he not only cost us time and money, but did not do anything to close the deal. Once Chad and Kirsten took over, it was a 180 degree shift in the approach. They were very professional from the very begining. During the process of closing, when we faced issues with the structure (builder issues) they were very diligent in following up with the builder and getting it fixed in time, without impacting the close date.
