I’ve wanted oil slick hair for as long as I can remember. Due to a job change, it was now a possibility. My sister recommended Aveda products so I would have less breakage since I have to go light for fun colors and I have naturally dark hair. I called von kekel and they suggested Sabrina for the color and it turned out wonderfully. She took my inspiration photo and consulted with me on the outcome. ITS AMAZING and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. The entire process took 6 hours and she even picked up lunch for me next door. Wonderful service and perfect color! I will definitely be back!

Update 1:The salon offered us to return to have a senior stylist fix my daughters hair. When we went, I was surprised that the manager would schedule the haircut when the girl that cut my daughters hair was there.She was two chairs over the whole time which I thought made the situation very awkward and thoughtless. The senior stylist was lovely, but she couldnt do anything to fix the cut except try to blend the layers. The manager offered us some product & a credit for a future appointment. I remained calm the entire time until I asked for our money back from the bad cut. The manager said they dont give money back, but if I would take down my review, they would give me my money back. At this point I left (& was not at all calm). I was disgusted b/c I believe that is unethical & defeats the point of a review to pay someone to remove a review. (the senior stylist was professional & good). Original Post - My daughter went to Von Kekel & had her hair cut by Sabrina. My daughter went in with straight long hair. She wanted long layers and some face framing. What she received was basically a mullet. The front bangs were cut about ear length and then the next layers are about 3 inches lower. the layers are choppy & her hair looks thin even though it is extremely thick and doesnt lay well at all. The following day I had to take her to my hair dresser who told me this person did not know what they were doing and shouldnt have let her leave with her hair looking like this. The back had strands that were longer than the rest and hanging down. During the cut, my daughter said the hair dresser looked down and said are these the right scissors. Also, Im not an expert, but she started cutting my daughters hair while it was dry and then said Im going to wash it and clean it up. At that point it was a choppy mess. Id like to add a picture of the front where it looks like a mullet, but my daughter is too embarrassed to have it on there so I could only do the back. Her friends asked her where she got her hair cut & thought she maybe went to one of the clips places and were surprised it was Von Kekel. My daughter has gone to this place in the past and had a good experience, but unfortunately, the hair dresser she went to last time had left so she tried someone new. I reached out to Von Kekel on their contact me part of their website, but no one has responded, so that is why I have decided to write a review. ( Response #3: When you called & offered us a correction appointment, I said I didnt know if my daughter would want to come in b/c she is embarrassed by the cut. You offered a private room which we turned down b/c we thought, no way they have the original stylist there at the time they gave us, but you did. When I left after your offer of money for a removal of the review, I saw the stylist eating next door with her friend whose hair she was cutting while we were there. I did say something rude & I feel bad about it. Then, when I drove by I said to her why dont you venmo back the tip my daughter gave you. Then, her friend stood up and said f you and looked like he was going to throw his drink at us. I realize she is a young girl who made a mistake, but the mistake in this situation is the manager. Two things could have kept this from a horrible experience - a manager who make sure the original stylist wasnt there while the recut happened and a manager who returned the money graciously and apologized for a bad cut. Then maybe because of the senior stylist trying and a manager being kind, the review might have been removed organically. Trying to bribe someone into removing a review is what put the other things in place. I would have said to the original stylist, why dont you reschedule your friends haircut for later today so that there isnt any awkwardness for either you or the customer. Now I question any reviews you have being legitimate.

Madelyn does a great job! She gives realistic expectations when discussing new colors or styles and I always leave satisfied.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I have been to the North Hills locations once and my second time here at Cary location. I wanted my hair bleached and Elizabeth said she would attempt to do so but first wanted to use a color corrector application that turned my brown hair to red hair. Then after she did that said she said she wouldnt be able to bleach my hair. Even though she done it the first time I went there and had no problem doing it before. Then she added blonde highlights over the red hair. When she should have just added the blonde hight lights to my brown hair. She should of never used a color corrector. She charged me $220 for this. On top of everything else did not even offer a trim or hair cut. That was not worth $220. I will never use this location again. Im very disappointed. I dont think I will ever use this salon again. The last picture was the before she processed and high lighted my hair.

I am thrilled to say I feel like I have found a product, Pure Abundance Style-Prep of my dreams. After what I felt like years of trial and error, I have found a weightless product that doesnt make my fine, thick hair feel like a helmet on my head. This product is lightweight and doesnt leave my hair feeling weighed down or crunchy.What was also so convincing for me was the How-To video on the Aveda website. The stylist easily showed how to style the models hair with a blow dryer and brush. I likewise have been able to follow and achieve the same results without looking like I have spent hours doing so.I just spray this product on my towel dried hair and style with a blow dryer and round brush.I definitely recommend this product if anyone is looking for a no-fuss, carefree styling product for volume and body while using a round brush and blow dryer.I hope that Aveda never decides to discontinue this product as I have finally found a product I have been dreaming about!

She gave me an amazing color and cut.I also liked the sign at her station inviting people to start up positive conversations with questions to use.I am a certified professional coach with a positive psychology background. Due to an autoimmune reaction, my hair (which has always been extremely fine, stick straight, smoothe and undamaged because I never straightened/barely ever blow dried it) suddenly appeared to dry out and was so brittle it felt like straw and wouldn’t hold any moisture at all. I was sleeping in leave-in conditioners, constantly trying to soak it with various oils/products, all of which seemed to just get entirely absorbed and make zero difference. Then it began to entangle itself and form crazy knots that I couldn’t get out for the life of me. After finding the root of my internal issues causing it, I needed to find someone that could see if it was even salvageable- and to be honest, I was pretty concerned it wouldn’t be so I’d be cutting almost all of it off and doing extensions with the new healthy growth that had begun coming in. I was referred to the salon in Cary and ended up with Elizabeth, who is now in my top ultimate favorite people🙌🏻 It took several sessions, a LOT of time/patience on her end, a lot of physical exhaustion I’m sure while she worked at it for hours at a time, but she absolutely pulled off an actual miracle🙏🏻 It was all somehow saved and healthy enough to not even have to cut off more than a few inches of dead ends, and she did a conditioning treatment before coloring it to help it stay stronger and super soft. I could honestly write about how great Elizabeth is for several paragraphs- since I’m 100% convinced she’s some sort of hair goddess sent to save clueless people like myself 🙃- but I’ll just say that I’ll recommend her and her magical powers to everyone probably for the rest of my life. The entire staff and experience was great, and I spent a LOT of time there so I’m pretty confident about all of them being very genuine, encouraging, and so helpful. So thank you guys for all of your help and THANK YOU ELIZABETH❤️❤️

I had a pandemic panic and colored my hair at home too dark, then I bleached it... and then it MELTED the ends of my hair!!! What can I say? It’s embarrassing and frustrating, but Renee was a life saver today!!! She was sweet about it and up front with the results I may or may not get because of what I did. I’m so grateful for her skills and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been here twice, the first time for a simple trim, which went fine. But the second time... I am very very upset! I wanted layers to break up my thick hair. I told the stylist the type of ends I wanted (pointed, not blunt), but she cut them blunt anyway. I didn’t notice because we were chatting the whole time. When I left the salon I thought my hair looked good because it was styled in a way the ends weren’t very visible. But the next day when I did it myself I noticed the blunt ends in my layers, AND an entire side is an inch shorter than the other!! It’s awful, I’m so upset I’m almost in tears, especially since to fix this I’ll have to get a much shorter cut. AND I paid $65!! I don’t want to mention the stylist, since maybe it was a fluke, but I’ll be calling asap to get this fixed and will never use her again. Pro tip: don’t talk to your stylist and watch them like a hawk.

Krystal is a amazingly talented stylist. I always feel great after she does my hair. She is by far the best when it comes to washing your hair and those head massages. She always gives me the perfect cut and does a nice job on color and highlights as well. They have refurbished the salon and it is very inviting and relaxing as well as bright and airy. I am always treated very well by everyone. I have been to many salons in the Raleigh area and Von Kekel in Cary and North Hills are by far the best!

Great experience from the beginning to the end. As a walk-in I was slightly apprehensive. I had an appointment with Heather and she did an amazing job. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and accommodating the whole salon experience was. A professional and welcoming experience in a high end setting.

Just got my hair cut and colored here by Heather. She was AMAZING. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out so perfect. I am so happy with her. I have been to this salon before. It’s clean, the staff is helpful and welcoming. Plus, Aveda. Who needs to say more?! I will definitely be returning again.

Liz has been cutting my hair since 2005 (nearly 9 years as I write this review) and I have always been happy with the results.When I first moved to the Cary area, I tried a few different places, but it wasnt until I found Liz at Von Kekel that I was able to consistently get a clean, professional cut. My wife and kids also have their hair cut/styled by Liz - shes great with the young kids!The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are polite. They always offer coffee, tea, water, or wine. No overwhelming salon smell when you walk in the door.My schedule can get hectic; both Liz and the team at Von Kekel have always been flexible with fitting me in - sometimes on short notice.I highly recommend both the salon and Liz, in particular.

This is a really great salon. Chelsea has cut my hair several times now, and it has always turned out just how I wanted it. She has also cut my 8-yr-olds hair a few times, even finishing up with a cute braid, which my daughter loves. The reception staff is really sweet and friendly. Overall, this is a very pleasant place, very comfortable, and with lots of talent. I will definitely be going back!

I had a gift certificate I bought at a charity auction for Second Chance Pet Adoption which Sarah donated. Sarah is THE most amazing massage therapist I have experienced! I have had a massage at least once a month at a variety of different places over the last 10 years here locally( Cary/ Raleigh and other spa destinations ( like the Umstead or a Ritz). She is second to none. Additionally she has her license for facials and I have had the combo massage and facial several times now; simply incredible! I like a deep massage and her loving hands make it superb!If you want the best, see Sarah! Also, I love that she has a heart for helping animals and was willing to donate her time that first time I came to see her.

Great salon! The atmosphere is relaxing and upscale. Everyone there is very nice and they treat you well. I especially like that you are offered comfortable chairs with an ottoman to put your feet up while waiting for highlights/color to be ready. This definitely beats being stuck in the stylist chair for soooo long!! I am able to relax with my feet up in what feels like my own living room! Ive had Jen, Brit and Chelsea all do my hair (highlights, cut and style) at different appointments and they are all amazing!! Ive been happy with the results every time. Definitely try Von Kekel!!

Ive been a client at Von Kekel Salon Cary for about seven years. I see Jennifer 2-4 times a year for highlights and a cut. She is amazing, experienced and professional. Donna at Von Kekel in Cary has been cutting and coloring my hair for a few years now. I get compliments on my hair all of the time since I started going to Donna. In addition to being a fabulous stylist, Donna is a great conversationalist. We both love cooking, entertaining, travel and fashion, so I look forward to catching up with her during my appointments. I recommend you try Donna if you are looking for a stylist.

I was under the impression that this was a high-end salon but was very wrong. This salon is in a strip mall with daily walk-in specials...reminds me of a great clips. It is very small on the inside. While blow-drying my hair, the stylist had to walk to the back of the building to flip the breaker because it tripped. This happened twice!The stylist that I had didnt speak more than three sentences to me the entire time.I was quoted a price on the phone when I made the appointment and then given a completely different price at check out. Im sorry but while my haircut was fine (it was nothing spectacular but not terrible either), it was definitely not a $62 hair cut.Was really hoping to find a new salon that could be my go-to place but this is definitely not it.

I recently visited Von Kekel at their North Hills and Cary Locations after experiencing hair trauma at its worst. My hair was completely fried by a stylist who shall remain nameless at another salon and I needed help. First I visited Jay at North Hills and she was wonderful! Allowed me to come in last minute for a Keratin treatment. She was so sweet and did an awesome job making my hair look unharmed. I dont know how. Then a few weeks passed and I decided cutting out the burn was the best option. I live in Cary so I made an appointment with Liz at the Cary location. She gave me the best cut I believe that I have ever had. She made me feel totally comfortable and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Thanks so much Von Kekel crew! I will never stray!!!

I went here to get my hair done for the first time a month ago and had such a great experience! I am typically very picky when it comes to my hair but I had to admit that I received the best cut and color that I have had in many years. My hair stylist, Samantha H., did a fantastic job - so much that I returned there yesterday for my second appointment with her. I definitely plan on returning and suggest others go there as well.

I used to only get my hair cut/highlighted maybe once or twice a year but since going to Von Kekel in Cary I get it done regularly! Kerri does an awesome job and I always know my hair is going to look great after a visit! All the staff is so friendly and they make sure you are relaxed and comfortable while you are there! Amazing salon experience!I just had a hot stone massage with Jenn and enjoyed every minute of it. The oils were great because they not only smelled good but they left my skin feeling fresh and tingly. Jenn rubbed my face, scalp (best part!), neck, etc, and I literally went into a trance. I had to catch myself from drooling a few times haha. The bed and room were comfortable and I was very relaxed.I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this service to anyone!

Ramon and Heather are my two favorite stylist!! I am impressed with their talents and appreciate how they have taken my average hair to celebrity status! My hair looks thick and shiny when its natural texture is actually thin and brittle.I have to treat my hair every 3 weeks, so the product is key. In fact, when I first came to Von Kekel (two and a half years ago) I had a different stylist who left and I followed her to a different salon for a few visits and she could not recreate the good hair she had provided me while she was at Von Kekel. So, I returned to Von Kekel and once again loved my hair!While I primarily bounce back and forth between Ramon and Heather - I have needed services on days neither are available and have been very happy with Jennifer and Elizabeth too!I strongly recommend Von Kekel - and think looking at the individual stylists’ hair can give you a good indicator of the level of service you should expect -because the four stylist mentioned above have great hair themselves!

Great experience at this salon! I had my hair styled for my big day and could not have been happier with the results. The stylist was fantastic and very collaborative during my consulting visit and did an amazing job on the actual day.

Tracy at VonKekel is awesome! Not only is she an amazing hair stylist, she is great to talk to while you are at the salon. I love the typical Aveda salon smell. I have moved a lot and I always look for one. I will continue to go here. Everyone is great....they are kind and helpful every time Ive been in.

The first time I got a color touch up at the Cary location was in February of this year. I wasnt 100% happy with the color but I decided to give the salon another try. Two months later I went back and had a different stylist, I was very happy with my color and will continue to have my hair done with Kerri. She is wonderful!

Donna Archangeli is a fantastic stylist! Shes the perfect combo of excellent skills, expertise and listening to the client to get it exactly the way the client likes it. She has cut my hair for eight years and I would never go anywhere else. I have been with her from when I had plain straight hair through getting a layered style for the first time in my life and I love it! The change she made was perfect for me. She also helped me make the transition to coloring my grays for the first time and she matches my real hair color perfectly. If you want great hair care for a super nice person, Donna at Von Kekel is your go-to stylist.

I have been going to see Liz at Von Kekel in Cary for years! She does an excellent job and is very knowledgable regarding color and cuts. Most of the time, I sit in the chair and tell her to do whatever she wants, which means I trust her. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed.

I had a great experience with Kerri. I dont cut my hair as often as I should, and now I see that she was right - I needed it. She listened to exactly what I wanted - more than Ive experienced before at other salons. I definitely plan on visiting her again.

One of the worst cuts and styles Ive had. I looked worse walking out than I did walking in with my hair in a ponytail. I had to go home and wash and style my hair again, and now I have to wait for it to grow out so I can get it fixed. It was definitely not a $65 haircut.

I came in upset that my hair is breaking. The lady with a pixie cut came to assist me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet & welcoming! I explained my problems to her she said she can relate the same thing happened to her, then educated me on different products aveda has for damage repair, gave me tips on how to fix/ prevent this problem, answered all my questions, spent time talking through things with me. I ended up buying all the damage line offered by aveda suggested by her. I walked out feeling a million times better after talking to her!!! She truly provided phenomenal customer service & I deff will be back!!! Been buying aveda for years now at the mall but now I’ll be coming here for everything I need because customer service is like no other here!

I have been getting monthly facials and massages at this spa for the last couple of years now and I have always had a good experience! I have worked with two different aestheticians/massage therapists and both have been very consistent with the quality of their work. Everyone is friendly and professional and I am always satisfied with the services I get.

I have been going to Jennifer for almost a year. She is wonderful. She is very professional and has been great at helping me fix what a previous stylist messed up. The salon is very clean and the staff is quite friendly. My only negative comment is that I feel this salon does not offer the same treatment I have received from other Aveda salons (i.e. complimentary beverage, makeup touch-up, etc.) This will not stop me from seeing Jennifer but it would be nice to feel a little pampered.

Horrible! I havent had my hair done in over a year (the last time I had any touch it was with a student at Paul Mitchells who did an amazing job for a fraction of the price) so I was extremely excited to go into my appointment. Granted, everyone was very polite and I thought I was going to have a very pleasant experience. At first I asked for a simple shampoo and style. I just wanted someone to straighten my hair professionally and add a little bounce. I ended up getting a little bit of a hair cut plus the style, which obviously drove up the price. When I called in she told me that it would only be around $41, after it was all said it done it was $80 (the hair cut was $61, which is the highest amount Id EVER paid for anyone to cut my hair). The hair looked okay after the stylist had finished with it (looked like something I could do on my own, and have done in the past), but I asked her if it would would last in the heat/humidity. She said that she didnt know but hoped so. Every other time Ive had my hair straightened, either on my own or with students, the hair ended up being much smoother and lasted a full week with very minor touch ups needed. This hair lasted about an hour before it started to poof. When I got home I had hopes that I could save it so I stayed in the house the entire rest of the day. When I woke up in the morning it had pretty much converted back to being a cross between straight and curly and was a complete mess and a total embarrassment. I tried to save it the best I could, but in the end I washed it out and went back to curly. When I called and told them I was disappointed, they essentially told me that it was the weather and my hair textures fault and there was nothing anyone could do about it. I dont understand why ANYONE would pay $80 for a hairstyle that lasts less than 24 hours. I really dont understand who someone with practically no experience in hair styling can get a much better result that someone with 10 years worth of experience. Very disappointed, and I feel incredibly ripped off. I tested the theory that it was the weathers/my fault by straightening my hair on my own. Not only was it smoother and straighter, it stayed completely straight after walking around the neighborhood and sleeping. I will never go back, and I still feel sick for forking over $80 for NOTHING.

My first visit to the salon was over a year ago when I saw the massage special on the board outside the salon. I met Sarah for the first time and was so wowed by my massage, I began scheduling monthly sessions with her. Sarah is no longer at Von Kekal; however, I had an appointment with Michelle and was just as wowed! Michelle was so friendly and warm, I instantly felt at ease and it was the most relaxing massage I have ever had! I would recommend her to anyone.

I really like the haircut and coloring services that I receive at Von Kekel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Several people have commented that they like my highlights and haircut.

Bad color, poor communication. When my daughter went to pay (at this point, she was extremely upset about her white, yellow and pink hair) and didn’t want the stylist at Von Kekel to do any more harm, she just wanted to get out of there and call someone she trusted to find out what to do), she was charged $58 more than the $106 she originally thought (bringing the total to $164). Again, she just wanted to get out of there so she paid and left. This was her second ‘sticker-shock’ experience with a Von Kekel salon. The first time she went to the one at North Hills and was charged almost double what she anticipated. I held her at fault for that one since the price said “starting at” and she didn’t ask for them to clarify. This time, she asked several times about the price and was charged an additional $58 for curling (not requested and certainly not told it was additional) and toner (which was used to correct their mistake). The additional charges of $58 were refunded after a week of discussion, but it never should’ve happened.When she called me to tell me what happened, I told her not to leave dissatisfied, but she was so upset that no one ever told her what was happening. She said she could just tell something was wrong by the looks on their faces and then when she saw her hair. She just couldn’t go back in there.She talked to a stylist from home who told her how to get the pink out which she promptly did, but it left her with the original white and yellow. A couple of days later, she drove home (almost 2 hours) to have my stylist take a look and see what she could do. My stylist was able to ‘fix’ the color to more of what my daughter envisioned when she walked into Von Kekel.When I called Von Kekel the next day to ask about the additional charges and a possible refund for the botched color, I was told the additional charges were for curling and the toner (used to cut the yellow). Neither of these services was requested and they were washed out within hours of her visit. Again, after close to a week of talking to a representative, the additional charges of $58 were refunded.They refused to refund the $106 charged for the color even after admitting that it would’ve taken several visits to get the color my daughter requested from the picture and that someone should’ve explained that to her. “To achieve that color, it would take several appointments to match up to that color. It would be our fault if that was not clearly expressed to her. I honestly think in this case the formula used did not grab to Kristens hair the way [stylist] had anticipated.” Also adding in subsequent emails “I already agree with you its our fault for not communicating properly with Kristen on expectation of outcome. “ and “Again, we accept that was our mistake.”They offered a complimentary partial foil or all over color in a couple of months when my daughter would need a touch-up; however, after her experience, she has no desire to go back and after my experience with their charges, I’m afraid that the ‘complimentary’ service won’t cover what she would actually need so we’d end up paying more anyway.So, even after admitting they were wrong, they still refused to refund because my daughter went to someone she trusted to fix it. When I asked for the final time about a refund because my stylist had been the one who had applied highlights a few months before and she was also the one who fixed it so we felt more confident with her, the response was “It was [my daughter’s] choice to go elsewhere {Von Kekel] aside from your own stylist.” Basically saying that we should’ve never come there to begin with. On that, we can agree.

I drove my fiance there today (the day we are getting married) and the employee there waxed a big part of her eyebrow off. I uploaded the pictures. The store manager told us that we are not charging for the service so we are even!! They assigned an amateur stylest for her without asking and giving the option.

Chelsea did an amazing job with my fine, half wavy, half straight pain in the a## frizzy hair. She gave me the perfect choppy bob that suits my hair and the NC humidity. Xo to Chelsea!

Be careful if purchasing a groupon. Sometimes they only offer inconvenient days such as Sunday to Tuesdays to redeem a message. More flexible times and days are needed at the cary location.

Donna is great! She really listens to what I want and then makes suggestions. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere too.

Areatha colored my hair and did a fantastic job. She also introduced me to fabulous products. I highly recommend her and will be back.

Consistently excellent experiences here based on mens haircuts, the consultative approach, and the staffs willingness to help. Its also nice that theyll even offer some tea or wine for thirsty customers.

This is a first time i put bad review to someone because this worst experience it happened to me in this salon ! with the stylist Ramon.I showed him a video about the color what i want and he said yes i can do it for you but then the result is awful for meWhen he finished he said your hair is dark I can’t do the same color what you wantNext day i call the salon they said you must do toner to get the color what you wantOr you can come for consultation with another stylist to see what will do ,this is the manager said . When I’m going to them the stylist said you need another foil for this balayage again to get the color !!the toner not gave you the color you want.that is mean another charge , i said to the manager this not my fault his fault must he tell me before he Do my hair color .She said maybe misunderstanding also I remember this manager when I’m going to do the appointment she said Ramon is a very professional stylist! now she said misunderstanding??? I had my hair cut yesterday here and Areatha did a fantastic job! She listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a terrific sassy haircut! I love it! I will be back! Thank you Areatha and Von Kekel Salon! The Salon is beautiful the only negative was the shampoo bowl, not comfortable!

I have been a Von Kekel Salon (Cary) client for quite a few years. I have NEVER been disappointed! Check-in people are friendly and professional. I like that they give me a phone call reminder a couple of days before my appointment. Liz, my stylist, always cuts my hair exactly as I ask!

I treated myself to a 90 minute facial for my birthday and it was FABulous! Michelle was the esthetician and she was amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

Made an appointment with my sister in law. Got here on time, waited in line (without being greeted) to check in, checked in, they took her back, then called me up and canceled my appointment. 10 minutes later, my stylist walks out and everyone waves goodbye. She walks right past me sitting there waiting on my sister in law. Keep it real classy, Von Kekel.

Everyone is so nice and receiving, Martina is the best and leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. I was a little disappointed with the hair color though had to go back twice and it still didnt cover all the grey around my face......with Donna

First visit in about 2 years. 5 stars all the qay around. The front desk got me in the same afternoon, my stylist Brit, was beyond amazing!!! She really listened to what I was wanting but more importantly what I qas afraid of and a few of my horror stories from previous salons (i have very fine, thin, very curly hair whicg is diffucult to cut without making one of the problems worse). She was kind and genuine. She explained her thoughts and connected them to why she thought it would address what I was wantinf but not cause other issues. She help me.make my decision and it turned out fabulous!! Ill never go anyqhere else!!! The front desk lady (I hate I didnt write her name down) was sweet and genuine as well. She listen to me on the phone and paired me wit a wonderful stylist. She even checked on me every now and again while the color was setting. The office was very clean and organized. I love my new color and cut!!! So impressed! I wouldnt usually post a hair pic but the color turned out wonderful! I was lke a dark blood (Blondish Brown) the red is exactly what i was wanting!! After trying to find a salon that can actually color hair without it turning brassy or orange, I finally found Von Kekel. In particular, I found Samantha H who is a miracle worker for me! Wether Im in my dark hair phase, or blonde, she nails it every time. This salon and Samantha were recommended to me by numerous people and Im so happy they were. So much so that Ive recommended them to anybody I come across. I couldnt be more pleased with the salon and my bangin stylist/colorist!
