I had a very good experience getting my first facial. The aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. My skin after my facial was flawless and I’m still glowing. Definitely will be coming back.

I love this place, always a great massage! Magally is the best!. As a runner and cyclist, she really new how to work the specific muscles I need the most work, and she pay attention to your needs. And never cut short, an hour massage is 60 minutes. (Sometimes 61, but never less). Totally worth it.

Heather is WONDERFUL! She is patient, shows amazing attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable and friendly about explaining the process of the services available. Hard to make an appointment - my email received no response and got a machine on the phone the first few times I called.I’d purchased a Groupon and was set to redeem it on the day of the appointment, but I was not made aware that women’s long hair cut was an extra $15 until I right before my hair was about to be cut. The business should’ve been more clear and transparent about this.Haircut was decent but the “styling” doesn’t look much different than if I naturally dried my hair.

My massage therapist was Magally! OMG- she is awesome from start toFinish! Just the right amount of pressure! I Loved the heat and the towels! It was soRelaxing! I will be back!

They are VERY busy because of the Groupon, but the wait is well worth it! Magally is an incredibly talented Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, and she also has a very warm, caring demeanor. Ive had massages before, but theres not always been as much a feeling of lets make you feel better, hurt less. Somehow, she puts together technique and approach, and it is heavenly. I JUST got my massage and had to write this right away.

Ive prolonged writing this review because I dont believe in writing negative reviews without processing time and reflecting on whether all the things shared are a reasonable and fair representation of the experience and not exaggerated by the emotions at the time. I used to have gorgeous long hair but after my appointment here I ended up having to cut it short due to the damage done by the stylist. For starters I called upon arrival as requested and was told I could come in. There was no one there to greet me so I went back to the bathroom and there was an employee sleeping in a chair who did not budge at all as I went to the bathroom and went back to the waiting area. Where I waited 10-15 mins until another person came in for a different service and then someone asked me what I was there for. The stylist wasnt at the shop yet despite it being past my appointment time. Then when she did get there she was rough and rushed through the service. After shampooing my hair she brushed it roughly to get the knots out taking chunks of hair out. She then tried to convince me to cute 12-18 inches off when I only waited a trim. After cutting my hair she insisted on blow drying it though I said air drying was fine with me. I told her she was being to rough and that the hair dryer was too hot. Each time she paused for a second and went right back to it. I shouldve got up out of the chair and left, but I was raised not to make a scene so I sat there and endured it. Afterwards she proceeded to try and sell me a ridiculous membership as if I would ever go near this salon again. Its a joke she would try to sell a membership after offering that level of service. I understand life happens and there might be a reason she was late and behind, but communicate that and dont ruin someones hair because of it especially when they speak up about it and dont insist on blow drying hair when you are behind if the client says they dont want it. The damage done caused so much breakage that I my hair knotted up constantly and looked visually damaged. After two weeks of trying to deal with and treat this, I went to a different salon and they said there was no repairing it was best just to cut it and regrow. Which is what I have done.

I went to Le Nu Spa a month ago for a facial with Colette Le and loved it! I have returned for other services and always leave the spa with glowing skin and super relaxed in general. I highly recommend this place, come a enjoy, it will be a pleasant experience!

Massage experience great I fully recommend it. However getting through to them to make the appointment or ask follow-up questions was really frustrating.

If you are using Groupon, be prepared to pay a lot extra as their “restrictions apply” comes in play for any length just below your ears which is pretty much for everyone I would guess. So overall it makes sense to go somewhere on full price rather than getting Groupon for this place. The place could be cleaner and it’s annoying if the stylist cleans up the fallen hair while working on your hair color process. Also the stylist was not gentle and seemed not at all professional about handling the hair. The quality of highlights was not up to satisfaction at all.

I loved going to Le Ne Spa. The facial treatment I received was wonderful. I was able to easily understand what was being done to my skin and walked out feeling more confident and healthier than ever. I highly recommend Le nu spa’s facial department.

I have really bad experience with this place I went this place to see their good reviews. I bought Groupon for partial highlights I went one day before to show her which hair color I want and next day when I went again she told me to not buy Groupon I paid at Groupon $64 and still she charge me $95 for length then she forces me to buy shampoo extra $35 + tip and while my hair are not big more than shoulder i asked her I want blond color she put one ingredient and she said blond color didn’t come on your hair while I did 2 years before from another state and it came really good I spend my time and waste $200 almost for nothing On the spot I told lady it’s not that color which I ask when I talked to manager she asked me to come to show us again and I told her can’t come I do full time job she said ok send me pics when I sent her pics her front desk helper she said its hard to see highlights bcz that’s the color they did hard to see but on all that she said you have to come spa again to show us what they want to see if they can’t see color in pics and my family told me you waste money what I have to show them or I should waste my time more I’ll not recommend this spa unless you have a lot of money for waste .

Expect to get lot of extra charges when you take a groupon coupon. Inwould not suggest this place. The lady who did my highlights was not atall gentle she pulled my hair multiple times while blow dry and combing and I got a terrible headache. Charged 80$ for Serum. Where in the world is the serum 80$? Also she added herself tip without letting me know for 40$$ for the coupon of 80$ and she lied to me that it was 20%. How can she be so unprofessional.... I just payed and left the place with her cheap behavior.

Please avoid this salon at ALL COSTS. Especially if you purchased the Groupon to this place, they’re scamming people. I don’t even write reviews but I had to for this place. I got my hair done here and I purchased the $99 Groupon. However, I walked out paying over $300 for below poor quality hair highlights. The “restrictions apply” portion of the Groupon basically means if you don’t have short hair (and I mean hair below your shoulders) then they trick you and make you spend $90-$100 on toner itself just to treat your hair. So no, I promise you you will not be walking out with having your Groupon paid for everything. Not to mention, the hairdresser there pulled on my hair several times. It was uncomfortable the whole time and I warn all of you not to spend even a penny here. They also expect you to tip VERY GENEROUSLY and take the tip percentage based on original prices. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!

It was great. My hair stylist did my hair cut perfectly! She was a little rough and I thought it was odd when she suggested the tip that she wanted when I was already tipping 25%, but overall it was amazing and I couldnt be happier with my haircut!

It’s a SCAM! Don’t fall for it ladies! I would give it ZERO STARS if there was an option. Let me tell you about my visit and you’ll know why I’m saying this.My haircut appointment was on Saturday at 9am. I called them to make the appointment earlier that week and mentioned about the Groupon coupon. I showed up on time but my hair stylist wasn’t there. She showed up 25minutes late! No sorry, no apology! I didn’t care much about it thinking things do come up in our life sometimes. So I walked to the station with her and she asked me what I want to do with my hair. I explained to her what I wanted and she started doing shampoo. Middle of shampooing my hair, she said, “Btw, the Groupon you bought doesn’t apply to your hair hfor restrictions. It’s for short hair only. For long hair, there is additional $15 charge.” Really??? I saw it said restrictions but it doesn’t say anything in Groupon what those restrictions are! I thought probably those restrictions just mean I can’t have any crazy cut or total transformation of my hair, which I didn’t want anyway as I just wanted a simple trim! So I asked her what is considered short hair, and she literally touched my ear and said “upto this!”I should mention here that my hair is a little past my shoulder which is considered “looonggg” in that place. Moreover, they didn’t mention it when I was making the appointment over phone or when I showed up there at 9 or when we were talking about what I want. She said that in the middle of shampooing, so I couldn’t really turn around with my wet hair! I thought I might have misread something so instead of going into any argument I decided to check the Groupon when I’m done with the haircut. Oh, forgot to mention what she said about the charge and trust me, these are the exact words she used, “if you cut your hair short today, there won’t be any extra charge.” Are you kidding me???!!!So I went to the chair and she took no more than 5minutes to cut my hair. Then she started sweeping the floor to pickup my hairs. I don’t think I’ve ever see anyone doing it when the client is sitting in the chair with wet hair! Anyways, she blow dried my hair then and I went to check out. I checked my Groupon again and I was right, there was nothing mentioned about length of the hair. So I told her that it is misleading but she seemed very indifferent and annoyed. I paid the extra charge anyways as I realized at that point that they are not worth my time and energy to go into any argument.I should also mention here about “cleanliness” about the place. There was a banana skin sitting beside me in the haircut station the entire time. Also, it was super warm inside the salon, I don’t know if the AC was even on.Just AVOID this place if you like your sanity and money.

My last visits were with Julmag, and she is always ready and happy to take care of my nails. She does beautiful and careful job on them, listening to my needs, and always making sure I’m satisfied with the service. She is also very proud and happy to see clients’ happiness. She did my hair too, styling them in new ways, so I get compliments the minute I leave their salon. Special thanks to Collette, the owner, for her constant improvement of services, variety of beauty products that are available, and her desire to get people healthy and happy. This place is trying to steal $200 from us and I am surprised at this. My husband bought a gift certificate for $200.00 for massages for my Xmas present. They no longer do massages so we wanted our money returned to place an appointment at a spa that does massages. We’ve called Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday and now today. We’ve sent an email per request by the secretary to refund the purchase and received no answer. This is a surprisingly poor ethical practice and false advertising bc when you call they say they do massages and they still have it up on the website. Then they steal your money and that’s that.———Due to holidays our spa were closed for New Year since Thursday therefore we did not response to your email or message. As it stated in the gift card when you bought it(see the gift card order receipt below), the gift card is non-refundable and can be use toward any services at the spa and not specifically for massage. Due to COVID-19, we currently do not have massage therapists are willing to work during this pandemic so we temporary not offer massage services but we do offer other services like facial, hair, nails and wax. Ever since pandemic began, I have been cutting my own hair and stopped getting any pedicures/manicures. Prior to pandemic, I got keratin treatments every 3-5 months. I was hesitant to get get one done but bc it was my birthday and my hair was so unruly i had to wear a headband everywhere. I purchased the very reasonably priced groupon and from the set up of the appointment the staff was super friendly yet very serious about covid precautions. I had to fill out a questionnaire and they took my temp upon arrival. There was no small talk and that is a HUGE plus for me. It was a natural interaction. If you want to talk they’ll gladly engage. They are professional at reading their clients. As for the service, best keratin treatment and while I waited for the treatment to take in my hair, i got a gel pedicure. Everyone was so nice. They offer hair products but didn’t push them on me. I will absolutely go back again!! They also offer facials, massages and other total spa services. So happy i chose them!!

I gave 2 stars because the young girl at the desk is so kind and has done a lot to help me. I want to give 0 stars, When i originally called in with my groupon they were behind by months. They only have 2 massage therapists. I was encouraged not to exchange my voucher. Now its too late because its expired. I bought forever ago, and i may be moving now. My money has been wasted. I do not want to trade it in to get my nails done there or a facial .I bought a massage coupon. I see they still have services on groupon. Due to whats going on and how far behind they are they should not be still selling discounted services on any big advertising website. I do not recommend them. It seems they want quick money but when it comes time for your service its difficult to get an appointment. They dont understand that people want to buy them to get in the week of, not following year. Do not have promotion deals if you cannot get people in for appointments.

My neck and shoulders have always had a lot of tension due to slouching, and after this my body feels amazing and I can finally hold my head up without serious pain! Amazing facial, she spent a lot of time and thoroughly used so many products on my face and put in so much effort that every cent I paid seemed totally worth it, and I saw the effects the next day, my face had a glow, it was missing for quite sometime I liked what I saw in the mirror. I also got a mani pedi, and the mani was the best I have got in years, she took so mucb effort in pushing and cleaning my cuticles and annoying cuticles are the only reason I get a manicure and no manicurist makes this kind of effort, this was amazing a complete spa experience and so professional and polite. I was super impressed.

My hair dresser is lovely . She is attentive to my needs for hair color and coverage for grey .She treated me to a hydrating hair mask too proactively . I will be back

Le Nu Spa provided the best spa experience I have ever had. I have recommended it to my entire family and many of my friends. Collette gives absolutely the best facials. I have noticed an amazing transformation in my face. Everyone asks me what I am doing differently because I look so much younger. The manicure/pedicure was so much better than my usual salon. And the Swedish massage was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. The bottom line is that they really pamper you and all of us need a little pampering because as women we take care of everyone else but ourselves.

I have been a loyal customer over the past 6 months. I was fine putting up with receiving phone calls about rescheduling my appointments from time to time because there was no nail tech, or having to wait at the register because the computer was broken again, or hearing the employees talk about a customer who had not tipped in a very unprofessional manner. I didnt even mind driving 20 minutes from my home just to come to this salon because I liked the people and I got my nails done for a good price. I thought I had found my place.Then, last week I came in for my usual bi-weekly gel Polish manicure. When I went to the desk to pay, I was informed that not only had there been a price increase, but whoever put me in the system originally had been charging me the wrong amount. I had been paying 12$ and, from now on I would be expected to pay $25.I found this to be outrageous. I had been coming on a bi-weekly basis (sometimes more) over the last 6 months...you dont increase the price more than twofold on a loyal customer. Thats just not good business. I understand that you have to charge the correct amount across the board, but the fault is with the receptionists, not with me, the customer.Therefore, I will not recommend this salon to anyone. Its unfortunate, but its the truth.

I’ve been to Le Nu Spa a couple of times- however, recently they really showed me that they are flexible and very caring of their customers needs. My husband bought the Mother’s Day package for me which was awesome! I called and was able to arrange all appointments back to back, which meant I’d spend about 4 hours at the spa . The week of my appointment I had to travel w work on short notice and didn’t get back to RDU until late the night before. I was exhausted the day of the appointment and wanted/needed to spend time with my family. I called and was able to cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. I really appreciated their understanding and not charging me due to last minute cancellation. It shows they care about their customers needs, so they now have a customer for life right here! I highly recommend!

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Very poor influence on the overall experience of le nu spa. To be fair- I was late for my appointment, however, I was called on the phone and instead of being politely told there would be a fee, I was yelled at for not coming in. I have come in a couple times for brazilian waxes and they always take a very long time; almost 3 times as long as me going anywhere else AND it’s not a better wax, I typically have hair leftover afterwards. The person who does the waxing is very sweet but it is just not worth the price for what is it. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I totally would. I went here for a Keratin treatment. I have had several of these treatments done in the past with great results but this has by far been the worst hair/salon/service experience ever. First and foremost I called the day before to make my appointment. When I confirmed the appointment time I asked the girl to give me a call back when she found out what product was going to be used on my hair. The next day not only had I not gotten a call back but I also got there to find out that the receptionist never even made my appointment. Even after admitting to this mistake the receptionist was argumentative and super defensive and rude. The hair treatment itself was TERRIBLE. The stylist did a hack job and rushed through the whole process- A HUGE NO NO for keratin. She also straightened by hair when it was still wet and when I asked why she said that it was okay because my hair was wet from the keratin and not water. I gave this all the benefit of the doubt but now its been two weeks later and the keratin has not lasted and my hair looks TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
