I have been going to Nail Today for three years. When I first started using their services my nails were in bad shape from a previous salon. My technician Kim is amazing and my nails are healthier and the manicure/dip lasts longer than past salons. All the ladies are friendly, attentive to details, individual needs and they provide their services in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nail Today and ask for Kim.

I wanted to go & get my nails done Sunday, but they were so busy. So I scheduled an appointment at opening on Tuesday. I had Julie. Im not sure if she is the owner, but she was the one doing scheduling. She was very sweet, & made me feel very welcomed. I had a gel mani done. She did a fantastic job. The staff here are the best! They are very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy! I wanted them to do matte sns nails and even though they didnt have the matte top coat in the salon they ordered it and offered for me to come back and have it applied for free! There work is impeccable and they are always willing to try new things and keep up with the latest trends, plus their prices are the best in Cary! HIGHLY recommend!!!

The experience of getting my nails done, was awesome. Julie was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She did a excellent job on my nails and even did my eyebrows, which look beautiful. It was nice to get my eyebrows done at the same place as my nails. I will definitely return to have Julie do my nails and my eyebrows. I am hoping that this will be my new place for me time!!

Went in on Saturday afternoon 4/17/2021 to have Pedi.We were rushed through as other patrons were waiting,my ingrown toenails were not addressed properly.Still have pain,have had this handled in other Salons,and came away with problem resolved.Hobbling around after paying $40 to have my feet taken care of.Very little massage,just hit and miss.Feel like it was a waste.

Had a great experience here. Hannah was amazing! I came in super-swollen 39 weeks pregnant and she took such great care of me with a lovely foot and leg massage and scrub and great job on nail polish too. All the ladies here were friendly and the place was nice and clean with lovely massage chairs and relaxing spa music. Will definitely be back!

I can’t express enough how AMAZING the staff is here! I have been coming to this nail salon since January when I moved to Cary and even now that I moved to Holly Springs, I still make my way to them because I can’t imagine going ANYWHERE else. They are kind, welcoming, professional & friendly. My nails always look amazing! They are super detailed and ALWAYS make sure you are happy with their services which I always am. I drive into Cary to get my nails done here every few weeks. The customer service is exemplary, they really make it a point to know who you are & keep up with you. They are all talented but I LOVE Hanna. She never fails to disappoint and is quick to accommodate me when needed. I would highly recommend this salon.

I cant recommend this place enough. Helen did my SNS nails yesterday and she did an amazing job. I told her I had bad experiences at 2 other nail salons and she took her time, shaped my nails perfectly and they look amazing. I have definitely found my new nail salon!

I just found this little gem and so happy I did! I was looking for a new salon since I had grown unhappy with my previous salon gave this a try on a whim. Julie is absolutely amazing...been there twice now and my nails have already improved so much! This is by far the BEST SNS manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails look so natural, no cracking, no bumps...just perfect natural looking nails! Definitely won’t be searching for a salon any longer!

I visited this mail salon after work, which worked for me because the salons near my home would be closed by the time I made it to the area. The salon was quiet and didnt smell like the chemicals used for acrylics, which was a surprisingly wonderful change. I scheduled for an SNS manicure with Julie and it was the best experience Ive ever had as a first time visitor. I warned Julie that it was my first time using SNS and man, was she helpful! She explained every single step during the entire visit! She always made sure that I wasnt in pain or that I liked the shape. If I did need something fixed, she did it willingly with no attitude. When she was done, I loved the result and still do now that Im home in my natural lighting!

My new best place to go to! Ive tried few salons since moving here 2 months ago, but this place exceeds all expectations by far. I will be back!

I went there today for the first time after going to several different nail salons and not happy with the outcome of my nails. Julia is the best! I havent been this happy with the way my nails look. I spent several hours researching local nail salons that specialized in SNS manicures and I am so glad that I found this hidden gem. I now know they prefer appointments but I went first thing on a Tuesday and they seated me right away. Kim did an excellent job on my nails!! I had read several good things about at least two other technicians so I had high hopes for my first time here. She saw that I had thin sensitive nails and made an effort to be gentle and check to make sure that I was comfortable as I have previously had very painful experiences at other nail salons. She was very thorough and had me done in an hour. Their prices are good. The salon is very clean and I will absolutely be going back in 3 weeks time.

This nail salon is amazing! My mom, sister, and I tried to go in the Sunday before Memorial Day and they were booked so we said we would wait for an opening. Instead, the owner offered to do our nails the next day and opened up the shop on Memorial Day just for us. Both of the women that did our nails were incredibly kind and sweet. I got SNS on my fingernails two weeks ago and they looked perfect. The only reason I have to get them redone is because of my work. I will definitely be going back to this salon!

Julie has been waxing and tinting my eyebrows for years and does a fantastic job!3 months ago before my daughters wedding I had my nails done with the dipping powder and it is amazing!!! It lasts for weeks and my nails look beautiful the whole time.Plus, the price at Nail Today is very reasonable compared to other salons. I recommend giving it a try!

I began coming here because I read they did a good job waxing eyebrows. This is the only place I go for waxing and have been coming for about 8 years. Ive also just discovered gel nails and they do a fabulous job! My manicures last for at least two weeks. Really nice staff and great service!

It pays to read reviews!!! I just got my gel nails done and they are beautiful!! I have a sensitive thumb due to childhood accident. Everywhere I go thru are rough and mean. Julie was delicate and polite. Kim was amazing with the polish!! Atmosphere was very relaxing!! Offering of beverage is included. I dont mind driving the distance for great customer service and quality work. I was a same day walk in!!

I previously went to a different salon in Cary for over 10 years. However, I didn’t like the fact that my gel polish wouldn’t last more than 2 weeks.So, I tried Nail Today and it is hands down the best salon in Cary! Julie does the SNS dip for me and it lasts over 3 weeks without any chip!! She does an incredible job and the salon is extremely clean! Highly reccomend!!

I drive from 25 minutes to see Hannah and have her do my nails. Shes so very kind and dedicated to making sure my nails are how I like them before leaving. I have been going to nail today for 3 years now and I will never go to any place else!! Their pedicures are so relaxing and they pay attention to detail. Their waxing is quick and effective :). My favorite thing about them is the S&S manicure 😻😻unlike any other Ive ever had. Its not shellac or acrylic tips. It a powder that is heavily pigmented that is placed on the natural nail. I have a thyroid disease so I have fragile nails and using this type of manicure has allowed my nails to grow without all the mess of dangerous chemicals and does not rip off my nail layers. I highly recommend them!

Just went here for the first time without reading reviews and was VERY impressed. Was talked into the SNS and thought at first they were just trying to get more money out of me by telling me it was a deal and all the great things about it, but it really was an amazing deal! Only $40 for SNS! What? The costumer Service was above and beyond! Helen did my nails and she really took her time to make sure they looked perfect and even gave me lotion, cuticle oil, and a massage at the end. She also explained the whole process of SNS as she was doing it which was awesome as it was my first time. Highly recommend this place!!

This place is THE WORST. The owner, Julie, really screwed up my manicure (she didnt put the top coat on my gel) and when I pointed it out, she denied it. She told me to come back if something wrong. Within 5 days, EVERY SINGLE nail had cracked all over the surface of the shellac/gel. I went back and had someone else redo them because she wasnt in. They charged me the full price! I went back to speak with the owner a few days later and to get a pedicure (which I gladly paid for because I am fair). The owner was totally unapologetic and said, my work good for 2 weeks. Your nails last 1 week. So I give you half your money back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. NEVER GO HERE. BAD BUSINESS.

Great service. Only issue I have is that I had he acrylic nail service and my nail kept lifting which actually lead to my real nail cracking in the middle and that was very painful

It was a horrible experience. They were in a rush the entire time. It wasn’t a relaxing experience at all. Went for a regular polish pedicure & a sns manicure.The pedicure was mediocre at best.The sns was by far the worst I’ve ever had. It looks horrible and I will go to another salon tomorrow to have them done bec I’m embarrassed by the way they look. She cut my fingers up with the machine bec she was in a rush for her next appointment.Even though I asked for a manicure she informs me after she is trying to push me out the door that it would be an additional $10 to have her remove my cuticles. Honestly, I would give this place a 0 if possible. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want a horrible experience and jacked up nails after

I normally hate getting my nails done bc I dont really like my fingers being picked at or nails filed, but she did everything without making me the least bit uncomfortable. Another super sweet lady entertained my daughter with her own mani-pedi for only 15$ extra. Nice, clean place that I will definitely be coming back to.

Nail Today is a wonderful place to get your SNS nails, pedicure, and eyebrows done. I have lived in the area for quite some time but wasnt able to find the right fit until going to Nail Today. The customer service is amazing. If you havent had SNS nails powder dipping done before you should. It lasts a long time and keeps your natural nails healthy and strong. Ive been coming here since October to get my nails done. Ive never been someone to get regular manicures but recently I started getting SNS from a recommendation from a coworker and this is probably the only place near me that does this.Ive probably had about 12 SNS manicures here since October and I honestly am very happy with the quality of the work. The SNS lasts very long and Julie is the one whos been doing my manicures. Shes very sound with everything and she has years and years of experience doing nails!Ive had broken nails and other issues (totally my fault, playing rough sports and such) and Julies always been able to give them a secure fix with little to no pain!I get pedicures done here once every 2 to 3 weeks depending on if I have time and if my nails need it and the pedicures are really great too! Ive also come here for leg waxing and my neighbor comes here for eyebrow waxing--she says that this is probably the only place that does hers right.The salon is always clean and well put together and they offer you drinks as soon as you enter. Theres magazines and everything to read and lots of conversation going on and I do feel like theyre a group of professionals.I also do feel like the salon is like a little bit of a family to me now and I know Julie is always looking for new colors to bring in for SNS and new methods and going to training to try and be up to date on everything nail-related which is something I really appreciate and look for in a manicurist.All in all Im very glad I started going here. My coworker comes here now as well to get her SNS nails done and were very happy with the results.
