This is the place to go! It’s so hard finding someone who not only takes pride in their work while doing nails, but also exhibits customer service! They make you feel at home! I’ve been going to Kelly for years and she is the best in my opinion. I highly recommend trying this place, I guarantee you won’t go anywhere else!

Very hospitable, and welcoming. I always have great conversations here. I come for the spa pedicure and it feels SOOO GOOD! The prices are reasonable and they do great work on my nails.

A friend and I went on Halloween thinking it would quiet and it was. The ladies treated us like queens and did an awesome job! I did a French shellac manicure and spa pedicure. Helen and June took great care of me and Kim worked on my friend who got a spa pedicure and regular manicure. Everything was clean and the equipment looked new. I would totally go back! Thanks ladies!

I went in yesterday to get my gel set taken off. I called at one so I wouldn’t have to wait when I went in because I had work at 3:30. They said to come by at 2 and it wouldn’t take but 15-20 minutes. When I arrived they said it’ll be about a 15 minute wait. So I sat down and at 2:30 they took me back to remove one nail and tell me it’d be another 10 minutes. I waited and finally they took them off. I was in a rush and of course you always tip even if it’s good not great. I wasn’t paying attention or I would’ve asked for my money back. My nails look awful. I tired to post pictures but it won’t let me. Parts of the old nail are showing and my nails are 10 different shapes and all rugged and gross. I could’ve done a better job at home by myself. 10/10 do not recommend maybe they do better at other times. But this was ridiculous. If you can’t keep your appointments let a girl know so she can get it done right in a timely manner by professionals.

My husband and I dropped off our kids with grandma and wanted a spot to unwind and relax. It was 7:30pm on a Tuesday and could not find anywhere that was open. I called Luxury Nails in Cary (past their normal business hours) and they told me to come in! We didn’t arrive until past 8pm. They were incredibly welcoming, professional and did a fantastic job. One of the BEST pedicures I have ever had. Not once did they make us feel rushed or pressure us to leave. The spa was clean and comfortable. I will be coming back and will recommend them among my friends and coworkers. Thanks to Luxury Nails, I now have beautiful nails for our beach trip.

Tracy was recommended to me by a coworker. I love that she holds a conversation while giving excellent service. My nails look great and Ill be a repeat customer!! Terrible experience here. I hate to leave bad reviews for businesses but too many things went wrong in this case for me to ignore. When I initially got there I picked out a color it was a gel color so you pick it out on the samples and then they get the color for you. BUT my technician did not get the color for me instead he began to do my nails. As he’s doing my nails he just seems very unsure of the process the entire time. For example instead of taking the entire broken acrylic nail off of the nails that I needed fixed he first filed off the gel polish and then took off the broken acrylic. Anyone who gets their nails done frequently understands that usually a technician would just take the entire broken acrylic nail off. Additionally, his technique when filing my nails was horrendous! Many times the nail file was in direct contact with my fingers which was very very painful. I yelped in pain and pulled my hand back multiple times almost on every finger that he filed. my nails turned out completely different shapes and lengths. This is the worst set of coffin nails that I have ever had. I’m embarrassed for people to look at my nails. I told him that on my right hand my ring fingernail was going to break if he didn’t add more acrylic to it to strengthen it. I could already see and feel that it was flexing under the pressure of my thumb and that it would eventually break. He did indeed put more acrylic on it. It seemed that it but he left a large chunk of acrylic behind the nail which made it still weaker in the middle of the nail and it just broke tonight 4 days later!! When it finally came time to polish my nails he went to get the nail polish that I had asked for in the beginning but said that the bottle was empty. He tried multiple times to convince me to get another color which I wasn’t having. He made no effort to apologize or to rectify the situation by giving me a lower price or discount because of the inconvenience of me having to pick another color. He didn’t make any effort to see if they had the color in stock. I understand that not all colors are always in stock but this is why you should always check the polish before you tell the client that you can polish their nails that color. VERY disappointed with the entire experience. Too bad I really wanted to like the salon since it’s walking distance from my house, but I won’t be returning.

EVERYONE READ!Went there and they asked me if I wanted to pay before the polish went on. A lot of salons do this so I agreed, I didn’t want to mess up my polish. So he then took my card, at first I didn’t like it because I don’t like people handling my card but then I thought it will be fine I’m overreacting. He then put my card under the table for a solid 2 minutes and started moving his hands. I got up visibility uncomfortable, long story short, had to run in and cancel my card!!!! It was so stressful I almost cried! I don’t want to say 100% he took down my numbers, or took a picture. But it was so suspicious I had to go home and spend 20 min with the fraud prevention center. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I just left this place and I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. You took everyone but me. All I wanted was a full set of acrylic nails and I was told there was a party coming in. However, you have nowhere near enough people working for a party. I was the only one not getting a pedicure. It wouldn’t have taken long. Then, you take a wild guess as to what time would be acceptable for me to come back. Thank you for making me feel like I wasn’t worth your time. I will never walk back in your business.

Not going back. This would have been such a convenient regular place to attend as its 2 minutes from my house but the wait time drives me crazy. Why do I bother making an appointment when I still have to wait 10 or 12 minutes? Today I specifically asked the lady when I can come back to get a broken nail done; she said 35 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later and I had to wait another 20 minutes for her to get ready, and you know what? For me, thats just not going to work. And if she had at least done this with more grace or manner or an apology, I would have waited. Oh well!

The staff knows me. Place is clean. Staff is careful. Convienent location for me.

Ive been going to Luxury Nails for 3 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Lily, Misa, and Tom are first rate. Have some good experiences with the other girls but dont remember their names. Highly recommend.

Very nice inside,clean,big. Nail techs are nice & owner too. Love the pedicure menu. Yes,there is a menu of options for you feet & legs,with scents. I definitely recommend it.

I have been going to this salon since it opened, many years ago. There has been changes in the staff over the years, however last year Tracy joined the salon. She is superb!

Very good place. My wife and 5 year old daughter really likes to go to this place. They have a small best chair that massages for kids. Staff is nice and they do a good job.

I tried a year ago and wasnt thrilled. Tried again. Spent another $51 in this salon hoping for a better experience. I wanted to treat myself to a new set. They are the worse set move ever had. Im not joking. The nails go up, are uneven, misshapen, not smooth and the paint is all splotchy in the gel. I got home and really looked because she had to fix one twice and I was in a hurry. Im tempted to go have them removed. This is the worse job ever and Ive been getting nails done for 25 years. I wasted money I couldve used better elsewhere. Very unhappy.

I have been a client of Luxury Nails & Spa for over 6 years. Everyone in the establishment is very friendly and professional. You are treated extremely well and given wonderful service. Each client is treated with respect. New files, buffer pads, and emery boards are used for each client. There are levels of services if you so desire. I have used the SNS system for my manicures now for over 3 years and it is extremely positive for me. It allows my nails to grow stronger under the system. No lights are used to harden the surface. It has been an extremely positive experience for me. I would recommend this business for anyone in the area.

I had an awesome experience today. Walked in and was greeted by Tom and he took me immediately. I guess I had good timing. I was in need of a fillin and nail repair. Im very picky but I was satisfied.Tom is very precise at what he do. My nails look GREAT. Im so glad I dont have to drive back to briarcreek to have my nails done.

Rude, abrasive and unethical. asked to have my nails cut due to a broken arm. was charged $17 and pushed around to the point I had to tell them THAT HURTS! Never again. Ive been there before and questioned the service. Now I attest to it. STAY AWAY better/great places just 1 mile down the road

Nail wise they do a great job but NEVER get your eyebrows done here, i went in wanting to get them cleaned up which i did ask for and i left with over half of my eyebrows gone.
