I started dropping my Amazon packages on this shop from last 2 weeks and found that none has been shipped. After talking to the owner he mentioned that they dont scan the USPS packages and sometimes USPS persons forgot to scan them as well. If youre lucky then USPS person may scan them at the time of delivery.Im really worried as they cost around $3000-$5000 so will call the PostNet administration as i would have been told the risk about dropping USPS packages here which contains valid tracking.Any one please post a reply and help what should I do?

The owner totally goes above and beyond to accommodate and ensure you have what you need.

As a small business owner, I have been using this location for 5 years almost daily. I have never had a complaint. One time I had an international package to ship and did not have an account so, yes, that was expensive. But everyone needs to realize that you will not receive a discount from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL...whatever, if you do not have an account. Dont blame Postnet or the owner.

I went here for convenience after shopping at the grocery store nearby. The owner rang me up and the place is an absolute rip off. He charged me over $12 to mail a USPS First Class Package in a small envelope. The bubble mailer was around $2.50 (overpriced, but fair enough), but then $10.10 for the package. All I mailed was a note and a t-shirt. Its my fault that I didnt speak up then, but I didnt have time to go anywhere else. Also, another customer came in while I was being helped. The owner said he does not give a receipt for a drop-off. I dont know about FedEx, but I know USPS and UPS do if you ask. I dont trust PostNet!

I have used this Post Net only because of the location. But never again. The owner is rude and wanted to charge me for one piece of tape. Dont waste your time. Find another location.

I have a one person Landscape Architectural firm and have been coming to this place for the past twelve years for all of my printing needs including 24 x 36 plan sets as well as marketing materials. They are friendly, fast, competitively priced and do a great job. I also have a son in the Navy and they have helped me with an assortment of odd shipping needs. I trust and respect Mukesh Patel, the owner, and appreciate his friendship.

Glad to have a neighborhood shipping and printing shop that is open on weekends and evenings. Had a document bound and price was reasonable. We were happy with the results.

The only reason for 1 star is its close to where I live. Shipping larger package to NYC, not valuable and said 5 days would be sufficient time to arrive. The clerk, Steve, charged me $41.16 for USPS. I thought this seemed high but I dud not dispute. Realized after words he sent it Priority mail and received in less than 2 days. The contents only cost $25.00. Would not recommend this place when Steve is workingworking! Rip off!

Orders are always correct and on time with good prices. They are also always very polite on the phone.

He charged me $4.30 to print 3 pages. Will not go back even if in a pinch like today.

The owner, Mr. Patel, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great service every time.

Dont let their 5 star rating fool you. This place is a scam and the owner is a rip off artist. He over charges for faxing, scanning, mailing and printing at a rate higher than most of the competition does. He justifies this by saying some nonsensical things and making up some of the most bogus excuses
