It is always a pleasure & such a convenience to take care of my business at this Postal Annex. They have all types of services: US Postal, UPS, Fed Ex, packing & mailing products, even greeting cards. Service is excellent, it is never crowded, & the staff is wonderful. *****5 STARS*****

You can always count on helpful staff support and a full array of services with short waiting.When dropping off packages there is also expedited receipt on the other side so they have good service pick up from all the carriers like UPS or Fed Ex. P

Great customer service by all the staff but only small downside is postage costs more expensive than the post office. Still love coming here since it is so close to my house and giving 4 stars. Hope to come back here a lot. Great friendly staff.

Today was first time I have been in. I must say it was a great experience. A lady named Rachelle helped me with all of my questions and needs(which were a lot). I am really happy that i found this! I will definitely be back.

I have had nothing but wonderful service here...everyone is so friendly and they always make sure items I bring in to mail are sent at the least possible rate. They have even taped up boxes for me and put their own computerized labels on. Never had a problem with something not being received in a timely fashion. I recommend them highly.

Went to ship a USPS flat-rate box. Over $12 here.. at an actual post office, it’s $8.40. Why a 50% up-charge? Stop giving your hard-earned money to companies like this.

I had a great experience using PostalAnnex+ for binding some lecture notes from one of my classes. Every employee I spoke with at this location was extremely friendly and personable. The work was completed on time, and I received a phone call when my documents were ready to pick up. I was running a couple minutes late to pick up my items and knew I would arrive right at the stores closing time. I called them to let them know Id be late and spoke with another friendly employee who said they would wait for me to arrive. Unfortunately in this situation, I was that annoying customer that shows up right at closing time. I fully expected Id have to deal with some unhappy people, but when I arrived at the store, I was greeted at the door and welcomed. Not once did they make me feel rushed even though the store was already closed. I was met with positive attitudes from everyone and excellent customer service. My documents were perfectly bound exactly how I wanted them, and the price was very reasonable too. I found their services to be significantly cheaper than a few other companies I looked into. I will definitely be coming back to PostalAnnex+ in Cary for any other home office needs. Thanks to all the employees at this location for sticking around for me and for being so friendly!

Every employee at this location provides excellent customer service. Whether I am shipping a package, ordering supplies, or just have a question on the best way to ship/package, they are great at giving me all the options for me to choose from. Plus, they are always eager to help out with no matter what I need. I gave 5 stars because everytime I visit, they give me proper attention and fast results.

Been there many times, its a great place to compare USP, USPS and FedEx rates and ship. Lots of other services available also offered like: Notary, Stationary, Toys, Lamination, Printing, Xerox, License Plate, Stamps etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place.

Hours better than the US post office. Flat rate priority mail envelope will cost $8.50 vs. $6.45 at the post office. It doesnt take much to make the trip to the APC worth it.

Terrible service! We shipped two trays of packages domestically in the States and oversea. The packages were dropped in the morning on July 15, 2016. After 6 days (July 21, 2016) they just transferred them to Raleigh for further processing. Yes, it took almost a week to travel 10 miles! This caused big damages on our business. Deliveries passed deadlines and customers complained.. Never come there again!
