Great direction markers into the facility. I received a letter detailing how to get there, park, and enter the building. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I have been going to Raleigh Capitol ENT in this building and Dr. Clarkson is awesome. He is quite knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and takes the time to talk with you and answer all of your questions.

These scammers gave notice they were suspending everyones gym membership during the lockdown. However, they never gave notice they were reactivating billing when the government reopened, despite having record infection rates. So in the meantime, we were charged for months until I noticed it, all while we couldnt come because gyms are infection vectors.Anyone who uses a gym during a pandemic is contributing to the spread, and for them to reopen, despite being affiliated with a hospital network demonstrates how in America we put profits over people, which is why the thing we win at most is premature deaths, from Covid this time.They wouldnt refund the time since they reopened even though they could see we havent had any use since March. Least they could do is give me a tax receipt for the donation. I wonder how many other people are unknowingly subsidizing their business with their supposedly-suspended membership dues.

My wife went in for an endoscopy and had some of the best care ever! Love the staff there. They made her feel warm and welcomed. She loved Dr. Sharp and his team! Everyone was absolutely amazing! She will be going back again!!! :)

I go here to workout and use the pool. Its a bit small. Youll have to wait on the pool to free up sometimes. The workout equipment is great. There arent a lot of regular workout classes in the evening. Over all they are a great place to get your workout in. Its a very clean and low key atmosphere.

The doctor I had seen their for the first time was wonderful and made sure I understand everything before I left and never made me feel rushed. Their is more than one building with offices but who ever we asked for directions so I could get to the right place was very friendly and helpful with getting me to the right place.

Awesome staff.. Everyone was friendly polite above and beyond helpful explain things to where it could be understood. This is my second surgery there and I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. My pre-op staff, post-op staff, receptionist, registration person everyone had my interest at heart. The surgical staff I dont really remember them (lol) But the couple that I talked to before my surgery very very calming and understanding people..

Not to crowded pleasant wellness/exercise facility. Moderately priced and well equipped. Opens 5 am. Lap pool, therapy pool and hot tub. Sauna and steam room. Exersize room with lots of modern equipment. Caters to an older crowd and those seeking physical rehabilitation. Meets my needs.

I had high anxiety about my procedure and the doctor and nurses were very patient with me and helped make me more comfortable. There wasnt a crazy long wait time either. The front desk employees are super helpful as well. I had a total of three procedures and the medical staff in each of the three departments were all pleasant and even had good senses of humour.

I recently had an abdominal ultrasound here and they are the best. I found everyone I checked in with and the technician who did my ultrasound to be welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait, and was in and out in 35 minutes. Parking is free and ample. .They are the best and well located for me. Thank you all!!!

Im using the wellness center for aquatic physical therapy. The staff are friendly and warm. The facilities are very clean. The members are really nice to talk to as well. Ive used the therapeutic pool, but next time, Ill be relaxing in the hot tub! Great experience!

Great place to workout! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer any questions you may have. The facility is well maintained and the equipment is top notch, without having to wait at most times of the day. The classes are also very good, ranging from yoga classes, spin classes up to boot camp style classes that will push you. It doesnt get super crowded here usually, so if you are tired of your gym and the crowds, come on over here and check it out!

I went there for the first time to do water aerobics. It was fun. The facility is not large like the other Rex Wellness centers but that is okay because I only go there for the pool.

This is a very clean and extensive center! There are so many options and offices. The gym/fitness center includes a weight room, rooms for fitness classes, a scale, pool, locker rooms and probably more that I am missing. Every time I visit the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Great people here! I have had a lot of surgeries at Rex Surgery, and Im always treated great and am happy with my visit. All the nurses are great, the doctors each come in to meet with me before surgery. They explain everything, and answer any questions I have. I would choose to go here, over anywhere else.

The staff was very cordial upon arrival and attentive prior to having the procedure performed. The center was clean and well organized. The individuals I came in contact with were very professional and knowledgeable. It was conveniently located and easy to get there.

They sure dont care about you theres a reason why theres no waiting when you have an appointment and nobodys hardly in there I had a physical the assistant came in asked me a couple questions how am I feeling is there any complaint any concerns hows my sleeping and they turned it into an office visit instead of a physical so now on you cant answer any questions just say no not answering so they at least dont get charged to an office visit all care is how much money they can make good luck Im glad I left

I have been a member for two years, and even though it is a bit pricey, it is worth it. The pool is great, the steam room etc. superb. They have all machines you could wish for, free weights etc. A very friendly place, mostly older folks like me so one is not intimidated by the hard core work out types.

Staff was very polite, got answers to my questions b4 surgery and were genuinely caring.

Discovered this gym last month and got my first workout for FREE which was a pleasant surprise. Each additional workout is $10 which is a pretty good deal for not being a member (I am already a member of the YMCA but come here to use their large pool and jacuzzi). I really love the jacuzzi and it provides great relaxation after a long day of work. Might consider getting a membership here in the future but since I only come to workout about once a month the daily pass seems like a better deal. :)Finally extremely friendly staff members and gym clientele. My only recommendation for improvement is to make the locker process a little easier especially since it is so easy to forget to return the key at the end of the workout.

I cant say enough how much I appreciate this urgent care. The last two times Ive come here, they were thorough and caring about my needs.Too often Ive felt like I was being rushed out of my appointment (even at my GP) or my concerns were being disregarded. Rex is the exact opposite. They listen, they check you out thoroughly and they get to the bottom of whats wrong.Wait times are short, staff is super helpful and friendly and I always leave feeling like Im on the road back to health.

Excellent service, caring and compassionate staff. There may be a wait as ot is urgent care, but you also have the option of going online to make an appointment. There is paperwork to fill out as usual, and if you are uninsured ask for information about financial assistance.

Attending speech/vocal therapy sessions. Every employee Ive had the pleasure of encountering here - the receptionists, my therapist, etc - are great people. Very kind, caring and willing to help in any way they can.

Overall a good gym, but they tried to ignore my request to cancel my membership. Had to get my credit card company involved. Turns out, I had proof that I contacted them. I win.

Recently had surgery here and the staff could not have been nicer. From the receptionist to the nurses to the OR staff, they were all awesome. They explained everything in detail, took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable, warm, stress-free and updated every step of the way. We flew in from out of state for my surgery and I am so glad we did! Thanks to the entire staff for taking such great care of me!

Bless these people, theyve already seen me three times this year (2019) and each time Ive been so impressed with their efficiency and care. I was seen in January when I nearly cut off the end of my thumb chopping lettuce, in February when I broke my pinky playing football, and in March when I got croup. Each time I made an appointment online before arriving which makes check-in easier. They always tell me what the expected wait time is, but its never been as long as they warn me. Ive seen a different doctor every time I go, but theyve all been very competent and communicative. If you need X-ray, they have it on site. The reputation of Rex hospital stands behind it and theres nothing negative I can think to say about this place. Highly recommended.

Not much to say. I had a very short wait for a chest x-ray and went once before for blood work. Never have to wait very long. My only issue was they tried to collect a copay when my policy covers x-rays at 100% and the woman seemed a little irritated that I wouldnt pay the copay. It ended with her saying well theyll just bill you for it a week or so later I checked the claim and cigna paid 100%of the cost. Not sure what her problem was.

I went to the annex building there. It is a bright clean modern facility with lots of parking.

The receptionist was awesome. I liked the doctor. They didnt lecture me for being late.

Lab staff. They just needed to get a blood sample from the vein of my 1y old daughter. The nurse couldnt find the vein and she didnt know better than to pierce my daughters arm and start picking with the needle for the vein. I was literally shocked! Not to mention my poor daughter, she started crying like never before. I have never seen that innovative approach, even with hidden veins. After our remark about the torture the nurse did a poker face and gave us a small teddy bear. So cute. Thank you so much for your consideration. Bye-bye Rex, Id better make a 100 miles detour to find another lab.

On line reservations, short waiting time. Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. The best urgent care around.

The wait time was very, very long and even though I was bleeding profusely it took almost 4 hours before I saw the doctor. She seemed very inexperienced and relied on the nurse. My wounds werent even cleaned before they bandaged them and sent me home. The nurses were nice.

Sauna ... Steam ... Whirlpool ... Warm water pool ... Group exercise classes .... Massage ...free weights .. yoga ... Pilates ... All for one price!!!

The entire staff at Rex Endoscopy Center were awesome....friendly, kind, and new their jobs very well. I had a colonoscopy. Cant say enough good things about the nurses and doctor I had.

I go to physiotherapy and this place has been a blessing to me. I went to another P.T office and had an ok visit the first time but my other appts got cancelled. When I found physiotherapy and I heard they had a specialty clinic I was excited to go see them. They have been so great and the staff is wonderful.

Have heard good reviews about the cardiac rehab program but having no luck getting this scheduled. No return phone calls, unanswered messages. Receptionist at Rex on Cary Parkway indicated this was an ongoing problem and was also unable to contact scheduler. Left name and phone # with receptionist who said would relay message and have scheduler call. Still waiting. Having SERIOUS doubts about this program at this facility.

I went in due to Post Concussion Syndrome. The Receptionist, Nurses and Doctor were all very patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable!!! Not a long wait at all! Definitely recommend!
