Great facility and staff. My boys loved the experience. Redline makes hard work enjoyable.

My son is physically stronger which will hopefully help prevent injuries. His coordination has improved immensely. He is an all around much better athlete. All of these things have boosted his confidence. Great staff.

Wow, what a beautiful facility. This place is where you want to go to make your child or teen a better athlete. The training is incredibly comprehensive and taught by current and former pro and collegiate athletes. I would definitely recommend Redline Athletics to anyone looking for the edge over their competition!

The owner Chad and the strength coaches Bernard, Cory and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure the kids develop speed, agility, and strength using proper form and technique. My son looks forward to going every session and has made big gains!

Its a great facility - spaceous with excellent equipment. The staff, including the trainers, are excellent - friendly, skilled, and awesome with the kids. My daughter loves going to trainings there, and is getting in really good shape. They have really well-balanced workouts and then customize parts of the trainings according to the skills/sports of the kids who attend (soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc). Its been well worth it driving from where I live across town for sure!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter loves it and looks forward to going everytime! The facility is very nice and clean with a lot of great equipment. This is a great indoor place to bring your kids and/or teams for an excellent workout.

We are so fortunate to have such an amazing facility right here in Cary, it is exactly what this city needed. I can’t keep my 8 year old son away, we are currently training there for U-8 Mite ice hockey and baseball. Redline has created a clean, safe, fun, atmosphere where young athletes can grow their game and strengthen their performance. Youth sports have become that much more competitive and this place will give you me athlete that competitive edge to put these kids one step ahead. Can’t say enough great things about Redline.

An amazing facility and awesome trainers. They have helped my middle school daughter so much, not only with her softball skills, but with confidence in herself!

Amazing people and business. They will work your needs and really care about you. They will push you to become better and they are really good people. Bernard and Vas are absolute goats lol. But I recommend 100%.
