I like all the employees at this location but man, Sam in particular is just awesome. He did a great job helping me print out my photo and getting it to look right, like he did NOT want me to pay for it until it was exactly the way it was supposed to look. Because of all this, Im no longer doing business with my prior print shop. And while we were waiting for my image to print out Sam did a really great job multitasking between me and other customers, he really knows what hes talking about and does a good job of informing customers on their services offered. During the two days during which I was there for about an hour, its become clear that FedEx, definitely this location, will be my go-to for all future printing needs and most of my future shipping needs.

Do yourself a favor. If you see a mean gray haired man named Michael in the store, GO TO ANOTHER FED EX!!! He was so rude to his customers. A young lady asked at question about printing and he first of all looks at her and says, what. Everything afterward made me so irritated, I just walked out. Didnt even print my document!

Apologies to the store employees for this, you guys were fine but I have no other way to tear Fedex apart and tell people not to use them. Fedex lost my package that I sent to a friend, upon finding out it was never delivered I filed for my insurance to kick in. To only be denied because they claim it was delivered and offered no proof of such other than their word. Fedex is a garbage shipping company and just like UPS should go belly up. Use DHL its a bit more pricy but it at least respects and protects the items you send it threw and they are faster.

This review started out as a 1 star at most. Grant was very helpful in saving the day for me. I ordered some street signs online. After submitting my image I was told it was too blurry. I ask if they could make me a sign that was not blurry and what was the cost. He gave me a quote and I said go ahead. I went to pick up some business cards and ask if they could make flyers that look like my street sign. Grant pulled up the order and noticed the blurry image. He showed me and told me he could have it redone for pick up on Monday but my sale was for that weekend only. He apologized, cancelled the order for the street signs and they printed me some paper signs that they pasted on white board for me and I at least had something to use outside for the weekend. He also gave me a great discount on the boards. I was happy with his approach to help in this situation. I will continue to use them. Thanks Grant!

Went in to ship two phones (samsung requires they ship separately) and thought I could get boxes there. The first option given was specifically for phones, so I thought, great, then the guy says theyre $10 each, WHAT??? I ask for just a plain box, which at the bargain price of $5 each, I passed too. The guy was far less than helpful and seemed annoyed that I was unwilling to pay that much for a $0.50 box.

Dan, the assistant manager was AMAZING. I went to so many different locations to get things done for my classroom and he got everything that I needed done. Great place for my copy needs. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. My favorite is their honesty. If they cant do what I need done right away they tell me. Im not stuck in the store wasting my time (although I could spend hours here and it would feel like only 10 minutes). I love how they have a retail area with unique business items.

Great customer service!!My boyfriend ordered a fish that was delivered via FedEx- but the shipper didnt put our apartment number, so the package couldnt be delivered. The fish was in its box for 36 hours longer than it shouldve been, and I had no idea where the box was!Thankfully, the two people behind the counter (I feel terrible I dont remember their names, I was so worried about this stupid fish) helped me track down the package and confirmed its location. Not even 45 minutes later, the fish was safely in my boyfriends tank (although it took several days to recover and gain its color back).I am fully convinced that this fish would have died if it had to wait another day. So thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The customer service was great! Eric helped me find the best paper and layout option for my particular print project. I was confused and overwhelmed before I had walked into the store, but Eric did a terrific job problem solving and went the extra mile to help me out. I was out of there in no time! I come here often to print because I dont want to buy ink. The service is great and the products are great, but I always have to go to the counter to print Excel because their self-service printers are outdated and dont recognize modern day .xlsx file extensions.

On numerous occasions I have been to this store with last minute, complicated projects and they have gone out of their way to be helpful and get the job done. I have dealt with several different staff people and always come away pleased. I am amazed by any bad reviews. I have only had the best of experiences here - and go here even though two other stores would be more convenient.

Ive been here 3 times over the last few months to ship car parts. Twice Ive felt with the same older female. Shes been quite rude and puzzled when I asked how much to ship a certain item to two different locations for I had 2 potential buyers. She rudely said she has never had someone ask that. I turned around and walked out. Currently on my way to UPS. This FedEx store is walking distance from my residence. Ill go out of my way to go to UPS from now on.

They do their jobs and more. Ive had items printed and they explained exactly how to go about providing them with a way to print the documants. Very relaxed and patient.Then shipping a childs nebulizer/breathing machine and medicine proved to be just as good an experience, even though the pick up was there to get all packages. I didnt get rushed and was assisted at every turn. Was even reassured that the next day air wouldnt arrive that much sooner and cost like 85% more then the next fastest. I recommend them because the staff underatanda serving customers will pad the bottom line with repeat loyalty rather then one time sell as much as possible. Its refreshing.

Unless youre going to make a flyer for a lost dog...avoid this place like the plague. I was attempting to make professional prints of original artwork. I spent 10 minutes discussing what was to be done. The guy said to give them 4 hours (I thought it was excessive...but what do I know) and that they were suppose to call but we should probably call instead. I call 3 hours later and no one had a clue about this job. I decided to cancel and pick up my originals...which were spread out at that point on a counter. As I said, these were original pieces and important to me. They did not apologize and seemed glad to not have to deal with it. The first time I went here to make business cards, half of them were crooked, I was given a discount but told Id have to go through 500 cards and pick out the unuseable ones myself. This place is horrible and they dont care about you, your print job or apparently job competency.

Please do not patronize this store or FedEx in general. If you have a customer service complaint about shipping they cant handle it apparently. You have to go through customer service over the phone and look forward to being on hold for an hour and being given the run-around.Many of the staff are incompetent and dont make it known that certain items are not covered in claims. I apparently shipped an item that was considered a liability and that I would not be reimbursed for the loss. I would not have attempted to ship this item if I was made aware prior to shipping that it was a liability. Now I am out of $30. Theyll readily take your money. FedEx is a thief.

Wow. Easily the worst Kinkos I’ve been to. All the guy did was fast talk his way out of some business. Not sure if laziness or just incompetent. I’ve always received the best service from Kinkos where the staff is so helpful and understanding. Well not this location. I needed something simple done. Just didn’t have the time to do it on my own. And the guy basically just told me he couldn’t help.

Not very helpful location. Came in to pick up a package and one associate smiled and asked what I needed. I said I needed to pick up a package. The associate called Nita was going outside to look at some geese walking by.. ( fair enough geese are pretty awesome) however she then seemed MAD that I took her away from the geese.. she didnt even say to sign the pad she just pointed and once I signed she said your done.. and gave me the package

I ordered my prints online, however when I went to pick up my order the employee was very short with me and unfriendly. I think her name was Nita. I am in customer service myself, and feel this person needs some customer service training. My print order looked great. My first time at this location. I think I will go to my usual Fedex from now on. The one on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh has the best customer service.

Very kind staff -- My first time at this Fed-Ex location from Virginia, I drove in around 830-ish. In a last-minute rush to get marketing materials printed for the July 4th weekend. Of course...3 or 4 printers decided to eat my labels and I really needed help. Mr. Creel stayed well after close to make sure everything printed correctly. Thank you so much!!!

My suggestion to anyone coming here to ship their important documents or package is that please avoid this place. We went to ship an important document through FedEx express service and were second in line to be helped. There was only one person at the counter and it took him forever to help the person in front of us to ship a small package for him. We waited more than 20 minutes and finally gave up and thought we will go to some other fedex instead. Finally, when we were leaving nobody even cared to ask why we were there or why we were leaving.Overall, very poorly managed and slow fedex office.

To say the staff is unhelpful and unfriendly is an understatement. Bianca in particular is condescending, unhelpful, rude and has no idea how to be nice to customers. I went in there seeking help for a project and she didnt offer me any solutions, but looked at me like I was an idiot for asking questions. She did not explain my options well, or the prices involved. I was extremely disappointed and will not be back here.

It took 20mins to pick up a package! No greeting or eye contact upon entering the store, so after 5 mins I called across to a man working the copier and asked where to pick up my package. He just said wait there which I did for the next 15mins. Eventually a clerk was free and it took one minute to hand over my package. Next time Ill stick with home delivery which has always been fine.

I went here to print address labels for my wedding invitations. I had all of the files ready and even brought my own labels so I knew they would be the right size. We were here for at least a half hour while one employee struggled to get them to the printer. We had to resize the font because somehow their computer changed the sizes and the city wasnt showing up. She still managed to not correctly resize the words to where the city and zipcode were much larger than the rest of the address despite me telling her more than once. She first printed them on regular paper because she didnt know how their program worked, then when they were finally on the right paper there was a page missing which I didnt realize until I got home, along with how the font is completely different than how I originally had it. So now I have to go out another day to buy more labels and have them all reprinted, will definitely NOT be coming back to this store. Oh also, one of the workers blamed me for them not turning out right, saying theyre designed to be done on a home printer not at their store. Even though one of the services they offer is PRINTING! Absolutely ridiculous.

Both self service printers would not print my JPG image, after I selected my image and set my print number it sat for about a minute before a warning popped up telling me to find an associate because it has failed to print. I went up to the main desk to ask for help. He first said I should have made my image a PDF file. I quickly pointed out that the first image on the display reads supports JPG format. I gave him my thumb drive and asked if he could print them here since both printers failed. Next he explained the price per print since I was using the full service desk (which as much higher). I asked him if I could get the same pricing ask the self serve printers. He replied if I wanted to get that price I would have to go up front to the self serve machines... What!? Are you serious! I dont think this guy cared or was even listening. I asked to talk to the manager, but it was he said he already left for the day 1:40pm.I ended up going to the UPS Store on NW Maynard Rd. It was 20 cents cheaper copy and the person on staff was amazing.

So cold and rude... Very disappointing. Up until today, whenever Id think of FEDEX, Id think of cast way and how theyll do anything to protect and deliver your priceless packages, no matter the cost.I am a BIRMINGHAM al photographer, shooting a wedding in Raleigh NC tomorrow. One of my lenses broke yesterday and Ive been scrambling, paying extra in overnight and expedited shipping to get a new lens in time. I had the lens shipped here for timing reasons. I drove 10 hours today from Alabama got held up by several accidents, road construction and ATL traffic... and my gps said I would get to the FEDEX location by 12:02. I called at 11:55 hoping surely someone would wait 2 minutes under the circumstances.After a quick summary of my situation, she said,nope, Ill be gone. Im just waiting for 12 to get here and Im out. I said, you wont wait 2 minutes. She said I cant get people to get OUT of my store, so when I get the chance, I leave. And then she hung up on me.It really hurt my heart.

I canceled my DIRECTV service and got a box in the mail. Directv told me they had a deal with FedEx and to just drop the box off at a FedEx store. I went to this FedEx store and the guy tried to get me to pay for the shipping. I told him I thought Directv handled that and he asked if Directv gave me a shipping label. I told him I did not see one. So, he prompted again for money. I looked on the package and it said TEAR HERE. I told him that and he said something like try it out and see what happens very sarcastically. I did and it turned out to be the shipping label underneath like I thought. The guy said they get the boxes all the time... So... why couldnt you just peel it off yourself and not act like the biggest douche in the world! My suspicions are that upper management is telling their cashiers to make people pay if they do not know the box comes with a shipping label. Very unsatisfied customer here. Will never use FedEx for any future packages

Tyries is the man! FedEx was supposed to deliver a poster that I had ordered for a community service event in Sanford. The poster was delayed and never came due to weather. I called Tyries at this FedEx print center, and he got a poster printed in under an hour- right before closing time on a friday night! If thats not dedication to making sure the customer is happy, I dont know what is. Great Job Tyries! You know what you did- gold star!

Wont go there anymore. Used to patronize that Kinkos. Not so very long ago, they had 3 or 4 machines for self-service. Now only 2. One of the two not working! Other being used by customer with large amount of copying. I asked for help getting the temporarily out of order machine working. Employee said he did not know how. Solution 1: How about learning and maintaining the equipment (if that is an option)? He offered alternative that he could copy with non-self-service machine. That would cost more, he said! Solution 2: Why not charge the self-service rate since the problem was the machine was broken! What I needed copied was very private financial information and involved multiple pages to unstaple and restaple. Thats why I was there for self-service. On top of this, when I paid for the white out I had purchased, the woman who took my payment was unfriendly, even a bit nasty.

Was told shipping present would be $119.00 and luckily had forgotten wallet at home. Took the same package to this location closer to my house sent it to arrive 2 days sooner, was told $21.00, and then given an additional discount for no particular reason and without knowing anything I had just gone through or price I was quoted. Its scheduled to arrive tomorrow at noon and I was only charged$16. I know where Im going first from now on...
