Kenny handled my service with excellent customer service and attention. There was a minor mishap on the car that occurred during the servicing and once Kenny was informed he ensured the problem was rectified and the vehicle returned in proper working order. Kenny was very pleasant to work with and I appreciate his customer satisfaction. We just moved from Florida to North Carolina and outside of grocery store reps. Kenny and Hendrick was our first customer service provider interaction in the state and we are well pleased.

Terrible experience,Built a GMC at4 1500 in store exactly the way I wanted it. Agreed on price it came out to with discounts and everything else and gave them a small down payment to place the order for me. After about 5 months go by (which was fine, I knew it was going to be a while before it got here) they called and said the truck was at the dealership. All pumped to go get the truck the coming weekend, they called me right back stating I won’t be receiving any of my discounts we agreed on and to top it off they proceed to tell me that absolutely none of the packages/extras I ordered/chose for the truck are not on there and there’s no way to get them. Still wanted the same price for the truck without the extra’s!!!!!! Needless to say I just had to pass on the truck and take my business elsewhere. Worst experience with a dealership by far.

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead to wait for my oil change and tire rotation. I was told over the phone it would be 1 hour to complete the simple routine maintenance. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was also told about 1 hour. After an hour, I walked up to pick up my vehicle, and they had not even taken it back to service it yet! What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment, informing them you will be waiting, and them not even caring about completing it in a timely manner. After telling them I had to leave, it remained outside for another 15 minutes...then they took it back and had it out to me 15 minutes after that. They changed the oil but it appears they did not rotate the tires, top of the fluids, and Im sure they didnt complete their multi-point inspection either. I had prepaid for multiple oil changes when I purchased the truck because it would save money - but I realized that is a WASTE of MONEY! Do not spend money to have the dealer do it. You save MORE in your valuable time having someone else do it efficiently than wasting your day waiting on the Hendrick GMC dealer to do it. This was not the first time I had to wait excessively here...and I have had enough. If HENDRICK GMC cant consistently deliver what they promise, then it shows everyone what you truly think about your customers. If you were graded like they do in school, you would receive an F or a ZERO for failing to turn in your work on time.

I contacted Hendrick GMC in Cary NC, and scheduled a diagnostic test for a second opinion. I recently had my GMC Yukon serviced at another local GMC dealer and felt I was not receiving the customer service care they advertised. My service advisor at Hendrick GMC was JB Bryant and I can truly say after speaking with him he definitely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond making sure things were right regarding my vehicles maintenance and finding the best solution to resolve my concerns. Spent 3 hours 15 minutes to have Buick Enclave to have a 45,000 mile check up. The oil was changed, tires rotated, transmission fluid changed and basic maintenance. I drove my vehicle 15 miles and the “check tire pressure SYSTEM “ light came on. I immediately called dealership and was not able to tell the woman who answered the whole story when she quit listening and said, you just have a low tire. I attempted again to tell her that it was not low tire pressure and her reply was maybe you ran over something. She was very condescending to me. I finally spoke to the service manager and agreed to bring car in at 9:00 am today. There was a line (which is understandable) and at 9:15 when it was my turn, the service representative walked right pass me. I rolled the window down and he said he’d be with me next and proceeded to walk to car behind me. My car finally was checked in at 9:29. I had to leave as soon as it was ready, so I asked the service representative to ask service manager to call me. No phone call yet. The part on car had been broken. Also service representative waited on the car behind me.

From the first phonecall my experience was exceptional. The woman I spoke with to schedule an appointment offered immediate availability and was very friendly and helpful. The service advisor Kyle was also very friendly and helpful when I dropped my vehicle off. The service was exceptional and Kyle took the time to confirm which warranty my repair was covered under to ensure the deductible I paid was correct. The issue was identified and fixed extremely quickly. This was my first time having service done at the Cary location and I would prefer to return for all future service, if only it was a bit closer to my house!

I brought in my 2019 ZO6 for an oil and filter service along with installing an aftermarket exhaust system. Greg was fantastic holding the parts for me and Rob (the Technician) did a careful and meticulous job removing the old exhaust and installing the new one. I couldnt ask for better customer service. While I waited, they even provided me with a free meal ticket to grab lunch from numerous food trucks. Ill definitely be back for future service needs on any of my GM products.

Despite all the challenges that I faced finding the vehicle I was looking for in my locality, I was able to find a dealership outside of my region that made the experience as personal as it would have been had I done everything in person. I did everything over the phone, the car was delivered to me with a full tank of gas and in perfect condition, and the paperwork was finalized at my house. The entire experience is a game changer. I did not have to drag my 2 year old to the dealership and spend all day waiting for papers to be printed and signed. Very pleased with Matt, Phil, Gus and the driver that delivered and notarized my paperwork.

Jonathon in the Service Department is the biggest reason why this has become my go-to dealer! Anybody can sell you a car but you must get it serviced so THAT is what matters to me most. We will definitely shop here first for our next Yukon Denali when our current one gets old based on how Jonathon has treated us for service. The work is done right the first time and in a timely manner so they’re worth the extra expense versus trying to save money at 3rd party repair shops.

With the global supply chain issues there seems to be a run on everyone’s service department which makes it challenging for high mileage drivers like me who often need service once a month. Recently, they still found a way to again deliver professional and thorough service even when their schedule clearly showed they couldn’t. Called to the dealership and ordered a tire and scheduled an appointment. Let them know I would need an oil change as well. So I showed up ahead of my scheduled appointment and they took my truck in for an oil change. I sat there for 2 hours and then decided I should ask as they were only changing one tire. When I get there they tell me that they actually did not get the tire in and that the one they had was the wrong one. They said they wouldnt have it for another 3 hours. About 30 minutes later they found the tire and it had been there the whole time. All in I sat there with an appointment for 3.5 hours to get an oil change and one tire. Not a good look.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire roatation that day. My service advisor,Lee, helped get me checked in and told me that it was going to take about 2 hours to complete the service because they were backed up. He offered another day if I needed or could still stay and wait. He was very nice about the wait time and I decided to stay. I sat in the waiting area and read a book on my phone. Before the 2 hours were up Lee came to find me and my vehicle was ready. Lee made my check out process a breeze and with in a few minutes I was on my way.

It was difficult to get an appt- chat on website was not helpful. And then I called to schedule while also looking online. The person on the phone wasnt able to provide the same times as the time showed online. I signed up online while talking to the person on the phone and was told that she wasnt allowed to provide certain services/appointments due to the type. She was able to push it through since I signed up online and used a different team- full service team rather than the quick lube team. She was only allowed to schedule for the quick lube. I also was not aware that there were different appointments based on if you need to stay with the vehicle or for drop off.While at the service, it took 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Not bad in that regards. The scheduling of services needs to be addressed. It is not convenient or provide correct information.Edit- I called and left a voicemail as requested below. No response from Nicholas.6/21/2021- still no reply from Nicholas after calling and leaving a voice mail last week.

First off, this review was not part of a promotion. I did not receive any discount, rebate, etc. in exchange for my review.When my truck experienced an oil leak, I took it into Hendrick GMC in Cary and they treated me right. Lee and Kyle in the service department were incredibly helpful, personable, professional, and displayed a great deal of candor when it came to diagnosing my vehicles problems and getting me the help I needed. I will certainly never try to skimp and go to other mechanics again. If you want it done quickly and done right go to Hendrick GMC.Also, I am sure you could purchase a quality vehicle from Hendrick as well. While I am not in the market for a new vehicle, it seems like they had a nice selection of GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. Positive experience all around.

My truck was due for its scheduled maintenance and shops were booked for two to three weeks. Another location messed up my appointment and I pulled into Hendrick GMC with 2% life left in my oil. They were booked for the day, but took my truck in and said they would try and make some time for it. I got my truck back in a very reasonable amount of time fully serviced. They did not have to make time for me, I was not on their schedule, it was late in the afternoon, but they did make time, thats great service! I hope this gets back to they guys that made time late in the afternoon for something they didnt have to do.Thank you!

I brought my GMC in for a few issues and general maintenance. There was an electronic issue with my car that needed time to resolve. The loaner car helped me tend to my normal routine while the service team worked on my car and ensured that the issue was fixed before I claimed the vehicle. Wow, just wow! My wife and I are expecting twins, so we were looking to trade-in our small Nissan. We called in to set an appointment due to COVID, and it was booked a few days later. We were welcomed in and not bombarded by salespeople, which was completely unexpected. Rick, the Operations Manager, introduced us to Jay, who became our salesperson.The experience was unique! Ive always dreaded going to dealerships because of prior engagements, but this felt totally different. Rick and Jay asked us questions about functionality and got to know us rather than just throwing prices at us. We didnt even have to walk the lot, which was great for my pregnant wife.After discovering why we needed a new vehicle and the functionality we were looking for, Jay showed us the 2020 Acadia. We test drove it and fell in love! After we did some of the paperwork, my wife got hungry, so I asked them if it was ok that they start the paperwork while we eat. They didnt even bat an eye at that, so we even surprised them with lunch. We came back and were introduced to David, the Finance Manager.Before we started the strenuous finance paperwork, my wife told Jay that she liked his sunglasses. He then told us that they sell them there and that we could use our Reward Points and get some. No joke, I was floored and had to go look at the selection because I needed some. Well, I found some Oakleys for $210 but used my rewards and got them for $105 -- needless to say, I was very happy.Back to the story: David walked us to his office, and everything we did was electronically on his desk, which was this giant screen. He was just as personable as Rick and Jay. Nothing felt like we were just another number for them for the day. It literally felt like we were family now. This is not a joke, and I really dont leave reviews, but I felt compelled to because everyone should be aware of the service that Hendrick Buick GMC in Cary will deliver and the people they hire. We are forever grateful and will continue to purchase future cars through these guys.So, long story short, I got a new car, sunglasses, a happy wife, and fantastic customer service!Thank you, Rick, Jay, and David!

Ive had numerous problems with my used vehicle, that supposedly had passed an inspection. Ive taken the vehicle back several times to be fixed & seems like my used vehicle spends more time in the shop than at my house. So in Thursday went to pick it up again (after almost 2 weeks without it.) Drivers side mat left filthy with GREASE & STAINS. They handed hubby the keys like my little used vehicle was trash & didnt matter. Highly disappointed with my experience there...not at all what I expected, do me a favor & take your business elsewhere.

BAD NEWS - Car there since 8/12.. No loaner vehicles, Uber is eating me alive. Still waiting on parts delivery.. MY CAR REMAINED FOR 2.5 WEEKS. NUMERMOUS PHONECALLS TO CONTACT A TEAM MEMBER WHO ASSURED ME THE WORK WOULD BE RESOLVED IN LESS THAN A WEEK.. I AM OUT OVER $250 IN LYFT AND UBER PLUS A $1785 REPAIR EXPENSE.FOUND OUT TEAM MEMBER NO LONGER WORKS THERE. THE COMMUNICATION SUCKS AS THEY WERE GIVEN PERSONAL AND WORK EMAIL BOTH MINE AND MY HUSBANDS PHONE NUMBER! I PERSONALLY FEEL SOME COMPENSATION SHOULD HAVE BE MADE FOR MY ADDED EXPENSE. I HAVE RECEIPTS. I ACTUALLY CHOSE YOU BECAUSE I FELT YOU HAD AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION.GOOD NEWS - AFTER REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OF WINDSHIELD AND FUSE BLOCK, THEY ACTUALLY WASHED MY CAR!!!

They did a great job. The GMC website quoted a specific price for a task.The job turned out to be much more difficult than I had expected, and took them over TWICE as long to complete it, but they honored the website price with no fuss and did a terrific job. Im exceedingly happy I choose Hendrick GMC to do this work, rather than attempt it on my own.
