I really enjoyed working with Simone their leasing manager. She is unbelievably helpful and kind. Simone went out of her way to make sure we got to see the apartment because of current conditions. This is a beautiful community with an amazing team!

The apartments are beautiful. But honestly huge issues with parking. I have to park in front of the main building when I live in the back building. People literally park in the middle of the road because of this. Honestly if it didn’t take 7 grand to break the lease I’d have been gone

Bait and switch alert! Prices on apartments.com are 29% lower than when you call them. I called them and the same/similar apartments were priced at $1700 and then $1900 rather than the $13XX and $14XX prices listed on apartments.com AND their website.Get your business together. Stop wasting peoples time unless we get to charge you for it.

Im shocked by the recent poor reviews, this location has one of the most responsive and courteous management teams in all of my apartment living experiences. Process for applying was simple and the website UI is bug-free. Staff is friendly, apartments are top-notch, great value. Couldnt recommend this community enough.

Ive lived here for about two years, since I sold my home in Chapel Hill. I am so loving the ability to have an attractive and modern apartment right near all the professional clients my business serves. I live close to everything I need. The apartments are beautiful, layout of rooms maximizes light with tall windows. Lakeside views are relaxing. The kitchens and bathrooms are modern and luxurious. It is the best of apartment living with all the luxury of modern home ownership but without the constant expense of property care and maintenance.

Location is great. However I am posting this review to ask if you can please do some landscaping. You have the people mowing the grass and leaf blowing every week. The mulch is absolutely atrocious. Being that we can’t have the luxury of the pool or gym, we could at least have some decent landscaping, especially since we already have landscapers/ yard workers coming to the apartments weekly.

My air has broken three times. I only been here since November. They came and put a window unit on a first floor apartment which is not safe. My house was very hot. I would not suggest moving here.

Loved living here. It was well kept, maintenance crew was very professional, and of course is in a beautiful but also convenient location. Patricia at the leasing office was particularly helpful and has continued to assist me in resolving a strange mail issue after I moved out.

Just to sum it up, this isn’t a great place live. The electricity bill is so high that it makes you think someone is stealing your power. Not a great dog place. Dog poop everywhere

I have been living at this place since last several months. The place is good, serene area, not in a busy market place. Good for short term rentals and good for people visiting the area for a short period.Few things I observed in last 1 year.Not a kid friendly area,Dogs are encouraged, not human kids . Importance is given to animals than human beings.Though built in 2013, the facility is not maintained well.No cleanliness in many areas, the cleaning staff come and wipe only the main entrance floor and glass table near reception.All the common area rugs and carpets are full of dust dirt and other particles. The sofa and chairs kept at balconies and outside are never dusted neither cleaned since 2013, when they first bought in the furniture.They have a special lake view area on top of building 2, the furniture kept there causes all sorts of RESPIRATORY SICKNESSES.People walk the dogs through stairs, all the stairs are full of animal hair , dust and dirt.One time , informed the receptionist Lynn, still no change at all... may be they are interested only in front area show off.They will clean only on the day when Trinity Partners do a visit.We wish , if Trinity Partners pay visit once in every 3 months.

Were moving in on the 16th of May, so this review is concerning the tour we received and completing the administrative tasks to be able to move in. Our experience was phenomenal. We met with Patricia Master, and she gave us an extensive tour of the community. She answered all of our questions completely and honestly and was able to address any of our concerns we had. The facility was clean, had amazing views, and offered incredible amenities. What I really liked is that it captured a sort of hotel feel that gave it a very luxurious atmosphere. Were incredibly excited to move in and cant wait to spend our time in this community.

I have been living here for about 9 months now. I love the apartments, the location, and the community here. I also have a dog and they are super dog friendly. Before about 2 months ago, I had nothing bad to say about this place. But then my car was stolen from the parking lot. I understand that this is not the apartment staffs fault, but I did not feel at all like they were on my side. They did not even offer to look at their internal security cameras to see if they could see anything. They also did not sent out an email to all other residents alerting them that this happened. Residents should definitely be alerted of this so that they know to be extra safe with their cars. And then about a week ago, after getting a new car since my stolen car was never recovered, my car was hit in the parking lot during the day and no note was left. So I went to the office again asking if any of this could have been caught on tape since my car was parked right outside of the leasing office. It has been four days now since I initially asked them to look at their tapes - I just checked in with them and they still have not looked at them. To me, that is unacceptable to ignore such a time sensitive matter. Its lazy and inconsiderate. This is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in the area, so I do expect more. I really do love these apartments and the residents here, but I have not been happy with the office staff and how they handled these incidents.

Ive been living in these beautiful lofts almost a year. The staff is wonderful, and the maintenance crew as well. Its like your living in a hotel, but you can make it long term at the lofts. Lol theres no complaints I have about this property. Its a lovely community.

I have lived here for about 2 and a half years, and I will be leaving at the end of the June, primarily because of the management provided by Fairfield Residential.Because of construction flaws, they have had to make what appear to be structural repairs to much of the facility. If Im remembering correctly, it began about 9 months ago, maybe longer. They are now on their second construction company. But, to say the construction has been an inconvenience is an understatement. Its quite disheartening to get home from a long day at work to a noisy construction environment. I go into to work about 5 so Im home by 3. I used to take a short nap, but that ended since the construction started. Now, their working on Saturday. So, I open my windows and have to hear loud scissor lift machines and banging outside my window all day. I get that. If the building needs to be fixed, it needs to be fixed. However, the management company has made no concessions in the rent. I didnt sign up for this. This is not the property for which I signed a lease. No where in the lease did it read that I would have to listen to construction machines, banging, and loud talking outside my window for what will end up being a year, if they are being honest about the completion of the project, which I dont see happening.The staff who work here competent and nice enough. However, I will echo the thoughts of another reviewer who stated that the common areas are not as well-kept as they should be, not for a 5 star property, as Ive been told by one of the office staff that this place is. The place is mostly clean and the maintenance personnel always respond in a timely manner. The garbage area is deplorable, but I think that has more to do with the residents than the employees. Yet, for what I and the other residents pay in rent I expect a bit more.Now, Ill nit pick. As far as personal preference, if youre a single adult, you might want to look for another property. Over the two years Ive been here, Ive noticed more and more families with small children, some of which are well-behaved, some of which are not. I dont think I should have to listen to kids playing (loudly) and riding bikes in the common area where I might be watch TV. One of the main reasons I chose to renew the lease was the proximity of my apartment to the common area which has several large TVs, a kitchen area, and a number of nice places to sit and relax. When I first moved into the complex, I used the common areas quite frequently but now I avoid them.Also, as advertised, the common area has a business center and several computers for the residents to use. After awhile, these disappeared and then reappeared a while back. Residents are supposed to be able to use the three computers and printer. At best, I can remember two computers working at the same time, and Ive never been able to print any documents either due to the printer not being installed on the printer or not connected, or no toner in the printer. Again, its a 5 star property and this was part of the deal.Bottom line, the fact that Fairfield Residential did not make any adjustments to the rent is unconscionable, especially when they had to make a change in contractors and the work has dragged on and on and on. I would think that they would have been more accommodating since there are two new 5 star properties opening within two miles. However, they might own those so maybe they dont care. In fairness, they did offer to not raise my rent if I agreed to another year lease, but thats a little too late for me. Regardless, if your renting, I would ask about the management company. If this is their MO, I would avoid properties that they manage. Locally, I know they manage Apartments at the Arboretumso that is not an option for me.

Exteriorly, the apartments and their models are very nice: nice countertops and kitchen, and spacious floors and bathrooms. However, upon moving in my actual apartment, it was a nightmare. For a luxury/premium apartment, it was inexcusable to find paint residue and leftovers on the cabinets and floors. There was still even pudding on the walls and its noticeable that it was a past hole. Doors are jammed and disposal did not even work on move in day. Management appears to have turnover and as a result of the poor front office, it was clear that the apartment was not appropriately vented and prepared for move in.And the worst part about the apartment, is its poor infrastructure. Ceilings are not well supported and I can not only hear almost everything my upstairs neighbors did, but also the loud creaking that follows it. This is on top of poor pet care of neighbors where there were feces in the elevator and the complexs lack of parking.
