I recently viewed Town Station with my roommate. We are interested in a 2 bedroom for October. Jasmine & Jordan were amazing. The doors were locked upon our arrival but they had a cute little doorbell for us to use. They even had a cute little sign out front stating masks required. They greeted us and called us by name. The apartments were beautiful and grounds were clean. They didnt have an apartment for October but as soon as they do, we will lease with them. Perfect location and even has retail shops on site.

Town Station is an awesome place. I have a friend that lives there and Ive visited him quite a few times... enough to know that the office and maintenance has the best service there is. Ive watched them cleaning the property throughout the day, even help my friend locate a missing package when they were not even responsible for it. They have 24 hour emergency service and 24 package pick up convenience. Im a big fan of craft beer cellar on site. Thinking of moving here when my lease is up.

I read some poor reviews before moving in so I was a little bit skeptical. However the bad reviews seemed to take place before the new management took over. We took a chance and have been very pleased! They keep the grounds, pool, office, and entire complex very clean. My kids love the pool and playground. The granite countertops and hardwood floors are a nice touch. All the gals in the front office have been so friendly and accommodating. Having Craft Beer Cellar in the complex and Abbey Tavern across the street is a bonus. It’s also a pretty quiet community with respectful neighbors. I highly recommend!

I have stayed at Town Station Lofts for over 2 years and this is the only complex that I’ve had minor issues with. The management before Ventura was much nicer and pleasant to deal with! Susan and the maintenance team are amazing and well prompt.. For this to be a “newish” place the appliances are horrible, I have to request help from maintenance every other month. I’m having issues with pest control and instead of them fixing the issue privately they decide to send an email asking residents to not request for pest control to come by! I highly recommend renting elsewhere there not worth the price not the hassle!

Ive just moved to 3 bed apartments here and I really like the place. Its calm and peaceful here. My children enjoys pool and playground. The office staff is awesome - first days at new place were smooth and easy. Prices are really attractive - I saved some cash for my family. I already recommended this place to my friends and they reserved apartments for themselves.

The apartments look nice and are very spacious however the walls and ceilings are POORLY insulated. You can literally hear your neighbors conversations so there is no privacy! I have lived in many apartment buildings and have never had that happen. The staff upfront are okay and the maintenance crew is super friendly and very fast! They have a trash pick up service but they come very late at night between 9-10 PM during the week and have a very loud and noisy truck that would always wake up my infant. There also have been MULTIPLE break-ins with residents cars and my uhaul truck was broken into and someone almost drove away with it. We also had someone peeping into our windows and many kids in the neighborhood knocking on the door running away and all the front staff does is send out an email about it but it continued to happen the entire time we lived there.

I have been living here since August 2016. This is a nice community, reasonably priced. Although right next to Old Apex Rd, its comparably quite. The apartment units are pretty sound proof. I live in the larger 1 bedroom apartment which has a spacious floor plan and updated appliances in the kitchen with many cabinets. Amenities like the gym is also good. They also have a nice swimming pool but I never used it. The management is also nice. They arrange events like pizza nights and food trucks. My only complaint is that the maintenance guys are not very swift in their response. There have been cases when we did not get any response after raising requests.

I have recently moved to Chatham Pointe Apartments and couldnt be happier with my decision. My experience with the application process was efficient and handled quickly and professionally. I was assisted by Thomas P, the assistant manager, who is the ultimate professional. He spoke very highly of the property before I was taken on a tour and everything that he stated was true. Thomas was knowledgeable and thorough in describing the property and its amenities and was able to answer all questions that I had. My experiences with other staff members has been equally pleasant. The property has up-to-date amenities including a fitness and media center. They are well maintained and immaculate.I like my apartment more than any other I have ever rented. The buildings, as well as the apartment, are quality and well kept. I have never heard any noise from the adjacent apartment or from the apartment below me. The appliances and flooring are excellent quality and its obvious that great care has been taken of the unit. It is a very peaceful place to live and it really feels like home to me.The manner in which the apartments are well laid out give them a roomy and spacious feel. I particularly like the high ceilings. Thanks to the competent staff (especially Thomas) and the quality of the apartment, I would never hesitate to give this property a very strong recommendation.

We moved to Phillips Chatham Pointe in September 2016. My family and I have been extremely happy with the clean, HUGE luxury apartment and the area its in. My son loves the playground and we look forward to using the pool when the weather warms up. The grounds are always clean, the clubhouse immaculate and the staff could not be better. We feel safe and have enjoyed meeting other residents and their families. No problems to report - we see ourselves being very happy here for a long time!

This is a beautiful place to rent. Wonderful staffs, (from the front desk lady, assistant manager and just everybody in the office), they are so welcoming, they attend to their tenants asap whenever need be. I have had my apartment now for few months and i must recommend this place to anyone out there who need a noise free area, not crowded , secure and less expensive.

The office staff is fantastic - theyre very friendly and eager to get to know you. Theyre also always hosting fun events and give-aways. The facilities, including the clubhouse, are always kept clean and presentable. The maintenance service could be better - if you need something fixed, visit the office. Its much more effective than using the resident portal. Another reason they only get 4 stars from me is that there isnt enough communication regarding the portal. When the apartment switched over to new management, there were some issues where the portal was down and there wasnt enough communication.

The apartment itself was a decent size and the kitchen was updated. The staff cant respond to emails. The maintenance workers lack the decency of acknowledging your presence and are extremely unfriendly. They will use any excuse to go into your apartment and will never knock first. The construction workers are awful at picking up after themselves resulting in nails and staples all over the parking lot. Ive had to replace a tire already from their mess. I understand quiet is rare in an apartment complex but if you have someone living above you it will sound like they are falling through the ceiling. You can hear your above neighbor opening drawers and every step they take. Most people living here do not have any consideration for others and do not respect that people have to get up for work in the morning. I have not had a full nights sleep since living here because it is so loud. The train is not even an issue when you have obnoxious neighbors to deal with daily. If you dont mind being ignored, replacing tires, and lack of sleep then youll be fine here.

Pros:1. Spacious unit compared to other apartment at the same price range.2. Friendly staffs and responsive to maintenance requests.3. High quality appliances.4. Convenient and quiet location, but 10 mins drive distance to highway 40.5. Friendly neighborhood.Cons:1. When trains pass by, you can feel that the building is shaking but it is not really often. So, it may not be so bothering.2. There is a fire station nearby. So, it is easy to hear sirens.

Ive lived at Phillips Chatham Pointe for more than three years. Through the name change and new building coming on line there were lots of bumps and staff changes, but all that is in the past. The current staff is simply fantastic, stable, personable and on point. That has not always been the case. The apartments are nice, parking is easy, maintenance is seamless, and the property is certainly safe if one doesnt tempt fate. It is a smaller community which is what I wanted. Rent may be above average but a more than reasonable return on investment. People come and go, but there seems to be a low vacancy rate which implies people, like me, are happy here.

We just moved in 3 weeks ago so I cannot attest to as much as most will be able to, but the move in was mostly smooth. The apartment was mostly very clean and they waited for us to be able to finish the walk through for a few days. The bathtubs both have rust spots all over which hopefully they will repair. We chose to be on the bottom floor for ease. The wall we share with our next door neighbors is fairly quiet, however above us is absolutely horrible. 6 am-11pm at random times it is as if there are galloping horses running up there. I would advise to live on the top floor if you can handle the stairs. The vaulted ceilings are great and overall the apartment and the grounds are clean and very nice. People clean up after their pets here too!!!As far as the staff, they are nice, especially Jessica. A few days ago i was outside with my boys in the cold. They had an ornament decorating party the previous night and she offered us to do the same. She also pulled out quite a spread of treats to eat. She has always been nice and helpful.So.. so far overall we have had a good experience, we just are not happy with the loud upstairs trampling on the ceiling :[

Our lease is up in October, and we will not be renewing. There is an extremely high turnover rate with the leasing staff, and the new employees are rude. I have not seen the same face twice for the last 3 months except for Kevin, then he left too! The Office does not keep its residents informed of whats going on and will give you less than 24 hours notice when they are doing safety inspections. The maintenance staff is rude, but apparently only if you are female, because they are perfectly nice to my boyfriend. I have had packages lost, and when I told the office I was upset that they lost my package, some lady I have never met before had the nerve to tell me to calm down. When I called corporate, they said the regional officer is acting as the Manager until they hire a new one, and she will get into contact with me to resolve the issues, but she never called me. Not to mention there are residents who have fights outside and let their drunken guests knock on all the doors at all hours of the night. Not that it matters, since you can hear everything the neighbors do and say. The parking issue has yet to be resolved, and instead of making new spaces in the newly built section, they turned most of that space into grassy area. So once the shops open, you will have non residents parking in the closest spots, forcing residents to park across the complex at night, which has happened several times. Not a safe decision if you are a young female, as there are also strange men to like to park in the back and sit in their cars for no apparent reason. I would not waste your money, I am paying far too much for a one bedroom apartment to be having all of these issues.

Great location and really nice building but...grounds are not maintained, building not cleaned, dirt and trash in entrance, elevator and hallways. Dog poop in grass and on sidewalks. Dumpster area has piles of trash and old furniture. Elevator has had major problems. Security system and exterior doors dont work. Look at exterior of building, it was never finished, trim on balcony is missing. On maybe the third management team now. This one doesnt care nor respond either. The walls are so thin you can hear tenants using the bathroom as well as other human interactions. Its marketed as luxury but not built nor managed as luxury.

I have lived in this community for a couple of years and the customer service is not always consistent; overall it is a great place to live considering the other options. The apartments are family friendly and very spacious, and the amenities (gym, computer area, rec room, and pool) are well kept. There is no valet trash, none of the amenities are included (a lot of places are offering valet trash, free water, and/or free cable). The prices are competitive, but not really considering all that you could get somewhere else for the same price, but the best thing about the community is the space and the privacy. My apartment is bigger than most on the market in the price range Im in AND I am hardly ever bothered by the front desk staff. If I could only get the post office to leave my packages at my door when Im not there and not the front desk, I would feel as though Im in a townhouse :-). There are a few kids in the neighborhood but they are not very loud, they are respectful, and I have never really had to complain about a neighbor. The walls are thin, but it is an apartment. If you dont want to hear your neighbor you should just buy a house.

The office and maintenance staff are very helpful. Initially when we moved in we had a few maintenance issues, it took a little while to get these figured out. The property management company was changing at the time, and the issues were soon taken care of after that. We live in the 1 Bed/1 Bath with an open floor plan and we love it. The only thing is...if you live in the phase II development its not on google maps. This makes giving directions a little difficult (we always tell people its across the street from Abbey Road).

In arrived to move in and discovered the units were not completed, so I was placed in a temtempory apartment. After moving in, someone with keys to my unit got inside and burglarized the apartment.Later, the new building was ready, I signed a one year lease. It was a year of “Pure Hell”.I was burglarized again. Someone with a key walked in and took my Stuff. Only the Management and I had keys to my unit. The management was loosing tenants, and offered to pay if I would write something good about the Ballena Court Apartments of Phillips Chatham Pointe, but I could not lie.The building is dirty, and falling apartment.Because of the filth and lack of maintenance, tenants move out shortly after moving in. The good things about this complex is the apartments are beautiful and affordable. I love my apartment and the location is great! The staff is super nice and maintenance takes care of any issues in a timely manner. Landscaping is always kept up with too. They have fun events at the leasing office. There is construction across the street and train tracks really close but I don’t even notice it anymore. There are a lot of cons though.. The weekend I moved in I noticed a big ant problem but I’m on ground level and it happens, I took care of it though. However ever since the person above me moved in, I haven’t gotten more than 5 hours of sleep a night. The person is super heavy on their feet so it sounds like a herd of buffalo stomping around non stop. Apparently they never sit down. They work 2nd shift so they come home when Im going to bed, and hang out in the bedroom all night which is right above me, playing TV and music pretty loud. The construction is bad, I can hear EVERYTHING. People talking, what they are watching, when someone sneezes or coughs etc. I think if I was under someone who worked first shift it would be a little better. But Ive never lived anywhere where I could hear this much, I knew going in though that you will hear your neighbors, just so much worse than I expected. It has affected my physical and mental health a lot. Also affects my work performance because I am a zombie all day there and feel so sick from not enough sleep for months. If you do move here get a 3rd floor apartment. There are constantly people moving out. Also, they always need to come into your apartment. Seems like more than other places. Regular maintenance things like I get but there are other reasons that it just seems like overkill. Also, it seems like I am the only one who picks up after my dog. Its not that hard, they do provide pet stations around the complex. I carry my own pet waste bags though. It is a shame because I really love this place! But I cant wait to get out of here, Ive been so MISERABLE since my neighbors moved in.

A year ago this was a less than 1 star review... Ashley Valenzuela was managing the apartments when we moved in and from the very beginning she made our stay very uncomfortable and always got to our problems last. While the apartment amenities were nice, life inside wasnt. We hand washed our clothes in the bath tub for 2 weeks because our washer was broken and she had more pressing matters to attend to supposedly, so she put us on the back burner. We also had hundreds of dollars of food wasted because for a month our fridge/freezer didnt work and she didnt follow up until it spoiled. Whenever Maintnence was called they didnt knock, they walked right in always, no matter what time it was. Not only that but she and her sidekick (vivian? Maybe?) processed our paperwork wrong and when we complained about how the people they hired to pressure wash were flooding our apartment and breaking stuff on our porch we were met with a very threatening email telling us the police would pick us up if they ever saw us on the property because we didnt live there. They made us change the review and bullied us into silence. Our only saving grace was Miss Susan in the office. She was always so kind and sympathetic. Recently the management has changed and Miss Jasmine took over. She is one of the kindest people and we are so lucky to have her. She has made changes and actively tried to engage and unite the community. Because of her we renewed our lease for another year! We get maintnence immediately whenever we need it and the knock! We are in constant contact with the office and the goings on via their daily emails! I am so happy to live here now and would not be here if it werent for Jasmine and Susan in the office. They are rock stars!

The buildings themselves do have their issues. They are cheaply constructed, not the thickest walls, visible flaws, cheap carpet, the outlets are flimsy, etc. But it is an apartment, and that comes with the territory. There are train tracks next to the building in the woods, so you can hear the train at multiple points in the day, the rumble and the horn, but that doesnt really bother us.There is limited garage availability, they have over 100 apartments, but only about 15 garages, so we were put on a wait list and had to wait a few months for one to come available.I have had a few small issues with maintenance, but they have all been resolved within 24 hours. The complex is pet friendly, multiple bag issuing points and trash cans and plenty of room to walk. However there are some residents who abuse the pet privilege and leave droppings about, but that reflects more on their class rather than the management.

My wife and I have lived here for about 6 months and love it. It is a great location being nestled in a mostly residential area. You are near grocery stores, dining, shopping, and within walking distance of the greenways. The staff has been friendly, and the amenities are great (pool, gym, etc...). We also enjoy that the buildings are new, have good appliances, and have good HVAC systems. The residents are friendly, there are lots of kids and families, and plenty of people walking their pets. One big perk for us is that W/D are included and I dont have to pay for that stupid valet trash service.Others have said that the walls/ceilings are thin. I do occasionally hear my neighbors, but I have found that it is much, much quieter than other apartments I have lived in. Also, people have posted comments about how the proximity of the train tracks and Old Apex Road creates a lot of noise. The trains are loud, but only come through 1-2 times a day, and Old Apex is really only busy during the evening commute. And lets face it, noise is something they should have thought of before moving in. It is obvious that trains/roads are nearby, and would thus cause noise. Finally, someone complained about car break-ins. Yes, there were several car break-ins during one night. But, the owners of the cars that were broken into left items in plain sight. To my knowledge, the complex has taken steps to prevent this going forward. Plus, the complex participates in the Phoenix Project, has police officers living throughout the complex, is less than .25 miles from a fire station, and is 100 yards from a school. I feel safe here.I move around for my job frequently and have lived in six apartment complexes in the past decade. This place ranks in at number 2. It is pretty clean, new, friendly, good location, decent amenities, and is as was sold. I would certainly recommend it to someone else.
