And they actually know what theyre doing oh, and I didnt hurt as much as I thought it would there really good at it. The staff was very nice. I felt there were a few things that could have went better. The technician continued going in and out of the room during my wax. Her gloves kept tearing. Im pretty sure the wax used was super old. I have never had pain during the application of the product. It hurt more than the removal. Other than that the environment was very clean and peaceful. I personally wouldnt go back but others might have a better experience.

Went in Saturday. I didn’t have an appt but their were two girls one was leaning back in a small room chewing gum and didn’t ok up. Another girl came out of the room and I told her “I don’t have an apt”. She said “Whats your name’?” I told her again and she said “ You don’t have an appt? She said “what do you need”. I told her and she started walking towards a room. I didn’t know whether to follow her or not. I ended up following her and I said should I get on the table she said ummm. Then she said. Why they couldn’t do the service and I got up and left. It was a very weird, very odd encounter. Very very unprofessional. She didn’t have on scrubs like the other ladies I have had there before and so I wondered later, if she was licensed. I’m never going back

I absolutely love this place! Every time I come in I feel cared for and respected. Kalah especially has made sure that my experience here at Relax and Wax has been wonderful every time. I have no complaints about this business. They’re wonderful, and I HIGHLY recommend their services

*LONG REVIEW ALERT* I love this place! I recently moved to White, GA just about 10 minutes from here. And I didn’t really want to make the trek all the way to Woodstock where my other wax place was and I had also noticed that their wax was starting to break me out for some reason. So I looked at the reviews to Relax & Wax, noticed it was just right down the street and decided to give it a shot. I’m in love. Kayla is awesome! And y’alls wax didn’t break me out! I did have a some very small bumps in my bikini line but that’s normal for me because I have very sensitive skin but it wasn’t something to stop me from coming back no I’m definitely coming back! You can count on it! I also noticed when reading the reviews the owner makes it a point to reach out and thank all of the people that took time out of their day to write a review. I love that! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
