I called to inquire if they do children’s hair cuts, I made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter and asked the person who answered the phone who they made the appointment with and if they are experienced with children’s hair, she got an attitude and said “we’re all very experienced here” so here’s a suggestion, if you want to keep customers or gain new customers don’t be condescending to customers, it’s my daughters first hair cut and I don’t want it to be screwed up by someone who is not experienced with children it was a simple question and I didn’t appreciate the attitude for literally no reason and I won’t do business with people who are rude to me for no reason. So thank whoever answered the phone for your loss of revenue and maybe consider getting a receptionist with a professional attitude to answer the phone rather than an ego driven stylist. I would’ve been a regular customer but this being my first encounter completely ruined it. Thanks but no thanks.

They are quick, no waiting time. So, that was really convenient, but my boyfriend specifically asked for a certain kind of cut with specific guards being used in specific places and they disregarded that although it did turn out okay.

Went in for a haircut. I tried to make an appointment but failed in my attempts. I waited a few minutes and they to me back. The ladies were more than friendly and the conversations were pleasant. My hair was outta control but Maggie had no problems giving me the cut I requested. Thanks for the good service.

Cindy is wonderful and did an amazing job on my hair! She is friendly, sweet, and good at what she does. I got some highlights, and a trim and style. My son got a hair cut and even got some designs in his hair, which she did a great job on. We both left looking and feeling great. I will definitely be back and I would recommend Cindy to anyone and everyone.

Brought my dad in for a cut.. he usually brings himself but can not drive any longer. His appointment ran about 25 mins behind.. it would have been nice to know this upfront. Now I have never been in with my dad before but he will not be coming back.. 28.00 for a haircut and rinse in the sink. Ripping off old people! Not to mention.. safety was not a priority for their customer.. waiting room had several people just hanging out.. he will go to Floyd’s with me from now on. The price is better and service!

Maddie did an amazing job on my haircut, she listened to what I wanted and executed it. High quality haircut and was quick. She made sure to ask questions and was checking to make sure everything was even throughout. Not sure how the other stylist are but she did an amazing job!

Brought my son in... the ladies working are very inappropriate with language and topic of conversation in front of children, he is an older child but still.. I don’t appreciate the ladies discussing their love life. Very disappointed.. definitely not a family salon... this place went from family friendly years ago to not anymore.. workers has friends hanging out instead of working on customers... they should save that for the bar on the weekends.. we will go back to Floyd’s next time... thought we would come back try them out since Sarah Crow left...

This hair salon is a hit or miss every single time I walk-in or even make an appointment. Just make sure you really talk to the colorist working on your hair before you let them touch your hair. Sometimes theyll go too light or too dark. And ALWAYS discuss prices prior to service.

I called to schedule an appointment... the lady was very rude and I explained that my child is mixed and wanted to have her hair trimmed and straighten nothing to fancy.. she is nine. The lady on the phone said she does not do “that kind of hair”I asked what she meant and she said mixed hair.. she said they were not that kind of salon. I said it just a trim and straighten a little. My daughter wears her hair up mostly so nothing fancy. She told me to take my daughter to a black salon that kind of hair was not done in the salon. I have taken her to the Supercuts in Acworth so I guess we will make the drive and return there. I just want everyone to know if you have that kind of hair” then go to the Supercuts off 41 in Acworth

Went in to get a cut blonde hair Lady told me few minutes, she went in the back never came back up for me about 15 minutes went by Another guy came in she told him to sit in her chair she ignored me and I walked out. No way to do business guess she didn’t have time to shave my head in the 15 min she disappeared

Maddie did my hair yesterday and turned my blue mess into an alot more desirable head of hair she did great I would of liked alittle more highlights where I put my hair in a bun...but she did perfect for what I came in there originally with thank yall it was a pleasure doing business

My husband has gotten his hair cut here. The price is nice and they did a good job in my opinion. I have also gotten my younger brothers hair cut here and he says they make him look like a super hero. Its nice.

A girl named Madison cut my hair. She was funny, easy to talk to, very pretty, she did my, flawless, cut in less than ten minutes and, most importantly, my hair looks great! I am very picky about who I let touch my hair, but a friend told me about her and his hair looked good, so I figured Id give her a shot... Madison is now my new go to stylist every time. She is awesome! Thank you so much!!!

So we came as spur of the moment. Masks are required. We left ours in the car. So they charged $1 for a mask and had to have one to get a cut. But the workers masks are on their chins. So what is the point of the masks then? Not fair to the customers at all.

There is a new older gentleman working here. While he is nice he can’t cut hair. He apparently is a barber and has been for a long time, but a client right before me was so upset at how he cut his child’s hair, he made another stylists fix it. He didn’t wet my hair before cutting it, he didn’t offer to after, and didn’t offer any product like the other stylists do. He cut my hair much much shorter than I asked for, and really just made me never want to come back in fear I’ll get him again. Unfortunately I’ll have to go somewhere else for my haircuts now. I had gone here for years as it was close and I always had a good experience. I recently found a new barbershop in Marietta. Living in Adairsville now, that is a drive, but it’s worth it.Also, the man had completely different tools than the other stylists which I feel is dangerous, as when someone else asked for a 3, his 3 was much different from the other stylists 3. The man also had to ask me several times what I wanted whilst doing the haircut, and still got it wrong. Hopefully, if you have this man your experience is better than mine.

This was my first time at Super Cuts. I only had to wait about 10 min before I was taken. All I needed was a good trim on my pixie cut. A lovely young stylist named Madison got right to work on my haircut.I wont hesitate to visit Madison again. She was friendly, with a very warm smile.

Walked in this morning to reluctantly get a haircut. First thing I noticed was the stylist was wearing her mask below her nose and so was a customer. I didnt get my haircut because saftey guidelines were NOT being followed. What a shame!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I went there yesterday to get a simple clean up to my fade and the girl basically made my hair look all choppy, lines were not straight. She didn’t even ask if what she did was alright. I ended up having to go to another establishment to get what she did fix, as much as possible. Terrible place to go to.

My family LOVES Supercuts! Both of my children have special needs and each of the stylists who work here work SO AMAZINGLY with them! Aidan has sensory processing disorder, when I tell them that and that she doesnt do well with loud noises or really high heat, they put a defuser on the hair dryer when she is done with her hair cut and needs a dry. Riley doesnt make eye contact with women, but connects on his own level with each of these ladies because they make a point to ask him about HIM. I am so glad we changed from the last place we were at to here!

Two ladys in the shop seem too busy talking and enough listening. Gapped the guy before meneck line. Messed my hair up. Try to tell her what I wanted. You cant blend hair on top if you already buzzed it all off the top. Told her she messed my hair up. She tells me I cut it the way you told me. Again you cant blend hair on top if you already buzzed it all off the top. She procedes to tell me just leave and dont come back. Anyway save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive been to this super cuts a few times now and havent really had any issues, I just get buzz cuts (easiest thing in the wotld) its a haircut you cant screw up so I go there cause its cheap and Ive had a couple of ladies that are pretty nice but the lady with the bright colored short hair always seems miserable and for the first time just cut.my hair, she ran the clippers over my head so aggressively like she couldnt wait to get through with the cut and kinda hurt. and I was the only one in the store. and she even missed hairs so now looks terrible. if you go avoid her, will not return.

One lady I don’t know her name but she always has a bright color hair (bright red, green or blue), she really does not put much effort into your hair. The first time I was with her I got a conditioning treatment but she didn’t even wet the bottom of my hair. Then, she cut my bangs wayyy too short I told her to at least fix them so they don’t look so spiked up but she messed them up even more. Today my boyfriend got a haircut with her and the area was very messy with hair all over the table and on the floor. A professional will clean up before starting on you. The haircut was not like he wanted so he had to get it re-cut somewhere else. This place is too overpriced for a man’s haircut ($16) Slobs should not be working there so this lady needs to go.

The stylist have me the worst hearcut I have ever had. She did not listen to me at all. She cut it so short that I could not curl it using the smallest curling iron. The only reason I gave any stars at all was because it was clean and they were friendly.
