Awesome place! I ordered a new washer and dryer and it’s not gonna be here for a few weeks so I need to do laundry. I haven’t been to a laundry mat probably in 20 to 25 years!! Haha. But this one was very easy, and I never knew they made washers and dryer so big.The thing I really enjoyed, it was clean, they had two pool tables there that only cost a dollar to play, and large flat panel screens on the wall playing current music videos! Such a fun zone type of environment. They even have massage chairs!! lol.Anyway...I was able to do about four loads of laundry at once. I wasn’t familiar with prices so I took the huge washer so I might’ve overdid it and that was nine dollars, and then the large dryers were only like 375. Bottom line I’m definitely going to go there again if I need to.The lady at the front was very nice and helped me figure everything out, and told me surprisingly today was empty because it’s a Thursday. So if you’re looking for days that are not crowded, I was literally the only person in there. So Thursday is the day to go. Oh, but I also went there around 9:30 AM. She did warn me on weekends they are packed so plan your day accordingly. But it looks like they have a taco stand right next-door that sells authentic Mexican tacos so that would be a plus if you go at lunchtime or dinner.Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience!! And I got caught up on the latest music videos!!😃

Staff is very helpful and guided me as I had gone there for the first time on my visit. The place is very neat and clean. There are seats to sit and free wifi or you can bring a book along.

Melissa is a wonderful addition to this company. While this was my first time here, it doesnt take much to recognize when someone is gifted with people skills and that she is. She is very warm, inviting, and accommodating. She saw my distress about getting a load done so late. She assured me everything was fine and I was able to accomplish what I had set out to do and on top of that, the place was clean and not expensive at all. Thank you for helping me Melissa, I will always remember your kindness!!

RECOMMENDED! After being turned away from the place down the street, we went to this place. Nice, clean place. Staff was more than exceptional. They had some pool tables to help pass the time while waiting for our clothes to get done. Pricing was very reasonable.

Clean laundromat and the staff is friendly

For the most part they have nice staff i had been going here for almost a year 3times a week to wash and dry.... About a week ago i had to dry one load ( takes 30min tops) i get here 9:40 the girl says oh its 2 late to dry understandable its 20-30 min before u close you want to go home but when you have a customer thats here 3times a week to waah and dry (3.50 a load to wash and 1.25 a load to dry) you try and accommodate that for the most part cause they wash and dry 4-5 loads 3 times a week but i guess not so i just go to big mama laundromat its cheaper anyway 😂😏

Very clean and helpful staff. However I am not a fan of having to load my money on one of their money cards. If you lose it...your out of that money, which I understand of course. If you dont have cash the minimum you can add from your debit/credit card is 5.00.

Absolutely marvelous!! Large, clean, and affordable. Machines start at $2.25. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Will come out of my way to do laundry here. Never, will I go to The Laundry Room in Hiram again!

Nice and clean friendly environment helpful knowledgeable staff

Ive been going there for a few years. When they first opened it was the best place in town. It still is but the quality of service has gone way down. The free wifi is slower and once, in the middle of summer, when my wife made a comment to a manager about how warm it was with the doors open and no air conditioning on he just told her it was easy for her to sat since she didnt have to pay the bill...

Staff not very helpful

This huge Laundromat is by far the best one around this area. The place has the newest high-tech washers and dryers. The place is really clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can watch TVs there(6 TVs), You can play pool table and arcade games. There is a drawing board and toy for little kids to play as well. Not to mention they got snacks, drinks and ice cream too!

I love going to Laundry Express! Love the vibrant color and the huge space they have there. I dont feel cramped in there when they are busy. The place looks very modern. They do great drop off service and dry cleaning. Just love it!

This laundrymate does wash your clothes really well, the attendant here are not as friendly as they once were , they moved there tables and children toys in the back near the trash which makes re think my opinion of the place , and wifi service here really sucks sucks and they tell us not to complain about how hot is is in here, I guess my business is gonna go else were ,

Great wash and fold service

This location is operated on Saturday and Sunday by teenagers who party all night so the store does not open these weekend,mornings until after 7:30am or after 8:00 am. While the place is clean and good,price, adults should operate on weekend mornings.

Washers and dryers are overpriced. And the manager is to cheap to put soap in that customer bathroom! I Ask the attendant for soap she lied and said they forgot then admitted the employee restroom had some. I have been there a few times and they Never had any in the restroom! Nasty place.
