I use this place frequently. When I have washed and dried my own clothes there , I have never had an issue with the machines. I feel like the area it is in as safe and not sketchy, and it is always busy there. It’s very spacious which makes it a comfortable place to hang tight while doing laundry. Unlike other laundry in Cartersville, the machines are not broken. There are some vending machines and a there was an arcade style street fighter game which kept me entertained while waiting on my close.It’s a laid back place to wash clothes .I also use the drop off service frequently. That’s why I rated 3 stars because I would rate it right at the middle. Although I’d say it’s more good than bad . The staff is always nice to me , and they do get the job done . They even neatly fold your clothes for you which is a huge time saver .However there have been a couple of times when my clothes came back with a food stain or something still on them , but would easily wash out with soap and water , which makes me wonder if my clothes WERE run through a machine . And once I did receive damp clothes back .There is one woman there who complains a lot. If you bring in too much laundry she will tell you that she’s been there all day and that you’ll just have to wait. Or she’ll tell you how much she makes hourly and tell you that for that wage she’s only going to do so much so you’ll have to come back tomorrow. My roommate says when he drops his laundry off there that she sighs loudly and makes a show of how much she doesn’t want to do the laundry. I think it’s kinda odd for a business to let customers know how much they don’t want their business.Other than that everyone has been great.

Today was the first and last time I will use this laundry service. I took a comforter to be washed this morning. After waiting several minutes at the counter and seeing no one who appeared to be working, I approached the nearest lady who was loading a machine. Before I could say a word, she snapped “just give me a minute!” She got my info and when I asked when I could pick up, she said it would take a while. Probably 6 pm. It was 11 am. I called at 4 and she told me it was ready. When I got there, there was another person, Renee, who was very pleasant. When I got home and unwrapped the comforter, it had a sour odor and was still damp. It is now on my porch and I’m hoping it will air out before bedtime. I will never go there again.

The lady that was there was so rude I was sitting in my car on the phone she came out and accused me of littering when all it was was Linton from my change holder, then 15 mins later came out and told me I couldnt park there what a piece of work she is the parking lot was dirty as hell didnt even go inside but found a clean nice place to spend my 30.00 to do laundry I dont recomend going to this dirty place at all

It is clean and well tended. The customers as well do our laundry together are nice. We share...are helpful and nice! The biggest washing machine is $8.75, but it holds a lot and the dryer is 7 minutes for .25 cents. I like it...they even have a washing clothes, etc. service...maybe .75 cents a pound or something like that. I have not utilized that part of this establishment, but I would trust them to do a good job.

Good and bad. If you go in, place is clean & prices are good. I take my king size comforter to wash & dry it, never an issue. Cost about $11 to wash & dry. HOWEVER.. I dropped it off once to have them wash it (paid $20 + tip) & when I picked it up it was still wet..

Told me they shut down washing machines at eight and they dont close until 10:00 p.m. Had to go further down the road found a better spot more evenly lit up too. Market square was a much better choice.

Great customer service from employee. Had to deal with a very rude customer towards employee and customer. You dont speak to women like that. He needed a CAW.if he dont speak to women, he is in a bad place.

I pass 2 other laundry places to come here because I love how its always clean and there not creepy people hanging around Everytime I go and do laundry . I am able to get in and out.

The laundromat, itself, is great! Much better than when I came here years ago. Very clean, other patrons were friendly, and plenty of machines.However; Ms. Personality, behind the counter, needs an attitude adjustment, and maybe some Prozac! Her rude comments werent needed.Also, if you expect people to read signs from a distance, print it on white paper in black bold letters!

This is the WORST Laundromat we have ever used. The place was clean, but the machines didnt work, and the attendant was to busy eating her Ramen noodles, watching TV, and talking on the phone to address the problems that we were having with their washers and dryers.When asked to callher owner, we were totally blown off by her.Save your money. Go somewhere else !!

Worst Place, & dry cleaners that he owns also the worstIf u take blankets/comforters to his cleaners he charges dry cleaning prices , all he does is wash them in a washer at the laundry mat . Elaine is there in the daytime she is very rude & lazy as they come . She constantly tells customers it’s ok she’s been there 10 years the place wouldn’t open if she quit bla bla . The machines here all have mold & mildew because nobody cleans them everTrust me go somewhere else

I go here every week because the washers are great and the place is clean. All the attendants are very nice except one. She has been rude to me a couple of times and today she made me mad enough that i wont come back when she is working. I use the smaller front load because they clean good. She comes over and says not to overload the washers. I told her they were not overloaded. She sticks her hand in my washer to check. And says that is why they get pushed out because people were always overloading the damn thing. She said they have big washers for a reason. I told her i use these because they clean better and she says the others clean just as damn good: and walked off mumbling. I told her i would not be back as long as she was here.

I use wash and fold from time to time & I have a lot of laundry when I do. When I come in the lady cussing and complains about how much I have using obscene language. I always want my clothes hun up and bring a ton of hangers. She hangs half of them and puts the rest in a bag. The main reason I use this service is because I don’t have time to hang everything. I tried leaving a message for owner and never received a response. I will not use this place ever again!

If you need a place to wash your clothes this is the best laundry mat in town they have really good equipment and it is always clean and well kept

I like this laundromat, just make sure you DONT dry clothes on HIGH setting. My clothes were so hot that they were still warm the next day. Lily is awesome btw!!!

Staff in the morning has an awful attitude. They had an out of order machine, but did not have it properly (visibly) signed. She said it was my error for not seeing the sign and she would not give my money back!! She also mentioned, she wasnt the one to put the sign, where it was. But she then decided to move the sign to a more visible spot, because I mentioned she do so, but again she said she refuse to give my money back. I asked can I get the managers number, she said Im not giving out his number! I said okay!I have several laundry mats to come here. No more!!

It has a clean facility that makes you feel safe being there. With staff available, you are never on your own. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is because they need more parking and a unload/load tempoary parking area would be ideal.

I’ve used this facility several times in the past to clean my comforters and throw rugs. I had always been pleased with the staff and how clean it was. Recently my dryer at home went out. While my washer still worked, I needed to be able to dry my clothes and towels. I “thought” that their last wash was at 9:15...supposedly. I pulled up, get out of the car. The attendant comes to the door and says, “Ma’am, it’s too late to wash.” I said, “Ok, I just need to dry.” Her reply to that, “Oh uh, it’s too late to dry.” “But, isn’t your last wash at 9:15?”, “No ma’am, it’s at 9:00. I’m sorry.” It was 8:58 and all I needed was maybe 30 minutes to dry what I had. From some of the reviews that I’ve seen here they just kind of make rules as they go. Needless to say, I went down the street to use a different facility that also closes at 10pm, but will let you do your last wash at 9:30!!

Worst laundromat ever. We are from out of state and normally use coin laundromats. I asked the lady at the desk who couldnt have been older than 15,for help several times and she shrugged her shoulders and continued playing on her phone. Never been so insulted in my life. I would go anywhere but here.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS PLACE! We went to this place at 8pm and they told us we could not clean our laundry there as they were closing at 10pm. I stated it was only 8pm and they said they were under staffed and they had to close at 10 pm sharp. I again stated it was only 8pm and we would be out by 9:30pm. They still refused to let us enter and do our laundry.

Lady greets me at the door to tell me its 8:31 cant start a wash past 8:30. Really???? 1 minute???? Open until 10:00 but apparently u have to pre wash your clothes and bring them between 8:30 And 10:00 so u can dry them.
