Well after several visits I can say this. LOVE IT HERE ❤️Owners are awesome. Atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming and all around perfect. Actually remember you. Cut is what you ask for and they listen.Walk INS welcome and you can also make an appt. ... After going with me several times my teenage daughter wanted her dead ends trimmed and some layers. PERFECT. SHE LOVED IT. And she just loves Miss Susan. So yes ladies call and make your appointment 😉...If anyplace is getting my money it is definitely here. Found my forever barber shop ....

After moving to Cartersville about two years ago. I can finally say I have found my forever barber. Rodney is very friendly and he takes his time to get you the hair cut you want.

Visited for the 1st time today. I did not realize they were working by appointments only. I decided to try here on a whim. The gentleman was gracious enough to fit my son in for a hair cut. He took his time cutting my sons hair and making sure to consult him though it to make sure he got the cut he wanted. Great customer service. Reasonably priced as well. My son loved his hair cut and told me we were coming here from now on!

Real nice people and they do a good job.

Rodney is very unprofessional and rude! When you call to ask if they have availability to cut two haircuts, he immediately replies “No we do not, Bye!” I am sorry but this is NOT how you handle customers that essentially pays your check. Word of mouth is big in a small town. I have never went to this salon and at this point never will.

All in all its a good barbershop if you need a regular haircut, they dont shave, wet towel or offer products that I know of, I think one older gentleman does full-service shaves, neck shaves, and beard sculpting. Buuuuut I cant be 100% because Ive only been once. I would definitely go again, very nice staff, and a good shop.

In town for the holidays, I needed a haircut and beard taming on Christmas eve so I didnt look like a hobo for Christmas. Found this place online and experienced Great conversations, a cut and beard trim for a very reasonable price. Susan is an amazing barber. I will come back anytime Im in town now. Rodney gave a great Beard trim & haircut for the money cant beat it!

One of the last true barber shops that care about the customer. Decided to try them out as I love to support independent over chains. Rodney was great as he didnt pull my hair like other places do. Was extremely gentle and knew exactly what he was doing and apologizing if the water/shave cream was too cold. Also the price of the haircuts are lower than other places Ive been too by a couple of dollars. Definitely a repeat customer from now on.

Okay so I just have to say if you need a haircut this is the place to go the staff is excellent Susan will give you a great cut it is a very clean and professional atmosphere they are located across from city muffler on Tenn street in Cartersville but overall I would never use another barber shop I am very pleased with this place and the staff
