The Owner was so nice to me & my husband that we got to talking and he recognized my car from the same neighborhood he lived in and asked me i lived in his neighborhood and I said yes that I did... he ended up giving me my receipts and told me that it was on him today.. and I was standing there not knowing that he was the owner and him not know that, that was my last 20 dollars to my name until pay day..but you see how powerful God moves in our lives!! **Update 04-30-21**My husband took my car in today with an appointment to get an oil change and brakes. Well of course it needed almost everything a brake system could need. But my issue is that the emergency break doesnt go down all the way now. When my husband told them at the shop before he left they told him he would have to wait another hour to have it looked at because all the bays were full. Well first he couldnt wait any longer he was already there for over 3 hours. Second he was already a customer that you messed up on the job so why should he have to wait another hour before it is looked at. Third this can endanger my life our cause a lot of damage to other things because the emergency break could slip. So with them knowing that when I made the appointment that we dont live close to the shop but keeping coming because of the service , we have to take the time and incur the pain of having to make another appointment to have you check it. That is horrible customer service.

We thought our air suspension system needed repair. This would have been a costly fix. Instead of taking it to dealer we took it to K O. It was just a fuse. They were honest and took care of us. Good experience. Will definitely return next time we need service

I was visiting from Florida when my car overheated due to a loose overflow tank cap that let a lot of the radiator fluid go out. After a local helped me get some replacement radiator fluid I found this local automotive shop. They told me to come by at 730 am on Saturday to have it checked out so I could be on my way. The next morning I showed up as requested and was surprised that they were going to look at it immediately. By 10 am they had confirmed that everything was working correctly and it was safe to drive. The mechanic even filled the overflow tank to the correct level. At checkout the manager informed me of no charge for the service. This place is a real gem that should be supported for its outstanding customer service. My brother-in-law said he would use this place for his maintenance because of their service to me.

Honest mechanics? That is what you find here! Ive been coming here for years and absolutely trust them. Their prices are fair and they do everything they can to work with your schedule. Routine maintenance or repairs--the guys are experts. They have done minor inexpensive repairs that I feel others would have diagnosed as major problems. K.O has been great mechanics for our numerous vehicles over the years, (3 teen drivers). They are great! I especially love they are a Christian company.

Its normally great but today was not so good they are great guys I love it but it took me an hour and 30 minutes to get my oil changed today when they gave me an appointment at 8 and I didnt leave till 9:20

I am giving KO 5 Stars because they were HONEST, and in addition they did not charge me one cent.They could have easily made up a problem and charged me hundreds but they didn’t.We dropped my husbands 99 Honda Accord off on a Sunday. Our mechanical problem started on a Friday morning. The car was hard to start and once started would die if you backed off on the acceleration. We thought it was a fuel problem.We left a note of problem along with key in KO’s after hours slot. Chris (Owner) called me Monday afternoon to say that they could not find anything wrong with the car. My husband went over and talked to them. He reiterated what the car was doing. They agreed to keep it and check it again on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I went over to check on the car. They had it running when I pulled up and true to their word the car sounded fine. No hesitation at all.I spoke with Dennis (mechanic) and Scott (manager)Both men said they could not find anything wrong.We can only assume that the cold weather had caused something to stick or maybe a piece of trash had caused the problem. When I asked what I owed Scott said nothing. The car has been fine every since. I would definitely recommend and use KO again. Thank you KO for your time and HONESTY!

Just left after paying an exorbitant bill. I wanted an alignment, manual transmission fluid change and rear end hypoid gear oil change; all easy jobs. Dropped my F150 off at 9am and they waited all day to work on it. I got it back at 5:30pm. They never gave me an estimate; said I had to ask for it. They never gave me the results of the alignment; said I had to ask for that too. $343 later on a job I thought would be about $150 less but they really made a huge profit on transmission fluid and hypoid gear oil. After waiting all day then getting a huge bill for very little work, Im sure Ill never go back.I see most of these reviews rave about how nice these people are but nice or not, Id rather have competance and fairness. Cheats usually smile in your face.

I brought my truck to KO Automotive to get new tires and oil change. At this time my truck was running great, just as it always had since I bought it 3+ months ago. After my truck was finished with oil change and new tires at KO Automotive, it stalled out in the roadway on the way home. I was able to get it started again and make it home. At this time my truck would not stay running long enough to leave my drive way. The short time it did run, it was smoking and skipping. I then checked the oil and observed the oil level to be approx. a quart over the max full line on After calling KO Automotive and explaining whats going on, they sent a wrecker to get my truck and brought back to KO for them to look at it. At this point I assumed that KO was going to make this right and fix my truck as it was when I brought it to them. So over a week later without a vehicle, KO calls me and advises me I need a new carburetor and that I need to take it back to where I bought it from for repair. WHAT!? I bought this truck from a private individual 3+ months ago. I then told KO about the oil and they said the oil dont have anything to do with it. KO then told me it would cost me $700 dollars to have a new carburetor installed. Now 2 weeks later without a vehicle, I am having to pay for a wrecker to tow my truck to another mechanic from KO Automotive after they refused to repair my truck back to the condition it was when I dropped it off for a simple oil change. Choosing KO Auto was a huge mistake on my part and now to make things right I will have to take legal action. Unfortunately this could been resolved by KO taking responsibility and doing the right thing. All I can say is karma is real.

I suppose it was the owner who was very rude to a young lady who had come through his front door. Even after she apologized, he was still extremely rude. I felt that him speaking to her in that manner in front of other customers was worse than her walking in the door. He rudely spoke of her on the phone shortly after to where everyone in the lobby could hear. Another fella apologized to her for him being grumpy but I believe that man should be the one apologizing to her. KO AUTO just lost business after today.Edited to add: if I come for service and see him, I will walk back out. That was absolutely disrespectful not only to the young lady but for other customers to hear him speak poorly to anyone. PSA Im not the only one in the lobby that got wide eyed after witnessing him being so rude. Others spoke of it and thats why I did a review. Other people realized it too.

We had a flat just off interstate and I called KO and they are typical of Goodyear tire shops. They work quickly and sell quality products and they stayed open until we made it to them. I was traveling and probably will not see them again but I recommend them to anyone driving near Cartersville Ga

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! After posting a previous review earlier the owner called and stated she would sue for the negative review however since nothing here is untruthful that can’t be done. This review is to save others from coming here and possibly getting hurt or killed by this companies lack of attention. My girlfriend came here to get 4 new tires for her car do to the proximity of the shop to her work. This however turned into one of the biggest nightmares that we have ever had to deal with in regards to a simple vehicle problem. Our car had never had a single issues but as soon as we picked it up their was all of a sudden issues with the electronics. The tire sensor light would not turn off and their had never been an issue with it. It took 3 trips of going there and them trying to spin the problem off with shorty repairs for it to finally be turned off. I’m still not sure if it was actually repaired or if they just disconnected it so they wouldn’t have to deal with their mistake. They gave us a free oil change which we will take as their admittance to their mistake. Soon after we noticed the car was having a burning smell. Upon opening the hood I noticed the dipstick to the oil was hanging halfway out and that they had left an oily rag and a ratchet under the hood. Furious we went back up there and showed them. They again admitted to their mistake and stated that they had fired that mechanic. Again I’m sure they were just stating anything to save themselves. They offered a free oil change and to check and double check all tires upon that visit. The invoice after leaving there stated that they had rotated the wheels on our car. My girlfriend calls me after pulling over on her way home from work in the rain saying she didn’t feel safe driving our car because it had started making an odd sound and progressively became hard to drive within a few minutes of leaving work. Mind you less then 100 miles prior this company rotated tires and the owners wife stated her husband had personally checked all tires. Upon me arriving to the scene I saw her rear passenger tire was about to fall off. One lug was missing and the others I was able to take off with just my fingers because they were on their last thread. This place could have killed someone. After calling and leaving a voicemail they refused to answer our calls. It was only when we called from a friends phone that they answered. The female owner was rude over the phone and laughed while mentioning what had happened. We went by the shop to get another lug and the man behind the counter denied all responsibility and refused to speak with us or give us a replacement lug. After leaving a previous review the owner called and text me threatening to sue because she didn’t like her negative review. I wanted to leave a more detailed review because I hope all others can avoid coming here because their poor customer service and horrible mechanical skills could kill someone.

Ive continued to give this shop my business because friends have said good things, but sadly for some reason my experience is not the same. This place appears to be your classic rip off shop.Last time I brought my car in for an oil change, they said they would top off my engine coolant, they presumably did cause they left the lid off, this meant all of my coolant spilled out in a day or so before I noticed. They also claimed they would rotate my tires and fill them up with air, when I got the car back the same front left tire was quite low on air and the tires hadnt been moved at all.Im starting to doubt that they changed my oil at all. I would not recommend this place unless you have the skills and mechanical knowledge to spot check and keep a bunch of loose cannons from doing more had to your car than good

I had my truck brought in on a saturday and was told someone would be looking at it thr following monday so 2 days go by hadnt heard nothing so I called them.they said they havent got to the truck.yet that there was 2 vehicles before my truck this was on wednesday them by Thursday I got a call from 1 of the mechanics telling me a few things about my truck then saturday I sent my mom and to go pick up my truck she said she watched the mechanic a young guy jump on my truck crank it up and thrie it into drive without letting it warm up and it kept dying several times my mom watched the guy do this crank it up and watched it die over a d over again then he was able to keep it running and he said there must be a trick to keep it running yeah its called letting it warm up now my transmission is having issues and thats not even the reason why I took the truck to them in the first place Update when I had my truck at there shop i told them I wanted AC Delco double platinum spark plugs put in then had the truck worked on a few weeks later they didnt even put the spark plugs in that i requested. But was charged for them they put in AC DELCO COPPER spark plugs big difference in price from a copper spark plug than a Double platinum spark plugs.

I was looking for a service shop near my home and KO auto came up based on my location. I read some reviews and everyone said it was a great place to come and to see Scott who was very honest and told you if your car needed work or it could wait. Other shops just tell you yeah you need to fix and replace this now just to get your money! I gave them a try today getting 2 new tires an alignment and 2 wheels balanced. I had the pleasure to work with Scott and what a great guy!! We had a little issue with a set of tires I wanted that he needed to order but overall he got it all situated and my wifes car is rolling smoothly now!! I will definitely be coming back to see Scott and his crew for more future work. Thanks KO auto!!

My dad got my car fixed there recently and everything is fine except the fact that they tore up a bottle, and a wrapper, and the bottle looked like they took a tool and kept cutting it just to make it incredibly disfigured I wish I could upload a picture so you all can see it, and threw it all over my floor and hid the bottle under the seat like a bunch of animals!!! How disrespectful of them, and intentional! Dont go here unless you want your car to be ramaged through!

We had problems with our car getting hot while travelling. We stopped in with no appointment. The gentleman was very kind and got our car in right away, even though they were busy. While there, the car was fine. He explained everything that was checked (all OK), and didnt want to replace parts without knowing what was wrong. He didnt charge us anything for checking it out. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicles to them for service.

Edit- Do Not Go Here!!! When they changed my oil, they also rotated my tires and forgot to tighten one back on all the way. My car was driving weird on the highway so I pulled over and found my tire turned away from my car with one lug missing and the rest hanging on by a thread. Called the owner and she laughed at me the whole time I talked to her. They did nothing to fix the situation and theyve endangered my life twice now.Would not recommend- I have taken my car there for several things, and have left every single time with more problems than when I dropped my car off. Theyre very nice there and my friend recommended them, so I kept giving them chances. The last straw was when I popped open my hood and found a dirty rag and tool under my hood along with the dip stick for my oil sticking half way out! This was 2 months after my oil change (and under 3,000 miles) and there was no oil in my car! I called them and they told me to come in so they could change my oil for free. I put 2 quarts of oil in my car to get it there and after checking their oil change, my oil was too high. So Im guessing they just topped off my oil rather than actually changing it. This is just 1 of the many issues Ive had with them, They are neglectful and careless. One of their many mistakes will either hurt you or your car.

I paid $25 for a pre purchase inspection . This business told me the car was in perfect condition, so I went ahead and purchased he used car. 2 weeks later I had to pay to have the front brakes totally replaced ($300 repair!!) Very disappointed in the lack of thoroughness in the check. Do not trust this business with your money.

Very disappointed. I took my car in for 2 tires to get patched (right side) as they seemed like nice folks. Everything went well until I tried to remove the same 2 wheels a couple months later only to find out I couldnt budge 9/10 lug nuts. Ended braking a stud completely off trying to get them removed. The broken stud is obviously off center in the nut it broke off in indicating it was cross threaded. My left side wheels came off just fine (as I was the last one to put them on), but the right side tires they patched are basically stuck on the car until I have to go possibly beak the remaining 8 studs trying to remove the lug nuts.I called KO as they were the last people to touch the wheels and they claimed no responsibility for the problem naturally.I DO NOT recommend them at all.
