You could not actually complete policy and purchase online

Every month my bill was higher. They removed my husbands truck and then readded it and charged us for it. I paid my last payment and switched insurance and they are saying I didnt pay that lat whole month. Theyre terrible!!!!

Direct insurance here in cartersville ga agents are fantastic. I come here with my business because youre not just another number or application.the agents are like family. Extremely unprofessional attitude at this place, bait and switch, signed up paid down payment, get letter few days after signing up, premium doubled, no explanation, nobody could explain why $945 was added. Called this location, agent was very condescending, made zero effort to keep me as customer. So because of his bad attitude I cancelled immediately and now Ill spend the next few months fighting for my money back. Worst insurance company experience ever. If you like ghetto customer service and be treated like garbage....this is your spot!

5 stars for the people that work here but 0 stars for people who deal with insurance claims. Just a heads up, if you file a claim make sure you do NOT get Brandi Brown. She’s uneducated & will waste your time. 4 months for her to deny a claim and then left us with a $200 charge. (There was PLENTY of proof of what happened to the vehicle). The people who actually work at this location are extremely nice & super helpful. They answer questions throughly and make sure you’re taken care of. I just wish their claim people were better.

Havent had any issues with using Direct. Ill always recommend if you need insurance. For my old 98 Infiniti, I have a good rate for the coverage I need & want.

Had an auto policy out of FL moves to GA had to switch to that state coverage and had just paid my premium on the FL policy 7days prior was told to cancel the FL policy and start a new GA one when I did I was told no refunds would be given on the old policy and the new policy would need double down even though Ive never been late on a single payment and have had no claims with them at all you would think that a long time customer would be served better but thats definitely not the case with Direct Auto.
