I enjoy the greeting I get everytime I walk into my Cartersville Acceptance Insurance office. The wonderful ladies who work in the office know the names of their customers which makes the visit much nicer and welcoming. Acceptance has a very accepting atmosphere and I dont think Ill ever want to change insurance companies ever again.

What an amazing team! Both lady’s greeted me as I walked in the door. Offered me a drink immediately and called me out by my first name because we just got done talking on the phone. This made me feel very welcomed and not pressured into any packages I did not want. They were able to help me get insurance on it before they closed at five so I could have my truck that I’ve been working on all week back on the road for the weekend so we can go out and have fun! What an amazing place!!!

I had he best experience with Liz today. Shes super helpful and knowledgeable. Even thru all my questions n concerns she was amazing. I would recommended this placebo everyone. And she even stayed late to get everything completed! Great customer service!!!

Liz did a amazing job helping me on my auto insurance... she was really persistent and determine to see that I received the policy I needed and would be able to purchase my vehicle. Out of 4 different insurance companies that I priced & quoted on... one of the companies being that I was a 20+ yr customer and grandfathered in from family members with this company.... I made the decision with Liz just for her efforts and customer service skills that you can’t train some people on! End of the day and a last minute needing proof of insurance... Liz showed why she has some customers who don’t appreciate or see or to self centered to acknowledge what she try’s to do regardless of the customer getting and or receiving the insurance,coverage, or at the time in need of... more or less then they wanted or expected, or demanding the get! Explains to me and my experience using Liz.... I don’t see how anyone could say anything negatively with her about her job duties! SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! Definitely needs to be recognized more so within the acceptance insurance family Corp! -Chad

It all started with a phone call explaining that i had just moved here from out of state, which incurred great finances. She was kind, understanding and sympathized with my situation. For almost 6 year i was with the switched over to keith ins in cville BIG MISTAKE. just got off the phone had to go back with acceotance. They have the best rates amd best customer sevice.
