Do not use this place!! I called for their service and the person on the phone said the driver will call me within 5- 10 minutes. So I go outside to work on something in the front yard with my cellphone on me. I am waiting and I finished my front yard project. 21/2 hours later no call and no show. I called the tow service back to cancel because I called the car shop and they said by the time I arrive with my vehicle they cant work on it till the next day. I am very frustrated. This place also charge 50.00 for cancelation. I was desperate at the time I should have looked at the reviews. Beware, call at your own discretion.

Indecent company just looking to upcharge and get you caught in its web of lies! They collected my credit card information over the phone and said the cost would be up to $250, depending on the service. I was at home when my sister called me to tell me about her car issue. My sister had two flat tires and was stuck only 18 miles from home. I called this company with faith thinking, since its a close distance, the charge was gonna be about $125 at most. Wait time ended up being 1 hour instead of the 20 minutes I was quoted for. After being told my charge was really $225, I couldnt cancel since they initially collected my credit card information (cancellation fee was $50). The company called me several times to get my sisters make and model of her car. Heres the kicker: they made me submit a completed credit card authorization form with a copy of my drivers license and the front and back of my credif card. What was the point of initially collecting my credit card information in the first place if I had to do this too?? THIS ANNOYED ME. Okay, what if I was really stranded and didnt have a printer to PRINT out the form?? My sister told me the tow truck driver who arrived wouldnt offer her service until the form was emailed back in which I did. Then I got a bank charge for $233.98!! There was a surcharge I was not made aware of. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost! Truly unprofessional and just in it for the money.

They wanted to charge me almost $300 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours just to tow a small RV down the street about a mile

These guys had me waiting for hours to pick up my vehicle. Called around 6:30pm didnt get the vehicle delivered to my home until close to 11 pm, about 2 miles distance. Wouldnt let me cancel the tow after they told me the tow truck that was supposed to pick up my vehicle, broke down and didnt have another to pick it up.

Their headquarter was less then 1 mile from me. I was sitting in the parking lot of UCLA Medical Center waiting for a friend to get out of surgery. When my friends car battery died due to me being unfamiliar with it i called them and they asaked for my credit card over the phone so that they could charge me in case I cancelled and then the quote was between $80 and $130 thats what the girl on the phone told me. The tow truck pull up only took them about 35 minutes which was the only Plus. The guy jumped out of the truck I told him the battery was dead and asked him if he had a mobile unit he said yes he walked over to the car I instructed him on where to place the connections and I started the car the whole deal was only about 4 minutes. He told me that I could pay cash $130 I said lady on the phone told me that it would be between 80 and $130 and youre already finished thats like nothing like this kids was the easiest job that you could have had he said well I can do it $120 but thats it. No Im not rich at all and I work hard for my money I feel completely disrespected has there customer and swindled. THIS COMPANY WILL definitely TAKE ADVANTAGE of you so be ready.

I called for a tow they charged my card 165$ and never showed up!!!! I called to asked them to cancel and put the money back on my card and he kept placing me on hold doesnt talk to me and is very unprofessional Im still trying to get them to put the money back on my card so I can get another tow but they wont even answer me this is ridiculous!!!!

I had my limo towed by Super Towing yesterday. Their guy came very quickly and was actually quite nice. The entire job took less than an hour. Surely recommended!

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. DO NOT. They said that the tow would be from 35$-85!! They get here and said it was 135$!!!!!! I cancelled and it was 59$!!!! Please this place is bull, and I’m sure they are going to try to change my card. I cannot even believe this. Taking advantage of people that need help. Btw this was just for a jump start! They took over 3 hours to get too me. Waited hour n a half and then called and then said someone is coming and then took another hour. Do not call this place was awful!

The axle on my car broke, so it only had three wheels. It was late at night, but these guys came right over. They were not sure that they could tow the car, but they tried, and they got it done! prices really good for the time of the day and the service they did, a tire change & a tow !! So terrible, my car died on me at school i called at 9:18 pm for someone to come pick up my car. The guy Jake on the phone was so nice told me it would be 45-60 minutes, no problem. 10:30 I call a women picks up so rude and told me it was actually going to be 60-90 minutes and to make matters worse the gates to get into the school close at 11pm but she assured me the driver would be there before then. Nothing by 11:10, called AGAIN and was on hold for 5 minutes and again the women said that the driver was 25-30 minutes away because of traffic. Canceled the order all together because they wouldn’t let me reschedule the pick up time for the next morning. RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE. Still had to pay a cancellation fee, straight crooks !

Great job towing my car home today from the freeway

Joel is a great person, I had car trouble in the middle of the night where i was left stranded in the side of the road. Called a couple of tow trucks but their prices were way too high n told me I had to wait 2 hours before they would be there. Called Super Towing Carson CA they gave me a great price, charged me less than half the others were charging, and he was there in 15 minutes. Joel is a great guy, he towed my car to a shop he knew in the area and the owner was also very nice took

I was at work then I realize that I had a flat tire then I called this company which came to help me in less than 45min. Good thing I was on time for my daughter’s rehearsal.

Horrible experience!! I waited for 2 hours and no one came. I called after and they said an extra 30-40 min wait. It was ridiculous! Would not recommend to anyone !!!

Dont believe these reviews, this people are bunch of crooks, theyve told me the the price per mile is between 7$ - 10$,Ive needed assistance for 12 mile. According my calculation that would be max 120$, theyve tried to charge me 340$ and I ended up making a deal with the driver for 230$.
