Called for simple tow and was told the driver would arrive in 35 minutes. 2 hours later still nothing. When called and asked about the ETA the dispatcher hung up in my face and proceeded to ignore my call. Do not use this company.

Tesla with new tires had a sudden flat on the highway 30 miles from home after tire shops were closed. Juan came with a flatbed (necessary for Tesla’s) within an hour of calling despite heavy traffic, and provided excellent service and communication, dropping me and my vehicle off in the most convenient way possible. Highly recommended!

You know what? I cant stand greed. It makes for a bad day on most occasions and heres an example. I called this douche bag and asked him how much to tow my motorcycle two blocks ...350$ are you serious? This was gonna be an arrangement prescheduled. No emergency. Do it at your leisure. Im not in a hurry and Ill even help you, kinda tow. Im dumbfounded. Ill push my harley the two blocks sir. Ty I need the exercise

I really appreciate the service you guys gave me when my car broke down on the highway unexpectedly. Its a pretty uncomfortable feeling being stuck on the left shoulder with traffic flying by! Never showed up, said he would be at my house in 1 1/2 hours, 2 hours later still no show. called him the next day because he promised to help me , never answered his phone. I called another tow guy and he showed up in 20 min. for only $65 the tow!!
