Drivers dont get load from this shipper. It will take at least 4-7 hours to load and you have to drop off the trailer and you have to go and find parking.

Poorest facility very rude female security always lies, can not finish loading in 10 hr and hopefully all dispatch add city logistics to black list to avoid be next victim.

Customer service sucks. The sytem they have for the phone is useless unless you have someones extention.Operations is rude.They keep trucks outside and inside more than 10 mins. Its unbelievable. I was a minute away from calling The City Inspector on how this company uses the street for their own use. The picture shows how it looks after the lady let them in. Still some out side

Helpful, Efficient security even with the chaos . Just follow their instructions exactly and you will get in and out quickly (they will direct you to where to drop your trailer and wait for them to bring yours out)

Wait duration is around 6hours outside.. I am still waiting. They said no empty today No manner no good. They said No shipping evidence for late unloading procedure Three trucks include me are waiting But no truck except me. I dont understand their excuse. Worst company ever. They said I can hookup tomorrow morning at eight oclock. I am looking forward to tomorrow morning. White haired boss and another tall guy and guard are playing ping-pong game for a pleasure. I am very very angry. No star 100 sucks.

Horrible place to work at their customer service is horrible nothing but people with no experience in customer etiquette had to leave my position due to ops manager Maggie harassing me because she was not happy the CFO paid me thanksgiving without her knowledge or approvalAlso for anyone wondering why they don’t answer is because they either leave you on hold enough to yourself hang up or they prefer not to answer also emails are deleted on a daily for ETAs so don’t waste your time

I have to schedule deliveries to their facility and it’s the worse!!! They take 10 minutes just to answer the phone then as soon as someone answers they ask what customer you let them know which customer then on hold for another 10 mins!! They need more customer service or better customer service !

It is a lousy workplace, they dont have any organization, they exploit you as a worker and worst of all, they dont have any security at all, recently an accident happened due to the owners who, for not spending on fixing the lighting in the yard, the woman who moved the containers did not realize that a person was passing by walking the run over with the trucke all over the body killing the instant since that happened the following week the owners composed the lights and the lawyer the child already covered the floor
