I would give this business no stars if I could! This company is a scam! I had tried to book a transport with 1Transport for over a month to deliver a piece of equipment! Was told several times the item was picked up and waiting on photos and never received them. No one at this company would return my calls, texts and emails. Had to contact the seller at the pick up location to find that he was NEVER contacted to arrange for pick-up. Given the biggest run around and avoided communication at all costs! This company is a disgrace and should be looked into by the BBB--

Until one of their operators backed into a car at my site and did not report anything to anyone. this happened over month ago and i have yet to get this issue resolved. no call back. none of the numbers work not even the corporate number.

It was a hectic day and I thought nothing would go as planned. I received a call from 1Transport asking if I have loads to move (thank goodness they called). Tried them out and everything was perfect! I loved how fast and reliable they were with my 1st shipment, how that one load was delivered on time at a very crucial moment. They never fail to provide updates on time. This is how business should be done. We both have respect for each other and I think they genuinely care. Its always a win-win for us! They truly can deliver! They know how to get things done and delivered!

The quality of Davids Customer service is unsurpassed. I dont remembre the last time I encountered someone who demostrates such a level of care for customers. He has been readily available during every step of both of my shipments with 1tranport, including answering emails after business hours and on the weekends, My research revelaed 1Transport was consistently the bes value. The biggest disaster I have ever seen. 1 Transport was hired through Fr8star. Working with Angel and Oscar, I have never met 2 people who LIED, twisted the facts and never took any responsibilities for their screw up. I hired them to deliver an excavator with 2 attachments. The driver was not told about the 2 attachments and only delivered what he was quoted on. The excavator and 1 attachment showed up. 1 Transport refused to pay the driver so he left with my equipment. In the end, they refunded me $600 of my $4,600 that I paid them. It cost me another $1,200 to get my material bucket from N.Y. back home. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!

Got introduced to this company through a friend who was using them for international shipping and I needed help moving heavy equipment to Africa. I started them with 1 load to test them and they did great! They have now over 10 loads already and everyone has been flawless.

This company moves loads like there life depended on it. This one person in particular named A.Rod, have moved 10 different loads and all of them was handled with great care. Delivered on time and was in contact with me every step of the way. I will be using there services from now until I retire. No need to look anywhere else.

Great communication and great rates! Really worked with our budget and gave honest rates. Luis from 1Transport hooked us up with Julio for our shipment. There was a few hiccups at no fault of the company and Julio was there and made sure we got this shipped! Without Julios fast thinking we would have had to order a much more expensive transport. I highly recommend and I will be using Julio specifically to haul my clients equipment for CJN Construction and Excavation. Transported a KW dumptruck.

Bart at 1 transport was great to work with, very patient and willing to help in anyway possible,he got me a great deal on shipping my atv over 800 miles and had to reschedule a few times due to complications but was still able to hook me up. Would definitely recommend these guys for any shipping needs large to small!

Got set up with them from FR8Star working with Mary and they sent a driver to get our swather with too narrow of a trailer. Didn’t end up using them and won’t in future.

We hired 1 Transport through Fr8Star. They picked up our tractor over a month ago in Texas and were supposed to deliver it to Wisconsin. Our tractor still hasn’t been delivered. The company is unresponsive.

Booked the truck - truck drove empty for 100 miles to pickup, they did not provide exact address - broker stopped answering the phones.No TONU received.Bad experience!Stay away from them!

These people are terrible, poor communication never picked up shipment after 30 days. Had to get another shipper and pay late fees after they promised they would be there 3 times and never showed
