Frank is very helpful but the other person there is extremely rude.

The one who signed me up with my policy was awesome. But she got let go or quit. The new people are rude have a f off attitude. Dont notice u come in . Spoke to me rude and was no help I just needed to know my due date that they couldnt give I had to just call my policy holder.

Called them on the phone to start a claim. Man on the phone was very, very rude. Once he finally gave me an okay answer, I let the boss know and the boss had called him back. Once again very rude and ended up hanging up on us rather than giving us answers and being polite. I would never recommend this insurance store seeing that the office is no help and will not help out with starting claims or answering questions. Only giving them a one star because I cant give zero stars like I would like to do.

Regarding Devyn McPhee: we do our best to field question by phone, with a limited staff. As we are a broker of insurance, we are not part of the claims process. We could not help you that day, because you could not provide the insurance carrier of the client that hit you. Im sorry I got frustrated, but you did not have any desire to try to listen to me and help resolve your issue. claims are to be reported directly to insurance companies, without that information we have no idea where to forward the report to. in the absence of that information, a citizens next resource is the DMV. By making an accident report at the DMV, a process will be started that will ultimately provide the information needed. Once again I apologize for my frustration. Solutions to problems are found by communication and listening. I think we ALL need to start listening, rather than talking AT each other.
