I dont write bad reviews usually, but I seriously doubt the validity of the other reviews. When my girlfriend switched to her routing number for autopay, there was an additional form necessary to secure payment. 3 months and one vague voicemail later we find they cancelled months ago without notice- the only e mails stated amounts due, no mention of payment not working- . Meeting with him was beyond ridiculous, the only interest he had was in extricating himself out of any responsibility. Ive had more logical arguments with my dog. Semantics and rudeness were the highlights. His standpoint was that they are not legally obligated to notify her of the cancelled insurance or faulty payment and ANY attempt to contact is a courtesy and the bare minimal effort he put in was OVER the top. He also stated that No company; phone, insurance, power bill, would ever notify you that your bill wasnt paid and that his effort was far beyond any others. We left flabbergasted. Who can argue with that? I am removing all my policies from his office, I feel anything but assurance in my insurance there.
