They came in and provided moisture remediation and packed up two rooms of personal belongings and moved to their orange vault for safe keeping u til we settle our insurance claim and remodel.

This was the second time that we have needed the services of Paul Davis Restoration and have given them an excellent rating. In the middle of having our roof replaced, we were hit with an unexpected torrential downpour, which caused water in our attic and in an interior wall of a room that had just been redecorated. Elroy set up fans and dehumidifiers and came out again the two following days to check the progress. He had alternate solutions in place in the event the fans didn’t work. He even came out on his day off because he knew we were about to be on vacation and were anxious about leaving . By the third day, everything had dried out! We were impressed with Elroy, his professionalism, friendliness and commitment to a good outcome.

My tenant in Las Colinas (Irving) had a leak earlier in the week and then had another leak on a Saturday. I called Paul Davis Restoration of North Dallas, and they were there in < 1 hour. Elroy was the person on-site and was super professional and courteous to my tenant and to me. He was able to confirm that the most recent leak did not cause any damage and was able to mitigate the issues of the first leak. They were there on a Saturday afternoon, and I am super impressed by their promptness and professionalism. I was very please with Paul Davis Restoration of North Dallas. I woke up to most of my home covered in a 3/8 of water. My insurance company contacted Paul Davis and they were out to my house within the hour. Greg and his team were very good at communicating and updating us from day to day. It took 5 days to dry out the house and remove all the necessary items, including flooring and baseboards. Each member of the team were pleasant to have in my home and very respectful of the situation we were going through. I would definitely recommend them and would use them myself in the future if need be.

We had a water leak from plumbing that was inside of a living room wall. We notified PDR of North Dallas and they sent out their team to assess the situation. We had immediate attention with drying fans and dehumidifiers. They came back out and verified that we had no water or mold issues. The team that came to our house was very friendly and professional and took great care to keep everything clean while they worked. We really couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Anyone who has to go through having their life and home disrupted by unforeseen circumstances (in my case, slab leak), Paul Davis Restoration is who you want! Their water removal team (Eric and Daniel) was awesome, their inventory and household goods removal team (headed by Gilbert, Josie, and Carlos) were fantastic, and so considerate in every way. Even though the job is not complete until work has finished, I know I will get the same considerations when they bring it all back.

Daniel and Carlos were motivated and efficient in their efforts to move all of our contents into our home before the onset of a coming storm. You could tell they love their job. If these boys are representative of the companies values, we will always call Paul Davis Restoration.

We had water damage to our flooring which also ruined our bathroom cabinet. They dried out our house, removed the cabinet, and left everything tidy. I highly recommend this company Paul Davis. Kourtney is the absolute best at what she does. She made us all feel like we were in great hands and explained everything to us. She has continued to check on us months after our flood. She even remembers our kids and our pets names! That’s how you can tell she cares. You can really tell she loves her job and cares about her customers who become her family. She has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. She even earned my daughters trust which is hard to do! I had some water damage due to a sewer backup in my home recently. Imagine the frustration that comes with that from being displaced from the home and finding a reputable company that you can trust. I initially didnt go with Paul Davis as I was recommended another provider for the water mitigation service. I did my Google search and came across this company. I was a bit skeptical even with the reviews because you just never know today. However, after meeting Patrick and talking to Aaron, it was clear that they are passionate about what they do and helping others. It wasnt just a check. They came in quick, were flexible, and helped put things back on track at my home. Ill always refer others to them and if ever (I hope not) I need the service again theyll be my go to!
